Technical Field
The invention relates to an asphalt smoke treatment method, in particular to an asphalt smoke treatment method generated in the manufacturing process of anodes, cathodes and electrodes for producing aluminum and carbon graphitized material green bodies in the carbon industry.
Background
Recently, with the increasing work of preventing and treating air pollution in Jingjin Ji and surrounding areas released by the ministry of environmental protection, China will implement special emission limits of air pollutants in Jingjin Ji air pollution transmission channel cities. The overdue period still can not be reached, and the related departments should strictly follow the lawThe law requires the enterprise to correct or limit production, stop production and settle a fine; the severe episodes may justify the shutdown and shutdown after approval. The green body manufacturing process is an important process for producing products such as an anode, a cathode or an electrode, and the emission index of asphalt smoke is 20mg/m3The asphalt smoke treatment process generated in the traditional green body manufacturing process is mainly black purification, namely, the asphalt smoke is adsorbed by adopting powder in the green body manufacturing process, but the black purification has the following problems: 1. the black method purification process collects all the asphalt smoke uniformly for centralized treatment, the asphalt smoke has long pipeline path, condensation phenomenon exists in the conveying process, and the pipeline of the whole system is easy to block; 2. from the actual operation effect, after the black method purification process is operated for a period of time, the waste gas can not reach the standard and be discharged; 3. because the water content of the asphalt smoke generated by the powerful cooler is high, pipelines or cloth bags are easily blocked in the treatment process, so that the whole process cannot normally run, a workshop is full of the taste of the asphalt smoke, and the physical and psychological health of workers is seriously harmed.
In summary, the black method purification process has a drawback that the water content of the asphalt smoke generated by the forced cooling machine is high, which is easy to cause the adhesion and blockage of the pipeline, cloth bag and other equipment, so the process optimization is needed, the asphalt collection point is separately treated, and especially the coolant asphalt smoke with high water content needs to be separately purified. The long-term operation of the system is ensured to be stable and reliable, the asphalt smoke purification effect is good, and the asphalt smoke is discharged after reaching the standard.
