Further, the brushing assembly 300 further comprises a driving part 330 mounted on the lifting mechanism 100, and the driving part 330 is in transmission connection with the rotating shaft 310.

Further, the first spray assembly 200 includes a liquid reservoir 210 and a spray portion 220 communicating with the liquid reservoir 210; the liquid storage part 210 is disposed on the lifting mechanism 100, and the spraying part 220 is used for spraying the liquid stored in the liquid storage part 210 on the planting plate 400.

In the cleaning device for the planting plate provided by the embodiment, the liquid in the liquid storage part 210 is firstly pumped out by the spray pump 221 and is conveyed into the spray arm 222 to be finally sprayed out by the plurality of spray heads 223, so that the automatic spraying of the cleaning agent is realized; and then the driving part 330 drives the rotating body 320 to rotate through the rotating shaft 310, so that the automatic brushing of the planting plate 400 is realized, the efficiency is high, and the use is convenient.
On the basis of the test, further, the planting room provided by the embodiment comprises a frame single body 410, a seed distributing device 500, a grass discharging device 600 and a planting plate cleaning device; the planting plates 400 are longitudinally arranged on the frame single body 410, the seed distributing device 500 and the grass discharging device 600 are both arranged in the frame single body 410, the seed distributing opening 528 is arranged on the seed distributing device 500, and seeds in the seed distributing device 500 are broadcast on the planting plates 400 through the seed distributing opening 528; the grass discharging device 600 is provided with a placement area for the grass, and the grass discharging device 600 is used for applying force to the grass on the planting plate 400 so that the grass moves relative to the planting plate 400 and falls into the placement area.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 5, the frame unit 410 is a support frame formed by welding square pipes, one end of the frame unit 410 is provided with a door for people and equipment to enter and exit, two sets of planting plates 400 are arranged in the frame unit 410, the two sets of planting plates 400 are symmetrically arranged about a vertical plane, and each set of planting plates 400 includes a plurality of longitudinally arranged planting plate 400 units; the seed distributing device 500, the grass discharging device 600 and the planting plate cleaning device can enter the frame single body 410, and after each batch of grass is harvested, the planting plate 400 is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected by the planting plate cleaning device; when breeding is needed, the seed distributing device 500 can automatically broadcast the grass seeds on the planting plate 400, and manual seed broadcasting by planting personnel is not needed; along with the germination and gradual growth of the grass seeds to the grass with a certain height, the grass discharging device 600 applies acting force to the grass to drive the whole grass turf to move relative to the planting plate 400, so that the whole grass turf is scraped and falls into the placement area of the grass collecting device.

The first elevator 510 comprises a hydraulic elevator, the first cylinder 522 is connected to a turntable on the top of the hydraulic elevator, so that the first cylinder 522, the second cylinder 523 and the hopper 521 can integrally rotate relative to the first elevator 510, so as to enable the seed placement openings 528 to adapt to the planting plates 400 on different sides of the frame unit 410; the bottom of the first lifter 510 is provided with a caster, and the first lifter 510 can conveniently move relative to the planting plate 400 through the caster and can gradually move along the direction parallel to the length of the planting plate 400 so as to complete the planting operation of the whole planting plate 400.

Further, as shown in fig. 11, the grass discharging device 600 includes a second lifter 610 and a grass discharging mechanism 620; the second lifter 610 is provided with a first supporting portion 611 and a second supporting portion 612, the first supporting portion 611 is provided with a first sliding groove 613, the second supporting portion 612 is provided with a second sliding groove 614, and the grass discharging mechanism 620 is respectively connected with the first sliding groove 613 and the second sliding groove 614 in a sliding manner.

The structure of the second support portion 612 is the same as that of the first support portion 611, the second support portion 612 also includes two channel steels arranged in parallel, the second chute 614 is also a long hole arranged on the second support portion 612, the connection structure of the grass discharging mechanism 620 and the second support portion 612 is the same as that of the first support portion 611, and therefore, the description is omitted here, and the height of the grass discharging mechanism 620 fixed on the second support portion 612 can be adjusted by changing the connection position of the grass discharging mechanism 620 and the second chute 614; meanwhile, the connecting position of the grass discharging mechanism 620 and the second chute 614 and the connecting position of the grass discharging mechanism 620 and the first chute 613 are changed, so that the setting height of the grass discharging mechanism 620 relative to the planting plate 400 can be integrally adjusted; the inclination angle of the grass-discharging mechanism 620 relative to the planting plate 400 can be adjusted by independently changing the connecting position of the grass-discharging mechanism 620 and the second chute 614 or the connecting position of the grass-discharging mechanism 620 and the first chute 613.
Further, the grass discharging mechanism 620 comprises a conveying chain 621 and a grass poking plate 622 mounted on the conveying chain 621; the grass poking plate 622 presses against the upper portion of the grass, and the transmission chain 621 moves the grass relative to the planting plate 400 via the grass poking plate 622.

According to the planting room provided by the embodiment, through automatic seed distribution of the seed distribution device 500, the labor cost is saved, the labor force is reduced, and the sowing of seeds is more uniform compared with that of artificial pasture grass; through the automatic grass discharging of the grass discharging device 600, the turf blocks on the planting plate 400 do not need to be manually moved off from the planting plate 400, so that the automation degree of the planting room provided by the embodiment is higher.
On the basis of the above embodiments, as shown in fig. 15, the indoor planting system provided by this embodiment includes a plant body 700, a lighting assembly 800, a second spraying assembly 900 and a planting room; the plurality of frame units 410 are arranged in the plant body 700, the plurality of frame units 410 are transversely arranged in the plant body 700, a moving channel is arranged in each frame unit 410, a guide rail 420 is laid in each moving channel, and the lifting mechanism 100 moves along the guide rails 420; the lighting assembly 800 and the second spraying assembly 900 are both installed on the frame body 410 and located above the planting plate 400, and the second spraying assembly 900 is used for spraying and irrigating the pasture on the planting plate 400.

As shown in fig. 5 and 6, each planting plate 400 is supported on a square tube support transversely arranged in the frame body 410, an illumination assembly 800 is installed at the bottom of the square tube support, the illumination assembly 800 comprises a strip-shaped lamp strip, the length of the lamp strip is equal to that of the planting plate 400, and the lamp strip is used for providing illumination for the production of pasture; the bottom of the square pipe support is also provided with a second spraying assembly 900, the second spraying assembly 900 comprises a plurality of shower nozzles which are sequentially arranged along the length direction of the planting plate 400, and the shower nozzles are used for spraying water on the planting plate 400 so as to meet the requirement of the water content necessary for the growth of the pasture. In addition, a certain inclination angle is arranged between the planting plate 400 and the horizontal plane, a water collecting tank 910 is arranged on one side, close to the moving channel, of the planting plate 400, the water collecting tank 910 is welded on the square pipe support, redundant water sprayed on the planting plate 400 by the second spraying assembly 900 flows into the water collecting tank 910 under the action of gravity, water in the water collecting tank 910 is intensively refluxed to the water collecting tank, and water in the water collecting tank is filtered and disinfected and sprayed on the planting plate 400 by the second spraying assembly 900 again, so that the water resource is recycled.
In addition, a central air-conditioning device is also arranged in the indoor planting system, and the central air-conditioning device can keep the indoor temperature of the planting constant according to the setting so as to meet the requirement of the normal growth of the pasture on the temperature; in addition, the indoor planting system is provided with a control room, a master control device is arranged in the control room, the master control device is respectively and electrically connected with the lighting assembly 800, the second spraying assembly 900 and the central air-conditioning device, and the master control device can remotely control the on-off of the lighting assembly 800, set the on-off time and the spraying time of the second spraying assembly 900 and the on-off time and the temperature of the central air-conditioning device. The indoor planting system that this embodiment provided collects and plants board 400 washing, cloth kind, play grass, illumination, watering and control by temperature change as an organic whole, and degree of automation is high, and the labour that needs is few, the output forage grass that can last throughout the year, convenient to popularize and use.
