Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of medical instruments, and particularly relates to a patella fracture packaging and fixing device.
Background
The patella is the biggest unginned bone of human body, is located thighbone lower extreme anteriorly, in four head of thighbone muscle tendon, and upper wide down point, preceding coarse, the back is the articular surface, and is articular mutually with thighbone kneecap face, has the knee joint of protection, avoids four head of thighbone muscle tendon to thighbone condyle cartilage face friction's function. The patella fracture is a common injury, generally, there are multiple methods for the internal fixation of the patella fracture, such as the fixation of the steel wire tension of the kirschner wire, the fixation of the memory alloy patella, etc., the fixation tension is concentrated on the front of the patella, and the back has no traction, so the back crease is easy to open, the patella is deformed when recovering, and the recovery is slow, meanwhile, a large incision is needed to place a fixture during the operation, and the fixture is also needed to be taken out by a secondary operation; the steel wire linear fixing band bears a large pressure in the unit area of the patella contact part, so that the soft tissue can be necrotized, liquefied, absorbed and fiberized, the tension band steel wire is loosened, and the knotted part is stimulated to cause discomfort of a patient.
Therefore, the key for solving the problems is to research and develop a patella fracture packaging and fixing device which can ensure that the stress of the patella fracture surface is balanced, the pressure per unit area is small, knotting is avoided, and the surgical wound is small.

The fixing band is of a flexible structure, the fixing band is driven by the guide device to wind the patella, at least one fixing band is crossed with the fracture crease, and two ends of the fixing band are connected through the locking buckle and are tensioned and fixed.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following technical effects:
1. the invention changes the prior mode of fixing only in front of the patella, adopts the mode of winding the patella by the fixing band to fix the fracture, packs around the crease, ensures that the stress of the fracture surface is balanced, does not generate crease dislocation or opening, shortens the recovery period time, and has good fixing effect on the comminuted fracture by the packing and wrapping mode;
2. the fixing band and the locking buckle adopted by the invention have small thickness, so that tissue protrusion and discomfort cannot be caused, and meanwhile, the fixing band is tensioned at two ends and locked in a two-way manner, so that the fixing band is easier to tension, and the fracture part can not be dislocated;
3. the invention adopts absorbable materials, has excellent biocompatibility, avoids the stimulation of the implant to the implanted part, and solves the problem that the implant needs to be taken out through a secondary operation;
4. the fixing band has a certain width, the contact surface with the patella is larger, the pressure bearing of the patella in unit area is reduced, and the probability of soft tissue injury is greatly reduced;
5. the invention adopts the minimally invasive surgery of guiding needle traction, solves the problems of complex operation, large wound, pain of postoperative patients, serious local stimulation and the like of the prior surgery, and shortens the time by half compared with the traditional surgery.
