本发明提供一种食品检测用粉碎机,包括螺旋送料桶、粉碎腔和支撑架,所述螺旋送料桶的内部设有粉碎齿和螺旋转轴,顶部一侧设有进料漏斗,所述螺旋转轴上设有螺旋叶片,且一侧设有驱动电机,所述驱动电机底部设有固定板,所述粉碎腔内壁上设有固定刀片,底部一侧设有出料管,所述粉碎腔内部设有搅拌转轴,所述搅拌转轴上设有转动刀片,底部设有搅拌电机。本发明进行两次粉碎,使粉碎颗粒均匀,大小符合要求,保证粉碎的质量,可自动输料,提高粉碎的效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及食品加工设备领域,尤其涉及一种食品检测用粉碎机。
背景技术
在食品加工过程中,粉碎是一道很重要的工序,然而现有的食品检测粉碎机的粉碎效果不好,粉碎不彻底导致需要反复粉碎,效率低,食物的颗粒大小都不能满足要求,这种不足给使用者带来了很大的困扰,因此没我们设计了一种食品检测用粉碎机。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术的不足,本发明提出一种食品检测用粉碎机。
本发明采用技术方案:一种食品检测用粉碎机,包括螺旋送料桶、粉碎腔和支撑架,所述螺旋送料桶的内部设有粉碎齿和螺旋转轴,顶部一侧设有进料漏斗,所述螺旋转轴上设有螺旋叶片,且一侧设有驱动电机,所述驱动电机底部设有固定板,所述粉碎腔内壁上设有固定刀片,底部一侧设有出料管,所述粉碎腔内部设有搅拌转轴,所述搅拌转轴上设有转动刀片,底部设有搅拌电机。
进一步的,所述螺旋送料桶和粉碎腔之间设有送料口。
进一步的,所述送料口上设有过滤网。
进一步的,所述固定刀片和转动刀片由不锈钢材料制成。
有益效果:食物通过螺旋送料桶进行第一次粉碎,并通过螺旋叶片自动传送到粉碎腔,实现自动输料,无需人工操作,提高了粉碎的工作效率,进行第二次粉碎,使粉碎后的颗粒大小满足要求,保证了粉碎效果和质量。

如图1-2所示,一种食品检测用粉碎机,包括螺旋送料桶1、粉碎腔2和支撑架3,所述螺旋送料桶1的内部设有粉碎齿12和螺旋转轴13,顶部一侧设有进料漏斗11,所述螺旋转轴13上设有螺旋叶片14,且一侧设有驱动电机4,所述驱动电机4底部设有固定板41,所述粉碎腔2内壁上设有固定刀片22,底部一侧设有出料管24,所述粉碎腔2内部设有搅拌转轴21,所述搅拌转轴21上设有转动刀片23,底部设有搅拌电机5。
在本发明结构中,所述螺旋送料桶1和粉碎腔2之间设有送料口6;所述送料口6上设有过滤网;所述固定刀片22和转动刀片23由不锈钢材料制成。
工作原理:食物由进料漏斗11进入螺旋送料桶1中,驱动电机4打开,带动螺旋转轴13转动,转动中粉碎齿12对食品进行初步粉碎,在粉碎的过程中螺旋叶片14转动将食物向右传输,实现自动输料,进入粉碎腔2内,搅拌电机5打开,带动搅拌转轴21和转动刀片23的转动,固定刀片22和转动刀片23进行对食物进行第二粉碎,然后从出料管24流出。
