Abstract
The invention provides a sunscreen bubble taking carbon dioxide as a propellant, which is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by mass: 10.5 to 38 percent of oil phase component; 0.2 to 1.5 percent of thickening agent; 1 to 5 percent of pH regulator; 0.3 to 3 percent of preservative; 0.01 to 0.2 percent of essence; 0.5-3% of carbon dioxide; the balance of water, wherein the oil phase component comprises a sunscreen agent and an emulsifier. The sunscreen bubble completely uses carbon dioxide as a propellant, and the foam is thick and fine when the product is extruded, so that the product is easy to push away on the surface of the skin, and the skin feels fresh and cool without greasy feeling, so that the sunscreen bubble is suitable for large-area use; and the product belongs to a non-flammable product, has no inhalation risk, is favorable for carrying and transportation, and improves the safety performance of the product.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of daily chemical products, in particular to a sun-proof bubble taking carbon dioxide as a propellant and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The current commercial sunscreen products are classified broadly into sunscreen creams and sunscreen sprays using LPG (liquefied petroleum gas) as a propellant. Among them, sunscreen creams account for most of the commercial products, and the biggest disadvantage of sunscreen creams is that they are not easy to be applied on a large scale on the body, and among them, sunscreen creams with high sun protection index are often accompanied by sticky feeling, while thinner sunscreens have poor experience of body flow, dripping, etc. The sun-proof spray taking LPG as a propellant is convenient to use in a large area, however, the atomization effect of the liquid body sprayed by the propellant is very good, the experience of cloud and mist turning in the using process may cause people to have doubts in the aspect of safety, and the inhalation risk is large. In addition, the sun-screening spray using liquefied petroleum gas as propellant has the limitations in storage, transportation and carrying by consumers because the liquefied petroleum gas content in the product is high and the liquefied petroleum gas belongs to combustible substances.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is made to solve the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a sunscreen bubble using carbon dioxide as a propellant, and a method for preparing the same.
The invention provides a sunscreen bubble taking carbon dioxide as a propellant, which is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by mass:
wherein the oil phase component comprises a sunscreen agent and an emulsifier, and the propellant is carbon dioxide.
Further, the sunscreen bubble using carbon dioxide as propellant provided by the invention also has the following characteristics: wherein the sunscreen agent comprises homosalate, 4-methylbenzylidene camphor, octocrylene, and diethylhexyl 2, 6-naphthalate.
Further, the sunscreen bubble using carbon dioxide as propellant provided by the invention also has the following characteristics: the emulsifier comprises a component A and a component B, wherein the component A is selected from any one or mixture of two of glyceryl oleate citrate and caprylic/capric triglyceride, and the component B is selected from any one or mixture of PEG-100 stearate and glyceryl stearate.
Further, the sunscreen bubble using carbon dioxide as propellant provided by the invention also has the following characteristics: wherein the thickener comprises xanthan gum and an acrylate/alkyl acrylate crosspolymer.
Further, the sunscreen bubble using carbon dioxide as propellant provided by the invention also has the following characteristics: wherein the pH regulator is basic amino acid, preferably arginine.
Further, the sunscreen bubble using carbon dioxide as propellant provided by the invention also has the following characteristics: wherein the antiseptic comprises caprylyl hydroximic acid, caprylyl glycol, and ethylhexyl glycerin.
Further, the sunscreen bubble using carbon dioxide as a propellant provided by the present invention is characterized by further comprising: at least one saturated polyhydric alcohol having not more than 4 carbon atoms, preferably any one or two of butylene glycol and glycerin.
Further, the sunscreen bubble using carbon dioxide as propellant provided by the invention also has the following characteristics: wherein the oil phase component also comprises at least one component of tocopherol acetate and cyclopentasiloxane.
Further, the sunscreen bubble taking carbon dioxide as a propellant is characterized by being prepared from the following components in percentage by mass:
in addition, the invention also provides a preparation method of the sunscreen bubble taking carbon dioxide as a propellant, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
step one, stirring and dispersing a thickening agent uniformly in advance for later use;
heating the oil phase components to 75-80 ℃, and completely dissolving for later use;
step three, adding the substance obtained in the step one into the water phase component, heating to 75-80 ℃, uniformly stirring, then adding the substance obtained in the step two, fully homogenizing and emulsifying, uniformly stirring, then adding a pH regulator, cooling to 40 ℃, then adding essence and preservative, filtering and discharging to obtain a stock solution;
and step four, filling the stock solution obtained in the step three into an aluminum tank, sealing, filling carbon dioxide, performing water bath, blowing, adding a nozzle, and pressing a pump head to extrude the mixture to obtain the sun-proof bubbles.
The invention has the following functions and effects:
by the formulation and process steps of the present invention, there is provided a carbon dioxide propellant-based sunscreen bubble that fully utilizes carbon dioxide as a propellant, wherein the carbon dioxide has a vapor phase and a dissolved phase, and the carbon dioxide in the vapor phase provides pressure to the product; the carbon dioxide in the dissolved phase is dissolved in the stock solution when the product is extruded, and the carbon dioxide is partially gasified due to pressure reduction so as to form bright and fine foam. The product has dense and fine foam, on one hand, the product is easy to push away on the surface of the skin, so that the skin feel is fresh and cool, has no greasy feel, and is very suitable for sun protection in daily life; on the other hand, even if the device is used in a large area, the phenomenon of dripping can not be caused, and the user experience is improved.
In addition, carbon dioxide is a non-combustible gas. Is different from the existing LPG flammable gas as the sun protection spray propellant. Therefore, the aqueous product with carbon dioxide as the propellant is generally a non-flammable product, and the safety performance is improved.
In addition, the sunscreen foam using carbon dioxide as a propellant is a sunscreen product in a foam form, and has no inhalation risk compared with the existing sunscreen spray, so that the sunscreen foam is safer compared with the existing sunscreen spray.
In addition, in the formula of the invention, homosalate, 4-methylbenzylidene camphor, octocrylene and 2, 6-diethylhexyl naphthalate are used as sun-screening agents, and glyceryl oleate citrate, caprylic/capric triglyceride, PEG-100 stearate and glyceryl stearate are used as emulsifiers, so that the product stock solution has good sun-screening effect and stability. Furthermore, arginine is used as a pH regulator, so that the pH regulator has the effects of regulating the acid-base balance of skin, promoting cell metabolism and repairing skin. Furthermore, the butanediol and the glycerin in the formula are beneficial to improving the moisturizing effect, and the tocopherol acetate and the cyclopentasiloxane play a moisturizing effect, so that the effects of moisturizing and moistening the skin are achieved while the sun is protected. The components of the formula are matched according to a specific proportion, so that a good synergistic effect is achieved, and the sun-proof experience effect of the sun-proof bubble users is better.
In addition, in the preparation process of the white sunscreen bubble, firstly, the thickener component and the oil phase component in the formula are respectively dispersed in advance, then are sequentially added into the water phase component for treatment, and then the auxiliary agents such as the pH regulator, the essence and the preservative are added, so that the obtained stock solution has good homogenizing and emulsifying effect and good product stability.
