Abstract
The invention discloses a freezing air duct assembly of a refrigerator, and relates to the technical field of refrigerators. The invention comprises a face mask, an air duct and an air duct cover which are sequentially arranged on a freezing liner of a refrigerator; the mask is an integral structure and comprises an upper mask and a lower mask; the upper mask is provided with an upper air outlet, a sensor mounting groove, a fan mounting groove, an upper clamping jaw A and an upper stud; the lower part face mask is provided with a lower air outlet and an air return flow passage communicated with the lower air outlet; the air duct is of an integral structure and comprises an upper air duct and a lower air duct; the upper air duct is provided with an air guide structure, an upper air outlet flow passage and an air return port matched with the air outlet; the lower air duct is provided with a lower air outlet flow passage; the air duct cover is provided with an air supply interface, an air guide ring and an air guide plate. The air duct cover, the upper part face cover and the upper part air duct structure in the freezing air duct assembly are fixed and modularized, and the air duct cover, the upper part face cover and the upper part air duct structure can be used for refrigerators with the same width.

the air duct cover, the upper part face cover and the upper part air duct structure in the freezing air duct assembly are fixed and modularized, the air duct cover, the upper part face cover and the upper part air duct structure can be used for refrigerators with the same width, and only the lengths of the lower part face cover and the lower part air duct need to be changed, so that the product design period is shortened, and the product mold cost investment is reduced.

Referring to fig. 1-5, the present invention relates to a freezing air duct assembly for a refrigerator, which comprises a face mask 21, an air duct 22 and an air duct cover 23 sequentially mounted on a freezing liner 1 of the refrigerator; the air duct cover 23 is provided with an air supply interface 231, an air guide ring 232, an air guide plate 233 and a screw hole B234 matched with the upper stud 2115; the face mask 21 is an integral structure and comprises an upper face mask 211 and a lower face mask 212, wherein an upper air outlet 2113, a sensor mounting groove 2116, a fan mounting groove 2117, an upper jaw A2114 and an upper stud 2115 are arranged on the upper face mask 211; a plurality of mounting claws A2112 are arranged on one edge side of the upper face cover 211 far away from the lower face cover 212, a plurality of mounting claws B2114 are arranged on two sides of the upper face cover 211, fixing parts are respectively arranged on two opposite edge sides of the upper face cover 211, and screw holes A2111 are arranged on the fixing parts; the lower face cover 212 is provided with a lower air outlet 2121 and an air return flow passage 2124 communicated with the lower air outlet 2121, and two sides of the lower face cover 212 are respectively provided with a lower claw A2122 and a lower claw B2123; the air duct 22 is an integral structure, and includes an upper air duct 221 and a lower air duct 222; the upper air duct 221 is provided with an air guiding structure 2212, an upper air outlet flow passage 2213 and an air return port 2211 matched with the air outlet 2113; the lower air duct 222 is provided with a lower air outlet channel 2222 and a slot 2221 matched with the lower claw B2123.
Preferably, a fan 25 is installed in the fan installation groove 2117.
Preferably, the lower air duct 222 of the air duct 22 is adhered with the adhesive sponge 24 on the back; the air duct 22 is an EPS foam.

In the actual use process, in order to be suitable for refrigerators with different sizes, according to the change of the height size of a freezing chamber of the refrigerator, the structural sizes of the upper face shield 211, the upper air duct 221 and the air duct cover 23 are controlled to be unchanged in the actual production process, the length sizes of the lower face shield 212 and the lower air duct 222 are adjusted cheaply, and meanwhile, the number of the lower air outlets 2121 is adjusted in real time according to the change of the number of drawers in the freezing chamber.
