Referring to fig. 1-4, an anti-tangling floor brush assembly is disclosed which may be used as an attachment for vacuum cleaners, floor sweepers, and other floor cleaning machines.
Specifically, an anti-tangling floor brush assembly includes:
a housing 10, the housing 10 defining therein a rolling brush chamber 11, a dust suction inlet 12 and a dust collection inlet 13, the rolling brush chamber 11 communicating with the dust suction inlet 12 and the dust collection inlet 13, respectively, the dust suction inlet 12 being generally open at a lower surface of the housing 10 and opening downward, and in the vacuum cleaning apparatus, the dust collection inlet 13 being located at an inlet of a dust suction passage 14;
the roller brush 20 is rotatably arranged in the roller brush cavity 11, and the roller brush 20 comprises a roller body 21 which is approximately cylindrical and cleaning elements 22 which are distributed on the surface of the roller body 21;
the bristle strip 30 is arranged in the roller brush cavity 11 along the axial direction, and bristles of the bristle strip 30 are in interference contact with the roller body 21 or bristles of the bristle strip 30 are in interference contact with the cleaning element 22. Preferably, the bristle strip 30 is provided at the dust collection inlet 13 and extends in the axial direction of the roll brush.
When the bristles of the bristle strip 30 are in interference contact with the roller body 21, since the bristle strip 30 can be elastically deformed and interference contact with other parts does not cause mechanical interference, entanglement on the surface and the root of the cleaning element can be removed by the bristle strip 30, and particularly, entanglement (hair, etc.) entangled around the cleaning element can be loosened to prevent entanglement from becoming tighter and tighter due to rotation of the roller brush. The bristles of bristle bars 30 have an interference contact with cleaning elements 22 and are also effective in scraping dirt from the cleaned unit.
Referring to fig. 5-8, in the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the bristle strip 30 is mounted on a fixed plate 16, the fixed plate 16 is detachably mounted in the rolling brush cavity 11, the fixed plate 16 is provided with a bristle strip groove 15, the bristle strip 30 comprises a base 31 and bristles 32, and the base 31 is detachably disposed in the bristle strip groove 15. The material of the implanted hair can be nylon, terylene or polypropylene material, or material made of metal wire, etc.
In one embodiment of the invention, the bristle strips 30 are interference fit with the roller body 21 by an interference of 3-5 mm. The roller body 21 is substantially cylindrical, the surface of the roller body 21 is provided with a convex groove 221 for mounting the cleaning element 22, a brush bristle strip 221 is mounted in the convex groove 221, and the brush bristle strip 221 extends spirally around the axis of the roller brush. The interference magnitude is the interference magnitude of the bristle strip and the surface of the convex groove of the roller body, and the bristle strip 30 is in interference fit with the roller body 21, so that the bristle strip can sweep on the surface of the roller body 21, and the winding at the root of the bristle strip 221 is eliminated.

In other embodiments of the present invention, the cleaning element 22 is a lint with fluff, the lint is spirally wound on the outer circumferential surface of the roller body 21, and the interference is 3-5mm between the bristle strips and the cleaning element. When the floor brush assembly moves on the surface to be cleaned, the rolling brush rotates, meanwhile, the flannelette on the surface of the rolling brush rolls up dust, debris, hair and the like on the surface to be cleaned, the bristle strip 30 scrapes the surface of the cleaning element at the dust collection inlet 13, and the hair and the like at the bottom of the flannelette can be completely removed due to the interference fit of the bristle strip and the cleaning element.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the anti-tangling brush assembly is applied to a vacuum floor cleaning apparatus.
