Detailed Description
The following detailed description of specific embodiments of the present disclosure is provided in connection with the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the detailed description and specific examples, while indicating the present disclosure, are given by way of illustration and explanation only, not limitation.
FIG. 1 is a flow diagram illustrating a method of order processing, as shown in FIG. 1, according to an exemplary embodiment, the method comprising:
s11, in response to receiving a ordering request initiated by a first user terminal based on a first ordering interface, obtaining user related information of the first user terminal and state information of the first ordering interface.
In this disclosure, the first user terminal may be a mobile terminal, for example, a mobile phone, and the first drop interface may be a two-dimensional code, which may be disposed on a dining table in a dining room in a possible application scenario, so that the user may directly scan the two-dimensional code at the dining table for ordering through the mobile phone.
Specifically, when a first user terminal initiates an order placing request through a first order placing interface, a server may establish a communication connection with the first user terminal through the first order placing interface, and further obtain user-related information of the first user terminal and state information of the first order placing interface, where the order placing request is a request for generating an order, and after receiving the order placing request, the server may first create a shopping cart system corresponding to the first user terminal, and a user may operate the shopping cart system through the first user terminal, for example, add or delete an item.
For example, the first user terminal is a mobile phone of a user a, the first ordering interface is a two-dimensional code located on a dining table in a dining room, the user a scans the two-dimensional code through the mobile phone of the user a, initiates an ordering request, and the server obtains user-related information of the mobile phone, such as contact list friend information in the mobile phone, and state information of the two-dimensional code, such as shopping cart system information already created through the two-dimensional code.
S12, determining whether to create a new shopping cart system under the condition that the shopping cart system is already available at the first ordering interface according to the user related information and the state information, wherein the shopping cart system is used for storing articles selected by ordering of the user; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
and determining whether the items selected by the first user terminal based on the second ordering interface are transferred to the shopping cart system of the first ordering interface or not according to the user related information and the state information.
In particular, in one possible implementation, the user-related information includes social friend information, and the status information includes existing shopping cart system information, social friend information of a second user terminal that created the existing shopping cart system.
The social friend information of the first user terminal and the social friend information of the second user terminal may be determined by respective address lists or friend information of social software, for example, if a user to which the second user terminal belongs exists in the address list of the first user terminal or a user to which the first user terminal belongs exists in the address list of the second user terminal, it is determined that the first user terminal and the second user terminal are in a friend relationship with each other. The first user terminal and the second user terminal are different user terminals.
Optionally, in step S12, determining whether to create a new shopping cart system according to the user-related information and the status information includes:
and if the mutual friend relationship between the first user terminal and the second user terminal is determined based on the social friend information of the first user terminal and the social friend information of the second user terminal, determining not to create a new shopping cart system.
The second user terminal is a creator of an existing shopping cart system, so that when the second user terminal initiates an ordering request through the first ordering interface, the server can obtain the social friend information of the second user terminal, and further determine that the first user terminal and the second user terminal are in a friend relationship with each other through the social friend information of the first user terminal and the social friend information of the second user terminal. Compared with the method that the friend relationship of the first user terminal and the second user terminal is determined only through the social friend information of the first user terminal and the second user terminal, the method can improve the accuracy of determining the friend relationship.
The method further comprises the following steps:
and responding to an item selection request of the first user terminal, and adding the item selected by the first user terminal into the existing shopping cart system.
Specifically, after determining that the first user terminal and the second user terminal are in a friend relationship with each other, the server adds the article selected by the first user terminal through the first ordering interface to an existing shopping cart system established based on an ordering request initiated by the second user terminal through the first user interface, so that ordering operations such as ordering and the like can be conveniently carried out by the first user terminal and the second user terminal.
For example, following the above example, the second user terminal is the mobile phone of the user B, and before the mobile phone of the user a initiates the order placing request through the two-dimensional code, the order placing request is initiated through the two-dimensional code, and a shopping cart system is established, and meanwhile, the server obtains the address book friend information of the mobile phone of the user B, and when the mobile phone of the user a initiates the order placing request through the two-dimensional code, if the mobile phone number of the user B also exists in the address book of the mobile phone of the user a, it can be determined that the mobile phone of the user a and the mobile phone of the user B are in a friend relationship with each other, and then the server does not create a new shopping cart system, but adds the item selected by the user a through the mobile phone of the server into the shopping cart system corresponding to the mobile phone of the user B.
In particular, in another possible embodiment, the user-related information includes social friend information, and the status information includes existing shopping cart system information, social friend information of a second user terminal that created the existing shopping cart system, and activity status information of the second user terminal.
The active state information may include information used to represent an operation state of the second user terminal by a user to which the second user terminal belongs, and for example, if an operated frequency of a shopping cart system corresponding to the second user terminal is greater than a preset frequency, it may be determined that the second user terminal is in an active state. On the other hand, the server may also monitor the second user terminal in real time by using the two-way communication established based on the websocket, and if it is monitored that the user is operating the existing shopping cart system corresponding to the second user terminal, for example, adding or deleting an article, or the time between the current time and the time when the user last operates the existing shopping cart system corresponding to the second user terminal is greater than the preset time threshold, it may be determined that the second user terminal is in an active state, indicating that the user is performing a related operation on the existing shopping cart system based on the second user terminal.
Optionally, in step S12, determining whether to create a new shopping cart system according to the user-related information and the status information includes:
and if the mutual friend relationship between the first user terminal and the second user terminal is determined based on the social friend information of the first user terminal and the social friend information of the second user terminal, and the second user terminal is determined to be in the active state based on the active state information of the second user terminal, determining not to create a new shopping cart system.
The method further comprises the following steps:
and responding to an item selection request of the first user terminal, and adding the item selected by the first user terminal into the existing shopping cart system.
Specifically, when it is determined that the first user terminal and the second user terminal are in a friend relationship with each other and the second user terminal is in an active state, that is, the user may be ordering through the second user terminal, the item selected by the first user terminal is added to the existing shopping cart system, so that the first user terminal and the second user terminal share the same shopping cart, resource consumption of the server is reduced, and ordering operations such as ordering and the like are facilitated for the first user terminal and the second user terminal.
In the above example, the mobile phone of the user a and the mobile phone of the user B are in a friend relationship with each other, and the current user B performs the ordering operation through the mobile phones, and then determines that the mobile phone of the user B is in an active state, so that when the mobile phone of the user a initiates an ordering request, a new shopping cart system is not created, but an article selected by the user a through the mobile phone of the user a is added to the shopping cart system corresponding to the user B.
Optionally, in step S12, the determining whether to create a new shopping cart system according to the user-related information and the status information further includes:
and if the first user terminal and the second user terminal are determined to be in a non-friend relationship and the second user terminal is in an inactive state according to the user related information and the state information, a new shopping cart system is created.
The method further comprises the following steps:
and responding to an item selection request of the first user terminal, and adding the item selected by the first user terminal into the new shopping cart system.
Specifically, referring to the description of the friend relationship and the active state above, if the first user terminal and the second user terminal are not in a friend relationship and the second user terminal is in an inactive state, that is, the user may not operate the existing shopping cart system of the second user terminal for a long time, a new shopping cart system is created, and the article selected by the first user terminal is added into the new shopping cart system, so as to avoid that the information of the selected article of the first user terminal cannot be acquired by the server due to the fact that the existing shopping cart is idle, and further, the subsequent order process is influenced.
Continuing with the above example, if the mobile phone number of the user a does not exist in the mobile phone address book of the user B and the mobile phone number of the user B does not exist in the mobile phone address book of the user a, it is determined that the mobile phone of the user a is in a non-friend relationship with the mobile phone of the user B, and meanwhile, the user B does not perform a leave order operation for a long time, it is determined that the mobile phone of the user B is in an inactive state, and then a new shopping cart system is created, and an article selected by the user a is added to the new shopping cart system.
Through the technical scheme, in response to receiving a ordering request initiated by a first user terminal based on a first ordering interface, user related information of the first user terminal and state information of the first ordering interface are obtained; determining whether to create a new shopping cart system under the condition that the shopping cart system exists at the first ordering interface according to the user related information and the state information, wherein the shopping cart system is used for storing articles selected by ordering of the user; and/or determining whether the items selected by the first user terminal based on the second ordering interface are transferred to the shopping cart system of the first ordering interface according to the user related information and the state information. And then under special circumstances, establish new shopping cart for the first user, avoided the inconvenience that uses same shopping cart to bring, and when changing the interface of placing an order, transfer the article that the second interface of placing an order has selected to the shopping cart system of first interface of placing an order, reduced the possibility of the article of repeated selection at the shopping cart system, and then improve the treatment effeciency of order.
Optionally, the user-related information includes social friend information, and the status information includes, in addition to information of an existing shopping cart system, social friend information of a second user terminal that creates the existing shopping cart system, and active status information of the second user terminal, pause operation duration information of the second user terminal.
The operation pause duration information may be duration information between the current time and the time when the user last operates the existing shopping cart system corresponding to the second user terminal.
The method further comprises the following steps: when the pause operation duration of the second user terminal is determined to be greater than a preset duration threshold according to the pause operation duration information, marking the second user terminal as an inactive state; or,
the state information further includes geographical location information of the second user terminal, and the method further includes: and when the distance between the geographical position of the second user terminal and the geographical position where the first ordering interface is deployed is determined to be larger than a preset distance threshold according to the geographical position information, marking the second user terminal as an inactive state.
For example, the preset time duration threshold is 30 minutes, and if the pause operation time duration information is 40 minutes, the second user terminal is marked as an inactive state. The geographic location information of the second user terminal and the geographic location information of the first ordering interface may be obtained through a GPS (global Positioning system), Wi-Fi assisted Positioning, a-GPS (assisted GPS), and the like, for example, the first ordering interface is deployed on a table in a restaurant, the preset distance threshold is 10m, the distance between the second user terminal and the table is obtained through the GPS and is 50m, which is greater than 10m, and then the user to which the second user terminal belongs may have left the restaurant, and further mark that the second user terminal is in an inactive state.
In one possible embodiment, the user-related information comprises user identification information;
optionally, in step S12, as shown in fig. 2, the determining whether the item selected by the first user terminal based on the second ordering interface is transferred to the shopping cart system of the first ordering interface according to the user-related information and the status information includes:
s121, inquiring whether the second ordering interface has shopping cart system information associated with the user identification information or not according to the user identification information.
Specifically, the second drop interface is a different drop interface than the first drop interface. And if the user terminal corresponding to the user identification information and the user terminal corresponding to the shopping cart system information are the same terminal, judging that the user identification information is associated with the shopping cart system information.
