The invention discloses a dyeing and finishing process of flannel fabric, which comprises the following steps of 1) pretreating, placing the flannel fabric into a cylinder after flattening and loosening, using 2% desizing enzyme, and running for 15-20min at 55-60 ℃ for desizing; 2) dyeing; adding required reactive dye, 1% leveling agent, 50% anhydrous sodium sulfate, 0.5% soda ash and 1.8% substitution alkali, running for 10min at 60 ℃, and washing with water at 55 ℃ after dyeing. The dyeing and finishing process of the flannel fabric improves the quality of the fabric, is washable, has soft cloth surface and improves the serviceability of the fabric.
