A mixing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein: the two rotating middle shafts penetrate through the two upper rotating connecting plates respectively, the four rotating gears are arranged at the upper ends and the lower ends of the two rotating middle shafts respectively, tooth grooves are formed in the upper ends and the lower ends of the inner sides of the two cleaning plates respectively, the two cleaning plates are meshed with the four rotating gears respectively through the four tooth grooves, and the rotating motor drives the two cleaning plates to be opened and closed.

9. The working method of the stirring device is characterized in that:

s3: the rotating motor rotates to drive the rotating middle shaft and the rotating gear to rotate;
s4: the rotating gear is meshed with the tooth grooves and drives the cleaning plate to move outwards until the outer side end of the cleaning plate is abutted against the inner wall of the stirrer;
s5: after the cleaning plate reaches the preset position, the rotating motor drives the rotating middle shaft and the rotating gear to rotate reversely, and the cleaning plate is driven to move inwards.
10. A method of operating a mixing apparatus according to claim 9, wherein: in S1, the first rotary gear is driven by the rotary motor to rotate, and the second rotary gear is driven by the first rotary gear to rotate, so that the stirrer rotates along with the first rotary gear.
