Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of supply chain management systems, and particularly relates to a block chain-based rail transit project supply chain management system and a block chain-based rail transit project supply chain management method. The invention realizes the management of contract agreement, logistics and construction quality of each party of rail transit project transaction through intelligent contracts, and paper contracts are not needed because all the contracts are completed in the system, thereby reducing artificial reasons and complicated procedures and improving the efficiency. The invention is used for managing the supply chain of the rail transit project.

The large investment scale means that once interest rate, payment conditions and the like change, cash flow pressure of suppliers is huge; the design, the process and the like are complicated, and problems easily occur in quality and management, which may finally result in an increase in project cost and a decrease in quality. The above problems may eventually lead to project delay or great risk in project quality.
A blockchain is a distributed database, which is mainly a string of data blocks generated by cryptography, each block being connected to a previous block, thereby ensuring that data added to the blockchain is permanently stored and is difficult to tamper with.
In view of the problems existing in the rail transit supply chain industry at present, the characteristics of decentralization, openness, traceability, non-falsification and the like of the block chain have important significance in the application of the rail transit supply chain field.

Aiming at the technical problems of large early investment scale, long construction period and extremely complex design, working procedure and management work of the rail transit project, the invention provides a block chain-based rail transit project supply chain management system and method with high working efficiency, high reliability and non-falsification.

a rail transit project supply chain management system based on a block chain comprises the block chain and a supply chain, wherein the supply chain comprises a rail transit core enterprise, a rail transit provider and a fund supplier, the block chain is participated by the rail transit core enterprise, the rail transit provider and the fund supplier together, the block chain records data information of the supply chain, and the block chain realizes contract agreement between the supply chains through an intelligent contract.
The information recorded by the block chain is not manually controlled, and the change of the information recorded by the block chain is triggered only by an intelligent contract, so that the condition is automatically judged and completed.
A block chain-based rail transit project supply chain management method comprises the following steps:
s1, the rail transit core enterprise issues bidding bulletins on the system, and the block chain records commodity details, supply time, quality assurance and supply enterprise information required by the rail transit core enterprise;
s2, the rail transit provider purchases materials according to the requirements of the rail transit core enterprise, and the block chain records the material purchasing manufacturer, the raw material list, purchasing personnel and purchasing record information of the rail transit provider;
s3, the rail transit supplier performs factory processing according to the requirements of the rail transit core enterprise, and the block chain records the processing factory, the production flow, the monitoring report and the delivery condition information of the rail transit supplier;
s4, the rail transit supplier transports goods according to the requirements of the rail transit core enterprise, and the block chain records the carrying unit, the logistics process, the commodity GPS track and the commodity storage condition information of the rail transit supplier;
s5, the rail transit supplier can apply for fund loan to the fund supplier by using the token pre-paid by the rail transit core enterprise in the system, and the fund supplier can inquire contract conditions in the block chain system and give the rail transit supplier the token exchange and the fund loan;
s6, settling funds to the rail transit provider according to the intelligent contract execution condition of the block chain, directly paying the funds to the fund supplier on behalf of the rail transit provider according to part of the funds of the intelligent contract, and paying the rest of the funds to the rail transit provider;
s7, paying the fund supplier according to the intelligent contract by the rail transit supplier;
s8, the block chain record of the track traffic project execution condition can be used as the credit evaluation basis of the new track traffic project financing of the track traffic core enterprise.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
by means of the characteristic that the block chain cannot be tampered, all contract contents including goods producers can be found clearly, and the defects that a traditional supply chain method needs paper certificates, third-party guarantee or certification organizations, medium and small enterprises are difficult to finance, cheating and cheating exist and the like are overcome; meanwhile, the invention realizes the management of contract agreement, logistics and construction quality of each party of rail transit project transaction through intelligent contracts, and all the contracts are completed in the system, so paper contracts are not needed, the artificial reasons and complicated procedures are reduced, and the efficiency is improved.

A rail transit project supply chain management system based on a block chain is shown in figure 1 and comprises the block chain and a supply chain, wherein the supply chain comprises a rail transit core enterprise, a rail transit provider and a fund supplier, the block chain is participated by the rail transit core enterprise, the rail transit provider and the fund supplier together, the block chain records data information of the supply chain, and the block chain realizes contract agreement between the supply chains through an intelligent contract.
Furthermore, the information recorded by the block chain is not controlled manually, and the change of the information recorded by the block chain is triggered only by an intelligent contract, so that the condition is automatically judged and completed.
A block chain-based rail transit project supply chain management method, as shown in fig. 2, includes the following steps:
s1, the rail transit core enterprise issues bidding bulletins on the system, and the block chain records commodity details, supply time, quality assurance and supply enterprise information required by the rail transit core enterprise;
s2, the rail transit provider purchases materials according to the requirements of the rail transit core enterprise, and the block chain records the material purchasing manufacturer, the raw material list, purchasing personnel and purchasing record information of the rail transit provider;
s3, the rail transit supplier performs factory processing according to the requirements of the rail transit core enterprise, and the block chain records the processing factory, the production flow, the monitoring report and the delivery condition information of the rail transit supplier;
s4, the rail transit supplier transports goods according to the requirements of the rail transit core enterprise, and the block chain records the carrying unit, the logistics process, the commodity GPS track and the commodity storage condition information of the rail transit supplier;
s5, the rail transit supplier can apply for fund loan to the fund supplier by using the token pre-paid by the rail transit core enterprise in the system, and the fund supplier can inquire contract conditions in the block chain system and give the rail transit supplier the token exchange and the fund loan;

The working principle of the invention is as follows: firstly, a fund supplier evaluates according to the credit condition of a rail transit core enterprise and the feasibility of a rail transit construction project. Secondly, after the evaluation is passed, a block chain network system which is participated by a plurality of parties such as a rail transit core enterprise, a rail transit provider, a fund supplier and the like is established, system members store and maintain the block chain system together, and relevant information is recorded on the block chain; then, the intelligent contracts are utilized to realize the processes of contract agreement, logistics specification and the like between enterprises and suppliers and manufacturers, and block chain digital certificates are provided for capital suppliers aiming at financial links related to commodity production, transportation and the like.
