Abstract
The invention relates to an intelligent access system and method, which is characterized by comprising a material box, a weighing sensor, a single chip microcomputer, a communication circuit, a power circuit, a prompting device and a controller, wherein the material box is connected with the weighing sensor; the material boxes are distributed in an array mode, the bottom of each material box is provided with a corresponding weighing sensor, a single chip microcomputer, a communication circuit and a power circuit, and one side of each material box is provided with a prompting device; each weighing sensor and each prompting device are electrically connected with a corresponding single chip microcomputer, each single chip microcomputer is connected with a controller through a corresponding communication circuit through a network bus terminal, the single chip microcomputers are used for storing ID numbers of corresponding material boxes, the controller is used for sending the input ID numbers of the material boxes to each single chip microcomputer, when the input ID numbers are the same as the ID numbers stored in a certain single chip microcomputer, the single chip microcomputers make responses, the prompting devices are controlled to prompt, and response data are sent to the controllers.

Background
Traditional production unit adopts the material box to store the material, when using the material, needs to adopt artifical mode carefully to seek the material, seeks the material slowly and wastes time and energy. Because the material can supply or take at any time, the quantity of material also can change at any time, and material box probably misuse in the access process of material leads to the damage of material box. When the material box is damaged, a user needs to replace the cabinet or the drawer again after detaching the drawer, which is very inconvenient.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above problems, the present invention provides an intelligent cabinet system with rapid material searching and convenient material box replacement.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme: an intelligent access system is characterized by comprising a material box, a weighing sensor, a single chip microcomputer, a communication circuit, a power circuit, a prompting device and a controller; the material boxes are distributed in an array mode, the bottom of each material box is provided with the weighing sensor, the single chip microcomputer, the communication circuit and the power circuit, the weighing sensor is used for collecting the weight corresponding to the material boxes, and one side of each material box is provided with the prompting device; each weighing sensor and each prompting device are electrically connected with the corresponding single chip microcomputer, each single chip microcomputer is connected with the controller through the corresponding communication circuit through a network bus terminal, the single chip microcomputers are used for storing ID numbers corresponding to the material boxes, the controller is used for sending the input ID numbers of the material boxes to each single chip microcomputer, and when the input ID numbers are the same as the ID numbers stored in one single chip microcomputer, the single chip microcomputers respond to control the prompting devices to prompt and send response data to the controller; each power supply circuit is connected with a power supply and used for supplying power to corresponding power utilization components.
Furthermore, the intelligent access system also comprises an object carrying platform and a fixed platform; the material box comprises a carrying platform, wherein a plurality of fixing platforms are arranged on the carrying platform in an array mode, each fixing platform is integrated with a weighing sensor, a single chip microcomputer, a communication circuit and a power circuit, and the top of each fixing platform is provided with the material box.
Further, the response data of the single chip microcomputer comprises an ID number, weight and state corresponding to the material box, wherein the state of the material box comprises whether the user is prompted to fetch the material, whether the stored material is empty and whether the stored material is overweight.
Further, a database module, a data input module, an ID number acquisition module and a data processing module are arranged in the controller; the database module is used for recording the ID number of each material box and the material numbers of the materials stored in the material boxes, the quantity of each material and the data acquired by each weighing sensor in real time, and correspondingly sending the data to the ID number acquisition module and the data processing module; the data input module is used for inputting material numbers of required materials and sending the material numbers to the ID number acquisition module; the ID number acquisition module is used for acquiring the ID number of the material box corresponding to the material number according to the data stored in the database module and the input material number, and sending the ID number to the data processing module; the data processing module is used for calculating the quantity of the materials in the corresponding material box in real time according to the quantity of each material and the response data sent by the single chip microcomputer.
Further, a notification reminding module is further arranged in the controller and used for notifying and reminding when the quantity of the materials in one material box is smaller than a preset quantity threshold value of the materials.

Further, the prompting device adopts an indicator light, and when the input material number corresponds to the ID number of the material box where the indicator light is located, the indicator light flickers.
An intelligent access method, comprising: 1) a user puts each material into a corresponding material box respectively, and records the ID number of each material box, the material number of the stored material and the quantity of each material; 2) a user inputs a material number of a required material, and the controller compares the material number with stored data to obtain a material box ID number corresponding to the material number; 3) each single chip microcomputer receives the ID number of the material box, when the ID number of the material box is the same as the ID number stored in one single chip microcomputer, the single chip microcomputer makes a corresponding response, a prompt device is controlled to prompt, and a user takes the material in the corresponding material box according to the prompt; 4) the single chip microcomputer sends the response data to the controller through the corresponding communication circuit and the network terminal bus terminal, and the controller calculates the quantity of the materials in the corresponding material box in real time according to the quantity of each material and the response data sent by the single chip microcomputer.
Further, the method further comprises: when the weight of a certain material box is smaller than the preset quantity threshold value of the material, the controller gives notice and prompts.
Further, the response data in step 4) includes an ID number, a weight, and a status corresponding to the material box, where the status of the material box includes whether the user is currently prompted to fetch the material, whether the stored material is empty, and whether the stored material is overweight.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the intelligent access system provided by the invention comprises a material box 1, a weighing sensor 2, a single chip microcomputer 3, a communication circuit 4, a power circuit 5, a prompting device 6, a network bus terminal 7 and a controller.
A plurality of material boxes 1 are distributed in an array mode, the bottom of each material box 1 is provided with a weighing sensor 2, a single chip microcomputer 3, a communication circuit 4 and a power circuit 5, the weighing sensor 2 is used for collecting the weight of the corresponding material box 1, and each power circuit 5 is connected with a power supply and used for supplying power to corresponding power utilization parts. And one side of each material box 1 is provided with a prompt device 6.
Each weighing sensor 2 and the prompting device 6 are electrically connected with a corresponding single chip microcomputer 3, each single chip microcomputer 3 is connected with a network bus terminal 7 through a corresponding communication circuit 4, the network bus terminal 7 is connected with a controller in a wired or wireless mode, the single chip microcomputers 3 are used for storing ID numbers of corresponding material boxes 1 and processing data collected by the corresponding weighing sensors 2, the controller is used for recording the ID numbers of the material boxes 1 and the material numbers of the materials stored in the material boxes, the input ID numbers of the material boxes 1 are sent to the single chip microcomputers 3 through the communication circuits 4 through the network bus terminal 7, when the input ID numbers of the material boxes 1 are the same as the ID numbers stored in one single chip microcomputer 3, the single chip microcomputers 3 make responses, the prompting device 6 is controlled to prompt, and the response data are sent to the controller through the corresponding communication circuits 4 through the network bus terminal 6, and the bidirectional data communication between the controller and the material box 1 is completed.
In a preferred embodiment, the response data of the single chip microcomputer 3 includes an ID number, a weight, a state and the like of the single chip microcomputer 3 corresponding to the material box 1, wherein the state of the material box 1 includes whether the user is prompted to fetch the material currently, whether the stored material is empty, whether the stored material is overweight and the like.
In a preferred embodiment, the intelligent access system further comprises an object carrying platform and a plurality of fixed platforms, wherein the object carrying platform is provided with a plurality of fixed platforms in an array mode, each fixed platform is integrated with a weighing module 7 comprising a weighing sensor 2, a single chip microcomputer 3, a communication circuit 4 and a power circuit 5, and the top of each fixed platform is provided with a material box 1.
In a preferred embodiment, the controller can adopt a computer, a mobile phone or an embedded device, and a database module, a data input module, an ID number acquisition module, a data processing module and a notification reminding module are arranged in the controller. The database module is used for recording the ID number of each material box 1 and the material numbers of the stored materials, the quantity of each material and the data acquired by each weighing sensor 2 in real time, sending the ID number of each material box 1 and the material numbers of the stored materials to the ID number acquisition module, and sending the quantity of each material to the data processing module. The data input module is used for inputting material numbers of required materials and sending the material numbers to the ID number acquisition module. The ID number acquisition module is used for acquiring the ID number of the material box 1 corresponding to the material number according to the data stored in the database module and the input material number, and respectively sending the ID number to each single chip microcomputer 3 and the data processing module. The data processing module is used for calculating the quantity of the materials in the corresponding material box 3 in real time according to the quantity of each material and the response data sent by the single chip microcomputer 3. And the notification reminding module is used for generating a related report to remind a user when the quantity of the materials in a certain material box 3 is smaller than a preset quantity threshold of the materials.
In a preferred embodiment, the prompting device 6 may adopt an indicator light, and when the input material number corresponds to the ID number of the material box 1 where the indicator light is located, the indicator light flashes so as to quickly find the position of the material box 1 where the material corresponding to the material number is located.
In a preferred embodiment, each of the single-chip microcomputers 3 is a single-chip microcomputer with 19-bit effective precision and high-precision ADC sampling.
In a preferred embodiment, each of the single-chip microcomputers 3 is connected to the corresponding communication circuit 4 through a UART (Universal Asynchronous Receiver Transmitter) interface.
Based on the intelligent access system, the invention also provides an intelligent access method, which comprises the following steps:
1) the user puts each material into the corresponding material box 1 respectively, and records the ID number of each material box 1, the material number of the stored material and the quantity of each material in the database module.
2) The user inputs the material number of the required material through the data input module, the ID number acquisition module compares the material number with the data stored in the database module to obtain the ID number of the material box 1 corresponding to the material number, and the ID number is respectively sent to each single chip microcomputer 3 and the data processing module.
3) Each single chip microcomputer 3 receives the ID number of the material box 1, when the ID number of the material box 1 is the same as the ID number stored in one single chip microcomputer 3, the single chip microcomputer 3 responds to control the prompting device 6 to prompt, and a user takes the material in the corresponding material box 1 according to the prompt.
4) The single chip microcomputer 3 sends the response data to the data processing module through the corresponding communication circuit 4 and the network terminal bus terminal 6, and the data processing module calculates the quantity of the materials in the corresponding material box 1 in real time according to the quantity of each material and the response data sent by the single chip microcomputer 3.
5) When the weight of a certain material box 1 is smaller than the preset quantity threshold of the material, the notification reminding module generates a related report to remind a user of the notification, so that the user is reminded of the need of replacing the material box 1 or adding the material.

the material boxes are distributed in an array mode, the bottom of each material box is provided with the weighing sensor, the single chip microcomputer, the communication circuit and the power circuit, the weighing sensor is used for collecting the weight corresponding to the material boxes, and one side of each material box is provided with the prompting device;
each weighing sensor and each prompting device are electrically connected with the corresponding single chip microcomputer, each single chip microcomputer is connected with the controller through the corresponding communication circuit through a network bus terminal, the single chip microcomputers are used for storing ID numbers corresponding to the material boxes, the controller is used for sending the input ID numbers of the material boxes to each single chip microcomputer, and when the input ID numbers are the same as the ID numbers stored in one single chip microcomputer, the single chip microcomputers respond to control the prompting devices to prompt and send response data to the controller;
each power supply circuit is connected with a power supply and used for supplying power to corresponding power utilization components.
2. The intelligent access system of claim 1, further comprising a carrier platform and a mounting platform;
the material box comprises a carrying platform, wherein a plurality of fixing platforms are arranged on the carrying platform in an array mode, each fixing platform is integrated with a weighing sensor, a single chip microcomputer, a communication circuit and a power circuit, and the top of each fixing platform is provided with the material box.

4) the single chip microcomputer sends the response data to the controller through the corresponding communication circuit and the network terminal bus terminal, and the controller calculates the quantity of the materials in the corresponding material box in real time according to the quantity of each material and the response data sent by the single chip microcomputer.
