Background
The wire drawing wheel is an economical grinding product with more excellent performance, and is one of the classifications of grinding products. The wire drawing machine is specially designed for wire drawing treatment of hardware stainless steel workpieces, and has the advantages of strong flexibility and conformability, strong cutting force, clear lines, high glossiness, uniform line effect, good effect, no blackening, no need of adding wax, wear resistance, economy, durability and the like.
Despite the above-mentioned series of advantages of the drawing wheel, there are still some problems in the process of drawing metal using the same:
(1) the wire drawing wheel comprises a nylon material and a shaft sleeve, and the two parts are of an integrated structure, so that when the nylon material is used for a long time and the grinding capacity is weakened, the wire drawing wheel needs to be integrally replaced, and raw materials are wasted to a certain extent;
(2) in the wire drawing process, the piece that metal surface produced adheres to on the nylon materials surface easily, if not in time clear away the piece, the piece just can be attached to on the nylon materials surface, carries out synchronous rotation along with the wire drawing wheel to leave irregular mar on the metal materials surface, influence the wire drawing effect.
In order to solve the problems, the invention provides an improved wire drawing wheel for metal material wire drawing treatment.

The embodiments of the invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings, but the invention can be implemented in many different ways as defined and covered by the claims.
As shown in fig. 1 to 6, an improved wire drawing wheel for metal material wire drawing treatment comprises a connecting shaft part 1, nylon cloth 2 and cleaning parts 3, wherein the nylon cloth 2 is arranged in the middle of the outer wall of the connecting shaft part 1, and the cleaning parts 3 are arranged on the left side and the right side of the outer wall of the connecting shaft part 1; wherein:
the connecting shaft part 1 comprises a shaft sleeve 11, a clamping block 12, a clamping shaft 13, an adjusting screw 14 and a fixing block 15, mounting holes are symmetrically formed in the left end and the right end of the shaft sleeve 11 in a left-right mode, the clamping block 12 is mounted on the inner wall of each mounting hole, the clamping block 12 is clamped in a clamping groove formed in the clamping shaft 13, the clamping shaft 13 is mounted on the inner wall of the shaft sleeve 11 through the adjusting screw 14, a cross groove is formed in the top end of the adjusting screw 14, a connecting shaft hole is formed in the outer wall of the clamping shaft 13, limiting grooves are uniformly formed in the inner side wall of the connecting shaft hole along the circumferential direction of the connecting shaft hole;

The cleaning part 3 comprises two mounting sliding blocks 31, a mounting frame 32, a fixing plate 33, a transverse plate 34 and cleaning branched chains 35, the two mounting sliding blocks 31 are symmetrically arranged left and right by taking the shaft sleeve 11 as a center, the mounting sliding blocks 31 are placed in an annular chute in a sliding fit mode, the width of the mounting sliding blocks 31 is smaller than that of the annular chute, the upper ends of the mounting sliding blocks 31 are connected with the lower ends of the mounting frame 32, the upper ends of the mounting frame 32 are connected with the side wall of the transverse plate 34, the cleaning branched chains 35 are symmetrically mounted at the front and back of the lower end of the transverse plate 34, and the fixing plates 33 are symmetrically mounted; during operation, at first pass through the fix plate 33 with the screw on external device lateral wall for when external device drive axle portion 1 rotates, installation clearance portion 3 keeps static, makes clearance branch chain 35 can clear up the piece that adheres to on nylon cloth 2 surface in the wire drawing process.
The cleaning branched chain 35 comprises a cleaning scraping frame 351, mounting rods 352 and a collecting box 353, wherein the cleaning scraping frame 351 is mounted on the side wall of the transverse plate 34 through bolts, a square groove is formed in the lower end of the cleaning scraping frame 351, the mounting rods 352 are mounted on the left side and the right side of the inner wall of the square groove through bearings, a torsion spring is connected between each mounting rod 352 and the side wall of the cleaning scraping frame 351, the collecting box 353 is mounted between the two mounting rods 352, a collecting port is formed in the inner side of the collecting box 353, and the lower end of each collecting box 353 and the lower end of the corresponding cleaning scraping frame 351 are tightly attached; even axle part 1 rotates the in-process, the relative nylon cloth 2 of frame 351 is scraped in the clearance rotates, rotates the in-process, and the clearance is scraped frame 351 and can be scraped attached to the piece on nylon cloth 2 to reduce the piece and to the harmful effects that the wire drawing effect produced, the piece of scraping can fall into in the collecting box 353, when the piece of collecting in the collecting box 353 is more, alright follow diaphragm 34 with clearance branch chain 35 and demolish, in order to pour the piece in the collecting box 353.
The nylon cloth 2 is arranged on the surface of the shaft sleeve 11 in a cylindrical shape, fixing grooves are uniformly formed in the inner wall of the nylon cloth 2 along the circumferential direction of the inner wall, the sections of the fixing grooves are of T-shaped structures, the positions of the fixing grooves correspond to the positions of the fixing blocks 15 one by one, the fixing blocks 15 are located in the fixing grooves, and auxiliary grooves are uniformly formed in the lower end of the fixing grooves from left to right; because the nylon cloth 2 has certain deformability, the fixing block 15 can be squeezed into the fixing groove, and the purpose of fixing the nylon cloth 2 is achieved.
The lower end of the cleaning scraping frame 351 is of a blade-shaped structure, and the lower end of the cleaning scraping frame 351 is uniformly provided with a separation groove from left to right.
The left side wall and the right side wall of the collecting box 353 are both provided with a lug 353a, and the lug 353a is of a cylindrical structure.
In the telescopic end 15b, an extrusion block 15c is arranged on the outer wall of the telescopic end 15b positioned at the leftmost end of the lifting end 15a, the upper end of the extrusion block 15c is of an arc surface structure, and the upper end of the extrusion block 15c is tightly attached to the lower end of the bump 353 a; in the rotating process of the connecting shaft part 1, the extrusion block 15c and the lug 353a rotate relatively, when the extrusion block 15c is tightly attached to the lower end of the lug 353a, the collection box 353 can be pushed to rotate for a certain angle, and when the extrusion block 15c is not in contact with the lug 353a, the collection box 353 returns to the original position under the action of the rotating force of the torsion spring, so that reciprocating is realized, the collection box 353 can generate certain vibration, and the fragments can be uniformly distributed in the collection box 353.
