The invention discloses a device for quickly lifting a crankshaft, which comprises: the frame is arranged on the lifting mechanism and can ascend or descend along the vertical direction; the positioning plate is horizontally arranged below the rack; the sliding mechanism is arranged below the positioning plate; a front end mechanism fixing block arranged at one end of the sliding mechanism; a rear end mechanism fixing block arranged at the other end of the sliding mechanism; the front end mechanism clamping cylinder is fixed on the rear end mechanism fixing block at one end, and is fixed on the front end mechanism fixing block at the other end; the rear end mechanism clamping cylinder is fixed on the rear end mechanism fixing block at one end and fixed on the rack at the other end; and the front end fixing mechanism and the rear end fixing mechanism are respectively arranged below the front end mechanism fixing block and the rear end mechanism fixing block. Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of engine assembly, in particular to a device for quickly lifting a crankshaft.
Background
The crankshaft is the most important part of the engine, and the crankshaft bears the force transmitted by the connecting rod and converts the force into torque to be output through the crankshaft and drive other accessories on the engine to work. The crankshaft is mounted in a crankcase at the lower portion of the cylinder block.
When the engine is installed on the assembly line, the crankshaft needs to be lifted in order to be installed on the engine body, however, the operation of lifting the crankshaft to be installed on the engine body needs to be manually lifted, and the working efficiency is very low.

The invention aims to provide a device for quickly lifting a crankshaft, which can quickly lift the crankshaft to be installed on an engine body.

In one embodiment of the present invention, the sliding mechanism includes a linear guide rail, the linear guide rail is disposed below the positioning plate, and the front end mechanism fixing block and the rear end mechanism fixing block can be respectively positioned on the linear guide rail by a linear sliding bearing and can freely slide along the linear guide rail.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus further includes a front end locking cylinder and a rear end locking cylinder, which are respectively disposed on the front end fixing mechanism and the rear end fixing mechanism, wherein the front end locking cylinder is used to lock the clamping position after the front end mechanism clamping cylinder clamps the front end of the crankshaft in place, and the rear end locking cylinder is used to lock the clamping position after the rear end mechanism clamping cylinder clamps the rear end of the crankshaft in place.

In one embodiment of the present invention, the length of the linear guide corresponds to the length of the positioning plate.
In one embodiment of the invention, the linear guide has a length at least greater than the length of the crankshaft.
Compared with the prior art, according to the device for quickly lifting the crankshaft, which is disclosed by the invention, the crankshaft is clamped by adjusting the distance between the front end fixing mechanism and the rear end fixing mechanism due to the arrangement of the fixing plate, the sliding mechanism, the front end mechanism fixing block, the rear end mechanism fixing block, the front end mechanism clamping cylinder, the rear end mechanism clamping cylinder, the front end fixing mechanism and the rear end fixing mechanism, and the rack can ascend and descend in the vertical direction, so that the crankshaft can be quickly and stably lifted and conveyed, and the assembly efficiency is greatly improved.

As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the apparatus for rapidly lifting a crankshaft according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention includes: the device comprises a frame 1, a positioning plate 2, a sliding mechanism, a rear end mechanism clamping cylinder 4, a front end mechanism clamping cylinder 5, a front end mechanism fixing block 6, a rear end mechanism fixing block 7, a front end fixing mechanism 9 and a rear end fixing mechanism 8. The frame 1 is provided on a lifting mechanism, which is disposed in a vertical direction and can be raised or lowered in the vertical direction. The positioning plate 2 is horizontally arranged below the frame 1 and is fixedly connected with the frame 1. The sliding mechanism is arranged below the positioning plate 2. The front end mechanism fixing block 6 is arranged at one end of the sliding mechanism. The rear end mechanism fixing block 7 is arranged at the other end of the sliding mechanism. Wherein, front end mechanism fixed block 6 and rear end mechanism fixed block 7 can slide along the length direction of slide mechanism respectively. One end of the front end mechanism clamping cylinder 5 is fixed on the rear end mechanism fixing block 7, and the other end is fixed on the front end mechanism fixing block 6. One end of the rear end mechanism clamping cylinder 4 is fixed on the rear end mechanism fixing block 7, and the other end is fixed on the frame 1. The front end fixing mechanism 9 and the rear end fixing mechanism 8 are respectively arranged below the front end mechanism fixing block 6 and the rear end mechanism fixing block 7, and the crankshaft 12 is clamped by adjusting the distance between the front end fixing mechanism 9 and the rear end fixing mechanism 8.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the front end fixing mechanism 9 and the rear end fixing mechanism 8 are each provided with a centre structure on the inside, between which the crankshaft 12 is clamped when the crankshaft is lifted by the device.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the sliding mechanism includes a linear guide 3, the linear guide 3 is disposed below the positioning plate 2, and the front end mechanism fixing block 6 and the rear end mechanism fixing block 7 can be positioned on the linear guide 3 by linear sliding bearings, respectively, and can freely slide along the linear guide 3.
In one embodiment of the invention, the device further comprises a front end lock cylinder 11 and a rear end lock cylinder 10, which are provided on the front end fixing mechanism 9 and the rear end fixing mechanism 8, respectively. The front end locking cylinder 11 is used for locking the clamping position after the front end mechanism clamping cylinder 5 clamps the front end of the crankshaft in place, and the rear end locking cylinder 10 is used for locking the clamping position after the rear end mechanism clamping cylinder 4 clamps the rear end of the crankshaft in place.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the front end mechanism clamping cylinder 5, the rear end mechanism clamping cylinder 4, the front end locking cylinder 11, and the rear end locking cylinder 10 are connected to a servo motor, respectively.
In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, the positioning plate 2 is provided with a slender opening 13 near the connection portion with the frame along the length direction, the opening 13 is used for passing through a connection structure, and the connection structure is used for fixedly connecting the linear guide rail 3 with the frame.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the length of the linear guide 3 corresponds to the length of the positioning plate 2.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the length of the linear guide 3 is at least greater than the length of the crankshaft 12.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the rack is further provided with a plurality of reinforcing connection plates, and the plurality of reinforcing connection plates are connected to the upper end surface of the positioning plate.
The working process of the device for quickly lifting the crankshaft is as follows: as shown in figure 1, during operation, a machine frame 1 of the device descends above a crankshaft 12, a rear end mechanism clamping cylinder 4 acts to clamp the rear end of the crankshaft 12, a rear end locking cylinder 10 acts to clamp the rear end in place, a clamping position is locked, a front end mechanism clamping cylinder 5 acts to clamp the front end of the crankshaft 12, a front end locking cylinder 11 acts to clamp the front end in place, the clamping position is locked, the machine frame 1 is lifted, the crankshaft can be quickly lifted, and the working efficiency is greatly improved.

Claims (8)
1. An apparatus for rapidly lifting a crankshaft, the apparatus comprising:
the rack is arranged on the lifting mechanism, is arranged along the vertical direction and can ascend or descend along the vertical direction;
the positioning plate is horizontally arranged below the rack and is fixedly connected with the rack;
the sliding mechanism is arranged below the positioning plate;
a front end mechanism fixing block provided at one end of the slide mechanism;
the rear end mechanism fixing block is arranged at the other end of the sliding mechanism, and the front end mechanism fixing block and the rear end mechanism fixing block can slide along the length direction of the sliding mechanism respectively;
one end of the front end mechanism clamping cylinder is fixed on the rear end mechanism fixing block, and the other end of the front end mechanism clamping cylinder is fixed on the front end mechanism fixing block;
the rear end mechanism clamping cylinder is fixed on the rear end mechanism fixing block at one end and fixed on the rack at the other end; and
the crankshaft clamping device comprises a front end fixing mechanism and a rear end fixing mechanism, wherein the front end fixing mechanism and the rear end fixing mechanism are respectively arranged below a front end mechanism fixing block and a rear end mechanism fixing block, and the crankshaft is clamped by adjusting the distance between the front end fixing mechanism and the rear end fixing mechanism.
2. The apparatus of claim 1 wherein said leading end securing mechanism and said trailing end securing mechanism are each provided with a point structure on the inside thereof, said point structures sandwiching said crankshaft when said crankshaft is lifted by said apparatus.
3. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the sliding mechanism comprises a linear guide rail disposed below the positioning plate, and the front end mechanism fixing block and the rear end mechanism fixing block are respectively positionable on the linear guide rail by linear sliding bearings and are freely slidable along the linear guide rail.
4. The apparatus of claim 1, further comprising a front end locking cylinder and a rear end locking cylinder disposed on the front end fixing mechanism and the rear end fixing mechanism, respectively, wherein the front end locking cylinder is adapted to lock the clamping position after the front end mechanism clamping cylinder clamps the front end of the crankshaft in place, and the rear end locking cylinder is adapted to lock the clamping position after the rear end mechanism clamping cylinder clamps the rear end of the crankshaft in place.
5. The apparatus of claim 4, wherein the front end mechanism clamping cylinder and the rear end locking cylinder are connected to a servo motor, respectively.
6. The apparatus of claim 3, wherein the positioning plate has an elongated opening formed along a length thereof adjacent a connection to the frame for passing through a connecting structure for fixedly connecting the linear guide to the frame.
7. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the linear guide has a length corresponding to a length of the positioning plate.
8. The apparatus of claim 7, wherein the linear guide has a length at least greater than a length of the crankshaft.
