Detailed Description
The present application will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings in conjunction with embodiments. It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be combined with each other without conflict.
The technical problem that the control efficiency of the kitchen ware is low and the accuracy of the cooperative control of the kitchen ware equipment is influenced in the prior art is solved. The embodiment provides a control method of a kitchen ware, as shown in fig. 1, the method comprises the following steps:
101. and acquiring the attributes of the kitchenware.
The attributes of the kitchenware can be acquired through wireless connection or wired connection with the kitchenware and the like. The attributes of the kitchen ware can include names of the kitchen ware (such as a range hood, a cooking machine, a cooking range and the like), functional purposes (such as corresponding to the range hood for extracting oil smoke, corresponding to the cooking machine for cooking dishes, corresponding to the cooking range for heating pans and the like), index data during operation (such as wind power of fans at different gears of the range hood, temperature change of pans at different powers of the cooking machine, concentration of oil smoke generated during cooking dishes and the like). For this embodiment, there may be variability in the attributes of the different cookware.
In the embodiment, attributes of kitchenware having correlation, for example, various kitchenware related to the same cooking area may be specifically obtained, wherein the kitchenware related to the cooking area a may include a stove 1, a cookware 1, a range hood 1, and the like; the cooking utensils associated with cooking zone B may include a microwave oven 2, a cookware 2, a range hood 2, etc.; the kitchen utensils associated with the cooking area C may include a cooker 3, a range hood 3, etc.
102. And classifying the attributes of the kitchenware according to the attributes associated with the same trigger event behavior, and generating a unified control strategy according to the attributes of the same category.
Wherein, the triggering event behavior may refer to triggering the target kitchen ware to execute the corresponding target behavior. For the present embodiment, for the attributes of different kitchen utensils, if the same target kitchen utensil can be triggered to execute the corresponding target behavior, the attributes of the kitchen utensils can be considered as the attributes associated with the same trigger event behavior. And then generating a unified control strategy according to the attributes of the kitchenware. For example, when an increase in the soot concentration is detected, which serves as a trigger event action, the corresponding associated attributes may be an increase in the wind power of the cooking fumes of the range hood, an increase in the power of the soot condensation system, etc.
In this embodiment, the attributes of the kitchenware are classified, the attributes with the same trigger event behavior are classified into the same category, and then a unified control strategy is generated according to the attributes of the same category. Therefore, in the specific cooking process of dishes, the kitchen ware can be automatically controlled by utilizing the generated unified control strategy according to the same trigger event.
For example, the oil smoke concentration of the cooking machine corresponds to the wind power of the range hood fan (if the oil smoke concentration is thicker, the wind power of the range hood fan is larger), the temperature of the pot rises and also corresponds to the wind power of the range hood fan (if the temperature of the pot is higher, the wind power of the range hood fan is larger), and the oil smoke concentration of the cooking machine and the temperature of the pot can be classified into the same category because the two factors cause the change of the wind power of the range hood. And a unified control strategy can be generated subsequently, for example, when the oil smoke concentration is judged to be thicker and/or the temperature of the cookware is judged to be higher, the wind power of the fan of the range hood is triggered and controlled to be increased.
For this embodiment, after the unified control policy is generated according to the attributes of the same category, corresponding mapping storage may be performed, for example, the unified control policy may be stored in a predetermined storage location in a configuration file form. And calling a unified control strategy corresponding to the category attribute from a preset storage position for corresponding kitchen ware control according to the attribute of the kitchen ware.
103. And controlling the kitchen ware through the generated unified control strategy.
In this embodiment, before the cookware is controlled by the generated unified control strategy, corresponding networking is required. For example, one kitchen ware or the intelligent terminal is used for controlling all the networked kitchen wares, and modes requiring real-time control, such as controlling the wind power of the range hood according to the detected oil smoke concentration, can be uniformly controlled by the intelligent terminal.
Compared with the prior art, the method for controlling the kitchen ware provided by the embodiment can classify the attributes of the kitchen ware according to the attributes associated with the same trigger event behavior, and further can generate a unified control strategy according to the attributes of the same category. Thereby the unified control strategy of usable formation carries out automatic control to kitchen utensils and appliances, replaces the manual control mode, can accomplish the quick response of kitchen utensils and appliances control, can improve kitchen utensils and appliances control efficiency, can in time carry out corresponding cooperative control between the kitchen utensils and appliances to reducible manual control mistake that kitchen utensils and appliances brought can improve kitchen utensils and appliances equipment cooperative control's accuracy.
Further, as a refinement and an extension of the above embodiment, in order to fully illustrate a specific implementation process of the above embodiment, another method for controlling a kitchen ware is provided, as shown in fig. 2, the method includes:
201. the attributes of the kitchen ware are acquired by identifying the category of the kitchen ware.
The classification mode can be set according to actual requirements. For example, the cooking device can be classified into a cooking device type (such as a cooker, a stove, an induction cooker, a pot, etc.), an auxiliary device type (such as a range hood, a kitchen exhaust fan, a sink water flow control device, etc.) according to a cooking angle; or according to the functional angle, the range hood can be divided into a range hood type, a cooker type, a stove type and the like; or according to the angle of the device model, the model marks of the kitchen ware devices can be distinguished. In this embodiment, after the kitchen ware is subjected to category identification, the attribute information related to the kitchen ware can be acquired more accurately according to the category identification result.
For example, after the model mark of the kitchenware equipment is identified, the attribute of the kitchenware corresponding to the model mark can be searched on line. Specifically, one kitchen ware or the intelligent terminal can record the attributes of the kitchen ware.
202. And classifying the attributes of the kitchenware according to the attributes associated with the same trigger event behavior, and generating a unified control strategy according to the attributes of the same category.
In this embodiment, when generating the unified control strategy according to the attributes of the same category, the unified control strategy may be generated according to the attributes of the unified category for all the associated kitchenware attributes, without depending on the restriction of the same cooking area. For example, the increase of the oil smoke concentration or the temperature of the cookware of the cooking machine corresponds to the wind power of the range hood fan in the cooking area, also corresponds to the wind power of the range hood fan in other cooking areas adjacent or around to a certain extent, and also may correspond to the wind power of the kitchen exhaust fan, and even may correspond to the temperature control of the kitchen air conditioner and the wind power of the air conditioner. Therefore, when a unified control strategy is generated, the related kitchen ware devices can be effectively associated, and the restriction ranges of a cross-cooking area and the like are limited, so that a more comprehensive and higher-precision kitchen ware unified control process is realized, and a user can obtain better experience in the cooking process.
203. And controlling the kitchen ware through the generated unified control strategy.
As an optional manner, step 203 may specifically include: and controlling the kitchenware corresponding to the target category to perform corresponding operation parameter adjustment according to the attribute change of the target category.
For example, the oil smoke concentration of the cooker and the temperature of the cooker can be used as reference bases to control the wind power of the fan of the range hood, so that the range hood can be used as attribute changes of the same target category. The kitchen ware corresponding to the target category is the range hood, and the corresponding operation parameter adjustment can be specifically the adjustment of the fan power so as to adjust the fan wind power of the range hood. The power of the fan of the range hood corresponding to different oil smoke concentrations can be preset (the principle that the higher the oil smoke concentration is, the larger the fan power is), and the power of the fan of the range hood corresponding to different pot temperatures can be preset (the principle that the higher the pot temperature is, the larger the fan power is). Then utilize these preset's mapping relation, according to actual oil smoke concentration condition, pan temperature condition, adjust the fan power of lampblack absorber to satisfy cooperative control's demand, accomplish the quick response of kitchen utensils and appliances control, can improve kitchen utensils and appliances control efficiency, can in time carry out corresponding cooperative control between the kitchen utensils and appliances, and reducible manual control kitchen utensils and appliances bring the mistake, can improve kitchen utensils and appliances equipment cooperative control's accuracy.
In order to realize unified control of the kitchenware, optionally, communication modules can be respectively preset in the kitchenware, and then the preset communication modules are utilized for data communication, so that a networking control mode is realized. Correspondingly, step 203 may further include: the kitchen ware is uniformly networked through the communication modules preset in the kitchen ware, so that the control end can control the networked kitchen ware through the generated uniform control strategy.
Wherein, the control end can be one of kitchen utensils and appliances or specific intelligent terminal etc.. For example, one kitchen ware or the intelligent terminal is used for controlling all the networked kitchen wares, and modes requiring real-time control, such as controlling the wind power of the range hood according to the detected temperature of the cookware, can be uniformly controlled by one kitchen ware or the intelligent terminal. When one of the target kitchen utensils is used for controlling all the kitchen utensils which are networked, the kitchen utensils with good historical state records can be selected as the target kitchen utensils, so that the kitchen utensils can be accurately controlled in time, and the situation that other kitchen utensils cannot be controlled due to the abnormal condition of the kitchen utensils is reduced.
In order to ensure more refined kitchen ware equipment control, as a timely response of the kitchen ware control, as an optional mode, the control of the corresponding kitchen ware can be carried out in time according to the contents of cooking steps in the electronic menu. Correspondingly, step 203 may further include: acquiring a target kitchen ware required to be used by analyzing an electronic menu to be executed; and then, in the process of executing cooking operation according to the electronic menu, controlling the networked target kitchen ware to perform cooperative operation through the generated unified control strategy.
In this optional manner, the current electronic menu to be executed may be obtained first, and then the target kitchen ware required to be used may be obtained by analyzing the electronic menu. Optionally, the target kitchen ware may include cooking kitchen ware (such as an induction cooker X and a pot Y) required by making dishes corresponding to the electronic menu, and auxiliary kitchen ware (such as a range hood M, a kitchen exhaust fan N, and a sink flow control device P) used in cooperation. For example, by analyzing the device information table in the electronic recipe, as shown in table 1, each target kitchen ware in the device information table is obtained as a cooking kitchen ware required for making dishes corresponding to the electronic recipe; then, each auxiliary kitchen ware correspondingly matched with the target kitchen wares is inquired (for example, a corresponding mapping relation can be created in advance, namely, which cooking devices need to use which auxiliary devices are counted, and then the corresponding auxiliary kitchen ware needing to be used is inquired by using the mapping relation).
Class name | Device name |
3.5KW electromagnetic oven | 3.5KW electromagnetic oven 1 |
Main unit of cooker | Main unit 1 |
Slip table feeder | Slipway feeder 1 |
TABLE 1
In the process of executing cooking operation according to the electronic menu, the obtained cooking kitchenware and the auxiliary kitchenware matched with the cooking kitchenware can quickly locate the unified control strategy to be used, and then the target kitchenware which is networked is controlled to perform cooperative operation through the located unified control strategy. Through the optional mode, due to the fact that the unified control strategy which needs to be used is quickly positioned, timely response of kitchen ware control can be achieved, and efficiency and accuracy of kitchen ware control are improved.
For example, the controlling the networked target kitchenware to perform the cooperative work by the generated unified control strategy may specifically include: according to the currently executed cooking steps in the electronic menu, the cooking kitchen ware is controlled to perform cooking operation, and the operation parameter adjustment of the corresponding auxiliary kitchen ware matched with the cooking kitchen ware is controlled according to the attribute change of the cooking kitchen ware.
For example, the contents of the cooking steps of the electronic recipe are shown in table 2.
Cooking step | Use device |
Hot pot | 3.5KW electromagnetic oven 1 and main machine 1 |
Seasoning (# blend oil 1) | Sliding table batch feeder 1 and main machine 1 |
Hot oil (2000W, 80 degree) | 3.5KW electromagnetic oven 1 and main machine 1 |
Major ingredient (# streaky pork 1) | Main unit 1 |
Stir-frying (2000W, # time 1) | 3.5KW electromagnetic oven 1 and main machine 1 |
TABLE 2
Based on the cooking step contents of the electronic menu in table 2, if the equipment used for acquiring that the currently executed cooking step is "fry (2000W, # time 1)" is "3.5 KW induction cooker 1 and host 1", the 3.5KW induction cooker is controlled to start at 2000W, and the host of the dish frying machine is controlled to perform the frying operation, and the frying duration is the duration corresponding to time 1. Monitoring the temperature change of a cooker in the cooker and the change of oil smoke concentration in the frying process, and controlling the fan power of a corresponding range hood to be adjusted to the fan power corresponding to a preset temperature range according to a generated unified control strategy if the temperature of the cooker is raised to the preset temperature range so as to increase the wind power intensity of the fan of the range hood; and if the concentration of the oil smoke is increased to a certain preset concentration range, controlling the fan power of the corresponding range hood matched with the range hood to be adjusted to the fan power corresponding to the preset concentration range according to the generated unified control strategy so as to increase the wind strength of the fan of the range hood.
It should be noted here that when adjusting the fan power of the range hood, there may be a plurality of reference parameters (such as a pot temperature, an oil smoke concentration, etc.), so that according to a maximum adjustment principle, it may be determined which reference parameter will obtain the maximum fan power, and then the fan power of the range hood is adjusted according to the maximum fan power. For example, according to the current temperature adjustment of the cookware, the fan power of the range hood is adjusted to 2000W, and according to the current oil smoke concentration adjustment, the fan power of the range hood is adjusted to 2500W, so according to the maximum adjustment principle, the current fan power of the range hood is adjusted to 2500W. And follow-up sustainable control dynamic adjustment can be carried out, and the adjustment every time can be according to the maximum adjustment principle, so as to meet the cooking requirement in each cooking time period, improve the efficiency and accuracy of the kitchen ware cooperative control, and realize the timely response of the kitchen ware cooperative control.
204. And detecting whether the kitchenware with abnormal states exists according to the state information corresponding to the networked kitchenware.
The state information may include the degree of normality of the kitchen ware, whether the electric quantity is sufficient, the response time, whether the network is disconnected, and the like. For example, when the networked target kitchenware device is in an abnormal state within a recent time period (such as the recent 5 minutes), and/or the electric quantity is insufficient (or is about to be insufficient), and/or the response time is longer than a certain threshold (for example, a control command or a test command can be sent back for a long time), and/or the networked target kitchenware device is in a disconnected state, the target kitchenware device can be considered to have an abnormal state; if the target kitchenware device is not reminded of abnormal state in the latest time period, the power is sufficient, the response time is less than a certain threshold (for example, control instructions or test instructions can be sent for quick feedback in a short time), and the target kitchenware device is in a networking state, etc., the target kitchenware device can be considered to have no abnormal state.
205. If the kitchenware with abnormal state exists, outputting corresponding warning information.
Wherein, the alarm information can be character alarm information, picture alarm information, audio alarm information, video alarm information, light alarm information, vibration alarm information, etc. By the mode, abnormal kitchen ware can be monitored in time, so that abnormal kitchen ware can be found out in time, the possibility of control failure caused by abnormality in subsequent kitchen ware control is reduced, and the success rate of kitchen ware control is ensured.
Compared with the prior art, the other kitchen ware control method provided by the embodiment can classify the attributes of the kitchen ware according to the attributes associated with the same trigger event behavior, and further can generate a unified control strategy according to the attributes of the same category.
