Claims (10)
1. A multifunctional sweeper is characterized by comprising:
the device comprises a frame (10), a control system arranged on the frame (10), and a garbage sweeping and sucking device (20), a ponding sucking device (30) and a hoisting drill switching device (40) which are respectively connected with the control system;
an integrated box body (50) is arranged at the front part of the frame (10), and the garbage sweeping and sucking device (20) and the accumulated water sucking device (30) are both arranged on the integrated box body (50); a lifting arm (70) is erected at the rear part of the frame (10), and the lifting drill bit switching device (40) is installed on the lifting arm (70);
the garbage sweeping and sucking device (20) comprises a garbage sweeping device (21) and a garbage suction device (22); the garbage sweeping device (21) comprises sweeper (211) which is arranged on two sides of the integrated box body (50) and is used for rotating under the control of the control system so as to gather the garbage on the road surface to the garbage suction device (22); the garbage suction device (22) comprises a suction pump (221) for providing a negative pressure environment and a suction nozzle (222) which is communicated with the suction pump (221) and is used for sucking gathered garbage; a crushing device (23) for crushing gathered garbage and an extrusion device (24) for extruding and molding the crushed garbage are arranged between the suction pump (221) and the suction nozzle (222);
the accumulated water pumping device (30) comprises a liquid pump (31), a water pumping pipe (311) and a water discharging pipe (312) which are respectively connected with a water inlet and a water outlet of the liquid pump (31);
the lifting drill bit switching device (40) comprises a lifting hook (47) and a drill bit (48) which are arranged at the end part of a lifting arm (70) and distributed at a certain included angle, and the end part of the lifting arm (70) is further provided with a driving device for driving the lifting hook (47) and the drill bit (48) to rotate for a certain angle so as to be switched.
2. The multifunctional sweeper is characterized in that the sweeper (211) comprises a connecting arm (2111) connected to the side wall of the integrated box body (50) and sweeping discs (2112) mounted on the connecting arm (2111), and the two sweeping discs (2112) are respectively connected with the control system to rotate relatively under the control of the control system so as to gather the garbage on the road surface towards the suction nozzle (222).
3. The multifunctional sweeper is characterized in that the suction nozzle (222) is obliquely arranged at the bottom of the dust collection box body and is distributed along the width direction of the integrated box body (50), the integrated box body (50) is inwards provided with a garbage can (51) along the side wall of the integrated box body, the garbage can (51) is arranged between the suction nozzle (222) and the suction pump (221), the suction nozzle (222) and the suction pump (221) are both communicated with the garbage can (51) through a pipeline (223), and the garbage can (51) is provided with a filter partition plate (224) at the suction position of the suction pump (221); the side wall of the integrated box body (50) is provided with a first movable door (511) in a hinged mode at the opening of the dustbin (51).

The multifunctional sweeper is characterized in that the squeezing device (24) comprises a squeezing plate (241), the squeezing plate (241) is movably arranged in a dustbin (51) and is used for being movably pushed towards the opening end of the side wall of the integrated box body (50) to squeeze and dump broken garbage, and a first air cylinder (242) for driving the squeezing plate (241) to movably push is mounted on one side of the squeezing plate (241) of the dustbin (51).

The multifunctional sweeper is characterized in that the crushing device (23) is installed inside the suction nozzle (222) close to the pipeline (223), the crushing device (23) comprises a roller shaft (231) which is erected in the suction nozzle (222) and distributed along the length direction of the suction nozzle (222) and a plurality of groups of crushing blades (232) which are fixedly installed on the outer wall of the roller shaft (231), the roller shaft (231) is rotatably connected with the side wall of the suction nozzle (222), a driving motor (233) is fixedly installed on the outer side of the suction nozzle (222), and an output shaft of the driving motor (233) penetrates through the side wall of the suction nozzle (222) and then is coaxially connected with the roller shaft (231).

The multifunctional sweeper according to claim 1, wherein a containing cavity (52) is formed in the integrated box body (50) along the side wall of the integrated box body inwards, the liquid pump (31) is fixedly installed in the containing cavity (52), a slide assembly (32) for driving the end portion of the water pumping pipe (311) to adjust the pumping position is further arranged in the containing cavity (52), and a second movable door (521) is hinged to the side wall of the integrated box body (50) at the opening of the containing cavity (52).

The multifunctional sweeper according to claim 6, wherein the slideway assembly (32) is a pull-out slideway assembly (32), the slideway assembly (32) comprises a sliding rail (321) fixedly arranged at the bottom surface of the receiving cavity (52) and a sliding seat (322) slidably arranged on the sliding rail (321), the sliding seat (322) is of a Z-shaped structure, and when the bottom of the sliding seat (322) slides to the end part of the sliding rail (321), the top of the sliding seat (322) is positioned outside the integrated box body (50); a scissor assembly (323) which is vertically distributed with the sliding rail (321) and can stretch back and forth is horizontally installed at the top of the sliding seat (322), one end of the scissor assembly (323) is fixed at the end part of the water pumping pipe (311), and the other end of the scissor assembly (323) is provided with a second cylinder (324) for controlling the scissor assembly (323) to stretch out and draw back; the side wall of the sliding seat (322) is provided with a pull-out handle.

The multifunctional sweeper according to claim 1, characterized in that the connecting frames (60) are installed at the rear part of the frame (10), the connecting frames (60) adopt Jiong-shaped structures, reinforcing rib plates (61) are arranged between the connecting frames (60) in a crossed distribution mode, and one end, far away from the jack-bit switching device (40), of the lifting arm (70) is fixedly installed at the top of the connecting frames (60).
