Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of printing ink, in particular to printing ink for sticking a film.
Background
The ink for film sticking is the ink used for sticking a label in a film. The company adopts the printing ink to manufacture a film and label, and then the film is heated and coated on a packaging box with a conical surface structure at 220 ℃. Because of the above manufacturing process, it is required that the ink used can withstand this temperature without losing color, and that the label film does not undergo print surface shrinkage after completion of the printing so as not to be deformed upon coating.
The present invention therefore provides a new ink formulation to solve the above problems.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly aims to provide the ink for sticking the film inside, which can not shrink in the process of printing on the film and can resist the ink without fading at the temperature of 220 ℃.
The invention realizes the purpose through the following technical scheme:
the membrane internal paste ink comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 40-45 wt% of water-based polyurethane, 2-4 wt% of adhesion promoter, 20-25 wt% of water-based rosin, 17-26 wt% of pigment, 1 wt% of wax and the balance of deionized water, wherein the water-based polyurethane is PUD6706 type polyurethane, and the adhesion promoter is WD019 type adhesion promoter.
Specifically, the wax is 3715 type polyethylene wax.
Specifically, the ink also comprises 1-2 wt% of a defoaming agent.
Specifically, the ink also comprises 1-3 wt% of a wetting agent.
Specifically, the ink also comprises 1-2 wt% of a dispersant.
Compared with the prior art, the ink for the inner film paste has the beneficial effects that:
the ink formula disclosed by the invention can not fall off from the film at a high temperature of 220 ℃, can not shrink to enable the film to warp, and also has good wear resistance and impact resistance.
Detailed Description
The membrane internal paste ink comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 40-45 wt% of water-based polyurethane, 2-4 wt% of adhesion promoter, 20-25 wt% of water-based rosin, 17-26 wt% of pigment, 1 wt% of wax and the balance of deionized water, wherein the water-based polyurethane is PUD6706 type polyurethane, and the adhesion promoter is WD019 type adhesion promoter.
The PUD6706 type waterborne polyurethane and the WD019 type adhesion promoter are provided by Gaoming and same chemical company, Inc. in Fushan, the wax is 3715 type polyethylene wax provided by Claien chemical company, Inc. in China, the defoaming agent is BYK022 type defoaming agent provided by Bike chemical company, Inc. in Germany, the wetting agent is SN-WET 999 type wetting agent provided by Santanoplo, Inc. (Shanghai), and the dispersing agent is NOPCALL 5200 type dispersing agent provided by Santanoplo, Inc. (Shanghai). The pigment may be selected from various commercially available conventional pigments.
The following examples are intended to illustrate the invention but are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
Examples 1 to 6
The film inks of examples 1-6 were prepared by mixing according to the formulation of Table 1:

Note: the part of the content less than 100 wt% is made up by deionized water to make up the balance.
A commercial film laminating ink was used as a control, and then coated on a plastic film, and the test was carried out according to the following method, and the test results are shown in Table 2.
The test method comprises the following steps:
① shrinkage test, namely, placing the plastic film printed with the ink facing upwards after drying, and visually inspecting whether the plastic film is warped;
② Heat resistance test comprises placing the plastic film printed with ink in a hot air instrument, heating at 220 deg.C for 1min, taking out, and wiping for detection.
③ abrasion resistance test, rubbing the ink surface of the film back and forth 100 times with 20N force on an abrasion resistance instrument, and then visually observing the fading condition;
④ impact resistance test comprises attaching plastic film on the surface of package, arranging the package in a vibration instrument, simulating bumping, shaking and rubbing for 10 hr during product transportation, and observing the color loss.
Table 2:
as can be seen from Table 2, the in-film inks of examples 1 to 6 did not shrink after printing, could be heated at a high temperature of 220 ℃ for 1min without fading, could be rubbed under a pressure of 20N for 100 times without fading, could also withstand rubbing during transportation, and had better performance than the inks of the comparative examples.
What has been described above are merely some embodiments of the present invention. It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications can be made without departing from the inventive concept thereof, and these changes and modifications can be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
