Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of lubricating grease, and particularly relates to lubricating grease special for a bearing of a corrugating machine and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Lubricating greases are widely used, and their main functions are lubrication, protection and sealing. Also known as antifriction grease. The antifriction lubricating grease mainly plays a role in reducing mechanical friction and preventing mechanical abrasion, and also has a protection effect of preventing metal corrosion and a sealing dustproof effect. There are greases which are used primarily to prevent the rusting or corrosion of metals and are known as protective greases. For example, industrial petrolatum and the like have a few greases used exclusively for sealing, known as sealing greases, such as thread compound. Grease is mostly semisolid and has unique fluidity.
The service performance of the lubricating grease has different requirements according to different specific application fields. For example, for bearing grease, the purpose is to form a thin oil film between the rolling surface and the sliding surface of the bearing to prevent direct contact between metal and metal, thereby reducing friction and abrasion inside the bearing and preventing burning, and the grease has the following effects on the bearing:
(1) and (3) friction and abrasion are reduced: a bearing ring is formed. The mutual contact part of the rolling body and the retainer prevents metal contact and reduces friction. And (5) abrasion.
(2) And the fatigue life is prolonged: the rolling fatigue life of the bearing is prolonged when the rolling contact surface is well lubricated during rotation. On the other hand, the oil viscosity is low, and the thickness of the lubricating film is not good, which results in a reduction.
(3) Frictional heat is discharged. And (3) cooling: the circulation oil method may use oil to remove heat generated by friction or heat transferred from the outside, thereby achieving a cooling effect. Prevent the bearing from overheating and prevent the lubricating oil from aging.
(4) And others: and also prevents foreign matter from intruding into the interior of the bearing, or prevents rust from occurring. The effect of corrosion.
However, the common bearing grease has poor wear resistance and narrow service temperature range, and cannot be applied to severe working conditions, so that the further application of the bearing grease is limited.
In view of the above, the present invention is particularly proposed.
Disclosure of Invention
The first purpose of the invention is to provide the lubricating grease which has excellent high temperature resistance and wear resistance and is suitable for the bearing of the corrugating machine, and the lubricating grease realizes great improvement on both high and low temperature resistance and wear resistance through specific component selection and excellent proportion, has long service life, and is durable and environment-friendly.

In order to achieve the above purpose of the present invention, the following technical solutions are adopted:
the invention provides lubricating grease special for a bearing of a corrugating machine, which is mainly prepared from the following components: by weight, 60-70 parts of base oil, 10-20 parts of ester oil, 0.5-3 parts of MCA, 4-8 parts of MDI, 4-6 parts of tallow amine, 0.5-1.5 parts of cyclohexylamine, 0.5-1 part of n-octylamine, 0.5-1 part of boric acid, 0.1-0.5 part of potassium hydroxide and a plurality of parts of conventional additives.
In the components, the added MCA (melamine cyanurate) mainly plays roles of inflaming retarding, thickening, viscosity increasing, adhesion force improving, abrasion resistance and the like, has lower toxicity compared with other sulfur and phosphorus substances, and is environment-friendly under the condition of smaller addition.
MCA, MDI (isocyanate), base oil and the like form a matching relationship, and the effects of thickening and improving abrasion resistance are achieved together. However, the addition amount is not suitable to be too high, because the consistency is higher, the use environment of the bearing is influenced, and therefore, both MCA and MDI need to be controlled in a proper addition amount range.
The MCA may also be present in amounts of 0.6, 0.9, 1, 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 1.4, 1.5, 2.1, 2.2, 2.3, 2.4, 2.6, 2.7 parts by mass.
The boric acid can also be 0.6, 0.65, 0.7, 0.8, 0.95 and the like in parts by mass.
The mass portion of the potassium hydroxide can also be 0.2, 0.35, 0.45 and the like.

preferably, the antioxidant is diisooctyl diphenylamine.
The conventional additive can be flexibly controlled and added according to the service performance of the product, and the high and low temperature resistance of the product is improved by adding the silicon oil.
In the raw material formula, each component is not only added to play a single role, but is finally matched with other substances to achieve the most excellent effect on the comprehensive performance of the lubricating grease, so that the lubricating grease can ensure the excellent use effect under the severe working condition environment, and each performance parameter is controlled within a proper range.
The lubricating grease is mainly applied to the lubrication of bearings, chains and chain wheels of various corrugated board production lines such as three-layer, five-layer, seven-layer and single-side corrugated board machines, and is also applicable to the lubrication of bearings, chains and chain wheels of other equipment with high and low rotating speeds and high and low temperatures. The quality is better than that of imported similar products, and the service life can be effectively prolonged by more than 3 to 5 times compared with domestic and foreign similar products.
