Abstract
本发明公开了一种LCD显示面板与OLED显示面板,所述LCD显示面板包括衬底基板、显示器、液晶透镜层,所述显示器包括指纹识别器;所述OLED显示面板包括衬底基板、指纹识别器、双层液晶透镜层、OLED显示屏;所述液晶透镜层用于在非透镜状态和透镜状态之间切换。采用液晶透镜搭配孔洞的方案可以提高指纹反射光的利用率,优化指纹成像质量。

技术领域
本发明涉及显示技术领域,尤其涉及一种LCD显示装置与OLED显示装置。
背景技术
随着技术的不断发展,全面屏移动终端已经成为一种发展趋势。而随着指纹识别技术的发展,其广泛地应用于手机、平板电脑、电视、门禁、以及保险柜等设备中。指纹识别技术主要有光学式、电容式、以及超声波式,其中,光学式指纹识别技术的识别范围更广、且成本较低。在全面屏移动终端中屏下指纹识别技术已成为各大品牌手机的旗舰机的标准配置。但目前尚无基于LCD的屏下指纹识别方案。
基于LCD屏下指纹识别技术现有主流方案有:孔成像、透镜或透镜阵列成像等方案,但均各有缺点。
比如孔成像的屏下指纹识别是在彩色滤光片侧设置孔洞,利用小孔成像的原理实现屏下指纹识别。但指纹覆盖像素开口区域时,也会有光反射,且开口区透过光强远大于孔洞处透过的光强,形成严重的信噪,影响指纹识别传感器信号的采集,当传感器识别精度不够高时甚至无法实现屏下指纹识别。
而微小透镜体积大、质量重、形状单一、易碎,而且存在模组设计困难、批量生产不易实现、生产效率低、成本高等问题。另外为了保护面板或者为了给透镜一定的物距,则需要贴合盖板玻璃。因为通常情况下,贴合胶(例如OCA)和透镜的折射率是比较接近的,这样会使透镜的效果大幅减弱甚至失去透镜作用。且微小透镜是以固化的透镜形态存在,则实现屏下指纹识别的同时也会影响正常显示。
发明内容
本发明提供一种LCD显示装置与OLED显示装置,可用于LCD与OLED屏下指纹识别的设计方案,可提高光的利用率,降低背景信号比例,提高屏下指纹识别精度。利用液晶透镜层替代普通微小透镜,改善普通微小透镜模组设计困难,不利于组装的问题。改善微小透镜因为以固化的形态存在,而影响显示屏正常显示。
为解决上述问题,本发明提供的技术方案如下:
本发明提供一种LCD显示装置,所述LCD显示装置包括设置在底部的背光组件、设置在所述背光组件上的显示组件、设置在所述显示组件上方的液晶透镜层;
其中,在所述显示组件内还包括指纹识别单元;
其中,所述液晶透镜层在所述指纹识别单元工作时处于透镜状态,所述液晶透镜层在所述指纹识别单元非工作时处于非透镜状态。
根据本发明实施例所提供的LCD显示装置,所述液晶透镜层包括基于向列相液晶的液晶透镜和基于蓝相液晶的液晶透镜。
根据本发明实施例所提供的LCD显示装置,所述显示组件包括底部偏光片,设置在所述底部偏光片一侧的TFT层,在所述TFT层远离所述底部偏光片的一侧设置有液晶层,在所述液晶层远离所述TFT层的一侧设置有彩色滤光片,所述指纹识别单元设置在所述彩色滤光片靠近所述液晶层的一侧,在所述彩色滤光片的另一侧设置有顶部偏光片;
其中,所述指纹识别单元还包括指纹识别器;
其中,所述液晶透镜层设置在所述顶部偏光片远离所述彩色滤光片的一侧;
所述LCD显示装置还包括盖板,所述盖板贴合在所述液晶透镜层上方。
根据本发明实施例所提供的LCD显示装置,所述液晶透镜层包括用于对盒的上基板、下基板以及设置于所述上基板和所述下基板之间的液晶透镜,所述上基板朝向所述对盒方向设置有上电极,所述下基板朝向对盒方向设置有下电极;所述液晶透镜在所述上电极和所述下电极的作用下形成透镜阵列。
根据本发明实施例所提供的LCD显示装置,所述液晶透镜层中液晶分子的长轴与短轴之间的差值与所述液晶分子之间的距离值的乘积为20到50之间。
根据本发明实施例所提供的LCD显示装置,在所述显示组件的所述彩色滤光片远离所述液晶层的一侧设置黑色掩膜层,所述液晶透镜层的透镜阵列对应所述黑色掩膜层形成孔洞阵列;
其中,所述黑色掩膜层占有部分开口区面积。
根据本发明实施例所提供的LCD显示装置,所述黑色掩膜层是黑色矩阵或者是黑金属。
本发明实施例还提供了一种OLED显示装置,所述OLED显示装置包括显示组件,设置在所述显示组件一侧的双层液晶透镜层,设置在所述双层液晶透镜层远离所述显示组件一侧的指纹识别单元,所述双层液晶透镜层朝向所述指纹识别单元的一侧设置有带通带反膜,OLED显示屏设置在所述双层液晶透镜层远离所述带通带反膜的一侧以及设置在所述OLED显示屏另一侧的盖板;
其中,所述指纹识别单元包括指纹识别器;
其中,所述双层液晶透镜层在所述指纹识别单元工作时处于透镜状态,所述双层液晶透镜层在所述指纹识别单元非工作时处于非透镜状态。
根据本发明实施例所提供的OLED显示装置,所述双层液晶透镜层包括基于向列相液晶的液晶透镜和基于蓝相液晶的液晶透镜。
根据本发明实施例所提供的OLED显示装置,所述双层液晶透镜层包括第一液晶透镜层和第二液晶透镜层,所述第一液晶透镜层与所述第二液晶透镜层电性连接;

本发明的有益效果为:本发明提出的一种基于液晶透镜搭配显示屏、指纹传感器实现指纹触摸的LCD显示装置,采用液晶透镜搭配孔洞的方案可以提高指纹反射光的利用率,优化指纹成像质量。而基于OLED显示装置,则是采用双层液晶透镜方案,减少指纹识别器的面积,来降低成本。液晶透镜采用了分时驱动,在平时显示时不以透镜的形态存在,仅仅在指纹识别时形成透镜的形态,以此来降低功耗,并减少液晶透镜对显示的影响。

本发明针对现有技术的显示装置,在屏下指纹识别时,容易产生严重的信噪,影响指纹识别传感器信号的采集,当传感器识别精度不够高时甚至无法实现屏下指纹识别,以及在微小透镜中,因贴合胶和透镜的折射率是比较接近的,这样会使透镜的效果大幅减弱甚至失去透镜作用,而本实施例能够解决该缺陷。
如图1所示,本发明实施例提供一种LCD显示装置10,所述LCD显示装置10包括设置在底部的背光组件11,设置在所述背光组件11上的显示组件12,设置在显示组件12上方的液晶透镜层13,以及盖板玻璃14通过贴合胶15贴合在所述液晶透镜层13上方;
其中,在所述显示组件12内还包括指纹识别单元,所述指纹识别单元包括指纹识别器124;
其中,所述显示组件12还包括底部偏光片121、TFT基板及TFT走线122、液晶层123、彩色滤光片125和顶部偏光片126;
其中,所述液晶透镜层13在所述指纹识别单元工作时处于透镜状态,所述液晶透镜层13在所述指纹识别单元非工作时处于非透镜状态。
实施例一:
如图1所示,为本发明实施例一所提供的LCD显示装置10结构示意图。所述LCD显示装置10底部为背光组件11,在所述背光组件11的上方设置有一层底部偏光片121,在所述底部偏光片121上制作TFT层以及TFT的走线122,然后在所述TFT层以及TFT的走线122上制作液晶层123,在所述液晶层123上方设置有彩色滤光片125,在所述彩色滤光片125的下方设置有指纹识别传感器124,顶部偏光片126设置在所述彩色滤光片125的上方。
所述底部偏光片121、所述TFT层以及TFT的走线122、所述液晶层123、所述彩色滤光片125、所述指纹识别传感器124以及所述顶部偏光片126构成显示组件12,在所述显示组件12的上方设置有液晶透镜层13,盖板玻璃14通过贴合胶15贴合在所述液晶透镜层13上方。
所述液晶透镜层13包括用于对盒的上基板、下基板以及上下基板之间的液晶透镜,上基板朝向对盒方向设置有上电极,下基板朝向对盒方向设置有下电极;所述液晶透镜在上下电极的作用下形成透镜阵列。
在实施例一中,使用屏下指纹识别时,所述LCD显示装置10利用所述液晶透镜层13,收集手指指纹的反射光16,并通过液晶透镜层13将所述反射光16汇聚在所述指纹识别传感器124上,所述指纹识别传感器124再将不同的光信号转化成电信号,以此来实现指纹识别。在本实施例中,所述液晶透镜层13可以仅仅在使用屏下指纹识别时,加电形成透镜阵列,其他情况下为非透镜状态,来降低透镜对LCD显示面板10的显示影响。
在本实施例中,所述液晶透镜层13中液晶分子的长轴与短轴之间的差值与液晶分子之间的距离值的乘积为20到50之间。
实施例二;
如图2所示,为本发明实施例二所提供的另一LCD显示装置10结构示意图。在本实施例二中的LCD显示装置10相对于实施例一中的LCD显示装置10来说,在所述显示器12中的所述彩色滤光片125的上方设置了黑色掩膜层127。
其中,所述液晶透镜层13的透镜阵列对应所述黑色掩膜层127形成孔洞阵列,利用透镜聚光和小孔成像,最大化的提高手指反射光的利用率,增加指纹触摸的可识别性。所述黑色掩膜层127是黑色矩阵或者是黑金属,如金属铝和氧化钼等。
所述黑色掩膜层127设置在所述彩色滤光片玻璃125上,优先在所述彩色滤光片玻璃125的上表面,纵向堆叠位置与原有黑色矩阵或者栅极、源漏极金属走线相同,或占有部分开口区面积。
实施例三:
如图3所示,为本发明实施例三所提供的OLED显示装置30结构示意图。本实施例三是一种OLED显示装置30,所述OLED显示面板30包括设置在底部的基底及其走线31,在所述基底及其走线31上方设有指纹识别单元32,在所述指纹识别单元32的上方设置有双层液晶透镜层34,在所述双层液晶透镜层34的上方设置OLED显示屏35,盖板玻璃36设置在所述OLED显示屏35的上方。
其中,在所述OLED显示器的所述指纹识别单元包括指纹识别器;
其中,所述双层液晶透镜层34在所述指纹识别单元工作时处于透镜状态,所述双层液晶透镜层34在所述指纹识别单元非工作时处于非透镜状态。所述双层液晶透镜层34包括第一液晶透镜层和第二液晶透镜层,所述第一液晶透镜层与所述第二液晶透镜层电性连接;
其中,所述第一液晶透镜层包括用于对盒的上基板、下基板以及上下基板之间的液晶透镜,上基板朝向对盒方向设置有上电极,下基板朝向对盒方向设置有下电极;所述第二液晶透镜层包括用于对盒的上基板、下基板以及上下基板之间的液晶透镜,上基板朝向对盒方向设置有上电极,下基板朝向对盒方向设置有下电极;
所述双层液晶透镜层34在上下电极的作用下形成液晶透镜阵列,光线经过所述第一液晶透镜层在所述第一液晶透镜层与所述第二液晶透镜层之间产生一个焦点,光线经过该焦点后,光线射入所述第二液晶透镜层。
两块液晶透镜层34形成双镜头,放置于OLED显示屏35的下表面,双液晶透镜可减少指纹识别单元32的接收面积,降低指纹模组成本。在屏下指纹识别时,手指指纹的反射光37通过第一层液晶透镜汇聚在一点,在所述双层液晶透镜层34形成一个焦点,透过焦点,反射光37到达第二层液晶透镜,经第二层液晶透镜的折射,手指指纹的反射光37到达指纹识别单元32上,所述指纹识别单元32再将不同的光信号转化成电信号,以此来实现指纹识别。
其中,在双层液晶透镜层34的任意一表面,优先最靠近所述指纹识别单元32的面,镀上带通带反膜33,可以过滤掉不需要的波段,减少所述指纹识别单元32的信噪比。例如当所述指纹识别传感器接收波长为480~590nm,所述带通带反膜33可过滤掉>590nm的波长信号。
在本实施一到三中所提到的液晶透镜包含所有的液晶透镜,包括但不限于基于向列相液晶的液晶透镜和基于蓝相液晶的液晶透镜。在本实施中的液晶分子是双轴晶,长轴、短轴方向折射率不一样,定义△n=n长轴-n短轴,通过像素电极的设计,使得液晶透镜层的中心和边缘产生不均匀的电场,中心电压逐步高于于边缘电压,则两边△n逐步大于中心△n,这样折射率的空间分布形成类似透镜的相位棱廓,产生偏光无关,且可通过调压调制焦距的透镜。
其中,向列相液晶的液晶透镜的优点是驱动电压较低,蓝相液晶的液晶透镜的优点是响应时间快。
本发明提出的一种基于液晶透镜搭配显示屏、指纹传感器实现指纹触摸的显示面板,采用液晶透镜搭配孔洞的方案可以提高指纹反射光的利用率,优化成像质量。而液晶透镜轻薄,模组结构相对简单,容易批量生产;液晶透镜不需要偏光片,且光线的透过率大于90%;液晶透镜的焦距可以调控,可以提高指纹识别的调试精度;液晶透镜形态可调,可在非透镜状态和透镜状态之间切换,减少对显示的影响;液晶透镜依靠液晶折射率变化实现透镜聚光作用,对于液晶透镜上、下表面折射率材料折射率无要求,因此技术贴合了盖板玻璃后透镜效果也不受影响;液晶透镜透镜阵列对应黑色掩膜层形成孔洞阵列,利用透镜聚光和小孔成像,最大化的提高手指反射光的利用率,增加指纹触摸的可识别性。

1.一种LCD显示装置,其特征在于,所述LCD显示装置包括设置在底部的背光组件、设置在所述背光组件上的显示组件、设置在所述显示组件上方的液晶透镜层;
其中,在所述显示组件内还包括指纹识别单元;
其中,所述液晶透镜层在所述指纹识别单元工作时处于透镜状态,所述液晶透镜层在所述指纹识别单元非工作时处于非透镜状态。
2.根据权利要求1所述的LCD显示装置,其特征在于,所述液晶透镜层包括基于向列相液晶的液晶透镜和基于蓝相液晶的液晶透镜。
3.根据权利要求1所述的LCD显示装置,其特征在于,所述显示组件包括底部偏光片,设置在所述底部偏光片一侧的TFT层,在所述TFT层远离所述底部偏光片的一侧设置有液晶层,在所述液晶层远离所述TFT层的一侧设置有彩色滤光片,所述指纹识别单元设置在所述彩色滤光片靠近所述液晶层的一侧,在所述彩色滤光片的另一侧设置有顶部偏光片;
其中,所述指纹识别单元还包括指纹识别器;
其中,所述液晶透镜层设置在所述顶部偏光片远离所述彩色滤光片的一侧;
所述LCD显示装置还包括盖板,所述盖板贴合在所述液晶透镜层上方。
4.根据权利要求1所述的LCD显示装置,其特征在于,所述液晶透镜层包括用于对盒的上基板、下基板以及设置于所述上基板和所述下基板之间的液晶透镜,所述上基板朝向对盒方向设置有上电极,所述下基板朝向所述对盒方向设置有下电极;所述液晶透镜在所述上电极和所述下电极的作用下形成透镜阵列。
5.根据权利要求1所述的LCD显示装置,其特征在于,所述液晶透镜层中液晶分子的长轴与短轴之间的差值与所述液晶分子之间的距离值的乘积为20到50之间。
6.根据权利要求3所述的LCD显示装置,其特征在于,在所述显示组件的所述彩色滤光片远离所述液晶层的一侧设置黑色掩膜层,所述液晶透镜层的透镜阵列对应所述黑色掩膜层形成孔洞阵列;
其中,所述黑色掩膜层占有部分开口区面积。
7.根据权利要求6所述的LCD显示装置,其特征在于,所述黑色掩膜层是黑色矩阵或者是黑金属。
8.一种OLED显示装置,其特征在于,所述OLED显示装置包括显示组件,设置在所述显示组件一侧的双层液晶透镜层,设置在所述双层液晶透镜层远离所述显示组件一侧的指纹识别单元,所述双层液晶透镜层朝向所述指纹识别单元的一侧设置有带通带反膜,OLED显示屏设置在所述双层液晶透镜层远离所述带通带反膜的一侧以及设置在所述OLED显示屏另一侧的盖板;
其中,所述指纹识别单元包括指纹识别器;
其中,所述双层液晶透镜层在所述指纹识别单元工作时处于透镜状态,所述双层液晶透镜层在所述指纹识别单元非工作时处于非透镜状态。
9.根据权利要求8所述的OLED显示装置,其特征在于,所述双层液晶透镜层包括基于向列相液晶的液晶透镜和基于蓝相液晶的液晶透镜。
10.根据权利要求8所述的OLED显示装置,其特征在于,所述双层液晶透镜层包括第一液晶透镜层和第二液晶透镜层,所述第一液晶透镜层与所述第二液晶透镜层电性连接;
其中,所述第一液晶透镜层包括用于对盒的第一上基板、第一下基板以及设置于所述第一上基板和所述第一下基板之间的第一液晶透镜,所述第一上基板朝向第一对盒方向设置有第一上电极,所述第一下基板朝向所述第一对盒方向设置有第一下电极;所述第二液晶透镜层包括用于对盒的第二上基板、第二下基板以及设置于所述第二上基板和所述第二下基板之间之间的第二液晶透镜,所述第二上基板朝向第二对盒方向设置有第二上电极,所述第二下基板朝向所述第二对盒方向设置有第二下电极。
