2. The perianal cleaning device for incontinent patients as claimed in claim 1, wherein said chassis is provided with a concentric adhesive ring in the circumferential direction, the surface of said adhesive ring being coated with an adhesive for adhering to the skin surface of the user.
3. The incontinence patient perianal cleaning device of claim 1, wherein the inner diameter of the flushing port is configured to taper from the connecting end to the open end.
4. The perianal cleaning device of an incontinent patient as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a connector having one end integrally communicating with said irrigation tube and the other end extending outside said anal pouch.
5. The perianal cleaning device of claim 4, wherein the connector comprises a first seal and a second seal, the first seal and the second seal both protruding outwardly from the surface of the anal pouch, the first seal being sealed outside the anal pouch and the second seal being stopped within the anal pouch.

The perianal cleaning device for incontinent patients as claimed in claim 1, wherein said pressurizing assembly comprises a balloon formed in a cylindrical shape to wrap said saline bottle and an air bag having a bag face sealed to form an inflation chamber, said balloon communicating with said inflation chamber to inflate said inflation chamber; wherein, the normal saline bottle is made of soft rubber.
7. The perianal cleaning device of claim 6, wherein the air bag is provided with handles, and the handles are arranged on two opposite sides of the air bag and are integrally connected with the air bag.
8. The perianal cleaning device of claim 1 wherein the outer surface of the chassis is marked with annular graduations radially outward from the through-hole.
9. The perianal cleaning device of an incontinent patient as claimed in claim 1, wherein said chassis and said irrigation tube are both silicone.
10. The perianal cleaning device for incontinent patients as claimed in claim 1, wherein said anal pouch inner wall is provided with a suction tube extending outside said anal pouch, said suction tube being adapted to be connected to a negative pressure device for withdrawing faecal matter inside said anal pouch.
