Abstract

Technical Field

Background
Long-term care insurance is a novel health insurance product which provides health insurance with nursing service cost compensation for insureds who need long-term care due to old age, diseases or disabilities, and mainly bears the expense of professional nursing, family nursing and other related service items of the old. The fund is collected by medical insurance of government, each merchant insurance company undertakes insurance service, and after the insurance participator goes out insurance, the merchant insurance company pays the nursing cost. Fig. 5 is a schematic interface diagram of a patrol result provided in an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 5, the patrol result may include a patrol time, a patrol person, a patrol process, and a patrol opinion, the patrol process may include patrol contents, physical conditions of a participant, or health conditions and nursing conditions of a nursing institution, and the patrol opinion may be a description of whether the patrol person is qualified for patrolling the patrolled object or a truing opinion of the nursing institution, and the present application is not limited thereto.
Step S105: and the first terminal equipment sends the inspection result to the server.
After the patrol result is generated, the first terminal device may send the patrol result to the server in a manner of performing system submission on the application program, which is not limited in this embodiment of the application.
Step S106: and the server receives the inspection result sent by the first terminal equipment.
The server receives the patrol result sent by the first terminal device, and then can judge whether the patrol object meets the qualification of receiving the long-term care insurance fund according to the patrol result, so as to issue or stop issuing the long-term care insurance fund to the patrol object.
Step S107: and the server generates a display result according to the patrol result.
The server may generate the display result after receiving the patrol result, and the embodiment of the present application does not limit the manner in which the server generates the display result according to the patrol result, and in addition, the embodiment of the present application does not limit the specific form of the display result, for example, the display result may be presented in the form of a webpage, a report, and the like, which is not limited thereto.
Step S108: and the server pushes the display result to the second terminal equipment and/or the third terminal equipment.
The server pushes the display result to the second terminal device and/or the third terminal device, and the display result may be pushed in the form of a push message, an application program, a web page, and the like. After the second terminal device and/or the third terminal device receive the display result, quality inspection can be performed on the display result or remarking can be performed on the inspection object according to the display result, and the like. In the embodiment of the application, after the first terminal equipment receives the patrol task sent by the server, the patrol process record of the patrol object is carried out at the patrol address according to the patrol task information, and the recorded patrol result is sent to the server, so that the supervision of the patrol object is realized, the reliability of the patrol result can be improved through the record of the patrol process, and the reasonable issuing of the long-term nursing insurance fund can be further ensured.
In order to ensure the transparency of the patrol process and the reliability of the patrol result, the patrol process may also be monitored by a monitoring device, in a possible implementation manner, the patrol result includes a video identifier, the video identifier is used to identify a monitoring video of the patrol process, fig. 6 is a flowchart of a patrol method provided in another embodiment of the present application, the method may be executed by a patrol apparatus, the apparatus may be implemented by software and/or hardware, as shown in fig. 6, and step S104 in the patrol method provided in an embodiment of the present application may include:
step S201: the first terminal device sends a work instruction to the monitoring device at the patrol address.
The work order is used for instructing the monitoring equipment to start acquiring the monitoring video of the patrol process. The embodiment of the present application does not limit the type of the monitoring device, for example, the monitoring device may be a camera, a monitor, a law enforcement recorder, and the like, and the embodiment of the present application is not limited thereto. The first terminal device and the monitoring device may send and receive the work instruction through Wireless communication, for example, bluetooth communication, Wireless-Fidelity (WiFi) communication, and the like.
Step S202: and the first terminal equipment sends a work stopping instruction to the monitoring equipment.
And the work stopping instruction is used for indicating the monitoring equipment to stop acquiring the monitoring video in the inspection process, uploading the monitoring video to the server, generating the video identifier of the monitoring video, and sending the video identifier to the first terminal equipment. After the patrol process of the patrol object is finished, the first terminal device may send a work stop instruction to the monitoring device, and after the monitoring device receives the work stop instruction, the monitoring device stops obtaining the monitoring video of the patrol process, generates a video identifier of the monitoring video, and sends the video identifier to the first terminal device. The embodiment of the present application does not limit the type of the video identifier of the surveillance video, and for example, the type may be an address of the surveillance video, a code of the surveillance video, and the like.
Step S203: and the first terminal equipment receives the video identification sent by the monitoring equipment.
The first terminal device receives the video identification sent by the monitoring device, and when the patrol result is generated, the video identification is presented in the patrol result for searching the monitoring video.
In the embodiment of the application, the first terminal device obtains the monitoring video of the patrol process by controlling the monitoring device at the patrol address, so that the reliability of the patrol result can be further improved. Because the monitoring video usually occupies larger space resources, the embodiment of the application can effectively save space resources by generating the video identifier of the monitoring video and sending the video identifier to the first terminal device.
The following are embodiments of the apparatus of the present application that may be used to perform embodiments of the method of the present application. For details which are not disclosed in the embodiments of the apparatus of the present application, reference is made to the embodiments of the method of the present application.
Fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of an inspection apparatus provided in an embodiment of the present application, where the apparatus may be implemented by software and/or hardware, and as shown in fig. 7, the inspection apparatus provided in an embodiment of the present application may include:
the first receiving module 51 is configured to receive a patrol task sent by the server, where the patrol task includes a patrol address of a patrol object and patrol task information;
the recording module 52 is configured to control the monitoring device at the inspection address according to the inspection task information, record an inspection process of the inspection object, and generate an inspection result;
and a sending module 53, configured to send the patrol result to the server.
In a possible implementation manner, the patrol result includes a video identifier, where the video identifier is used to identify a monitoring video of the patrol process, and the recording module 52 is specifically configured to:
sending a working instruction to the monitoring equipment at the patrol address, wherein the working instruction is used for indicating the monitoring equipment to start acquiring the monitoring video of the patrol process; sending a work stopping instruction to the monitoring equipment, wherein the work stopping instruction is used for instructing the monitoring equipment to stop acquiring the monitoring video of the inspection process, uploading the monitoring video to a server, generating a video identifier of the monitoring video, and sending the video identifier to the first terminal equipment; and receiving the video identification sent by the monitoring equipment.
Optionally, the monitoring device is a law enforcement recorder.
In another possible implementation, the recording module 52 is specifically configured to:
acquiring an image of a patrol process and/or video information of the patrol process; and/or receiving a patrol opinion input by a user.
As shown in fig. 7, the patrol apparatus provided in the embodiment of the present application may further include:
a determining module 54 for determining a path from the location address of the first terminal device to the patrol address;
a building module 55 for building a navigation task, the navigation task comprising a path.
Fig. 8 is a schematic structural diagram of a patrol apparatus provided in another embodiment of the present application, where the patrol apparatus may be implemented by software and/or hardware, and as shown in fig. 8, the patrol apparatus provided in an embodiment of the present application may include:
the second receiving module 61 is configured to receive an inspection task and an identifier of the first terminal device, where the inspection task includes an inspection address of an inspection object and inspection task information;
and the allocating module 62 is configured to allocate the inspection task to the first terminal device according to the identifier of the first terminal device, so that the first terminal device controls the monitoring device at the inspection address according to the inspection task information, records the inspection process of the inspection object, generates an inspection result, and sends the inspection result to the server.
In a possible implementation manner, the server provided in the embodiment of the present application may further include:
a third receiving module 63, configured to receive a patrol result sent by the first terminal device, where the patrol result includes at least one of the following: video identification, patrolling image, patrolling video information and patrolling suggestion;
a generating module 64, configured to generate a display result according to the patrol result;
the pushing module 65 is configured to push the display result to the second terminal device and/or the third terminal device.
The device embodiments provided in the present application are merely schematic, and the module division in fig. 7 or fig. 8 is only one logic function division, and there may be other division ways in actual implementation. For example, multiple modules may be combined or may be integrated into another system. The coupling of the various modules to each other may be through interfaces that are typically electrical communication interfaces, but mechanical or other forms of interfaces are not excluded. Thus, modules described as separate components may or may not be physically separate, may be located in one place, or may be distributed in different locations on the same or different devices.
Fig. 9 is a schematic structural diagram of an electronic device according to an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 9, the electronic device includes:
a processor 71, a memory 72, a transceiver 73 and a computer program; wherein the transceiver 73 enables data transmission with other devices, a computer program is stored in the memory 72 and configured to be executed by the processor 71, the computer program comprising instructions for performing the patrol method described above, the content and effects of which refer to the method embodiments.
Fig. 10 is a schematic structural diagram of a server according to another embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 10, the server may include:
a processor 81, a memory 82, a transceiver 83, and a computer program; wherein the transceiver 83 enables data transmission with other devices, a computer program is stored in the memory 82 and configured to be executed by the processor 81, the computer program comprising instructions for performing the patrol method described above, the contents and effects of which refer to the method embodiments.
In addition, embodiments of the present application further provide a computer-readable storage medium, in which computer-executable instructions are stored, and when at least one processor of the user equipment executes the computer-executable instructions, the user equipment performs the above-mentioned various possible methods.
Computer-readable media includes both computer storage media and communication media including any medium that facilitates transfer of a computer program from one place to another. A storage media may be any available media that can be accessed by a general purpose or special purpose computer. An exemplary storage medium is coupled to the processor such the processor can read information from, and write information to, the storage medium. Of course, the storage medium may also be integral to the processor. The processor and the storage medium may reside in an ASIC. Additionally, the ASIC may reside in user equipment. Of course, the processor and the storage medium may reside as discrete components in a communication device.
Those of ordinary skill in the art will understand that: all or a portion of the steps of implementing the above-described method embodiments may be performed by hardware associated with program instructions. The program may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium. When executed, the program performs steps comprising the method embodiments described above; and the aforementioned storage medium includes: various media that can store program codes, such as ROM, RAM, magnetic or optical disks.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only used for illustrating the technical solutions of the present application, and not for limiting the same; although the present application has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it should be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some or all of the technical features may be equivalently replaced; and the modifications or the substitutions do not make the essence of the corresponding technical solutions depart from the scope of the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present application.
Claims (9)
1. A method of patrolling, comprising:
the method comprises the steps that a first terminal device receives a patrol task sent by a server, wherein the patrol task comprises a patrol address and patrol task information of a patrol object; if the inspection object is a person, the inspection task information comprises personal information of the paramedics and inspection tasks for inspecting the health states of the paramedics; the inspection object is an organization, and the inspection task information comprises the scale of the organization, the responsibility of the organization, the inspection of the nursing conditions of the organization and the inspection of the health state of the participator in the organization;
the first terminal device determines a path from the positioning address of the first terminal device to the patrol address;
the first terminal equipment establishes a navigation task, and the navigation task comprises the path;
the first terminal device controls the monitoring device at the patrol address according to the patrol task information, records the patrol process of the patrol object and generates a patrol result;
and the first terminal equipment sends the inspection result to the server.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the patrol result comprises a video identifier, the video identifier is used for identifying a monitoring video of the patrol process, and the controlling the monitoring device at the patrol address records the patrol process of the patrol object, and the method comprises the following steps:
the first terminal device sends a working instruction to the monitoring device at the patrol address, wherein the working instruction is used for indicating the monitoring device to start to acquire the monitoring video of the patrol process;
the first terminal device sends a work stopping instruction to the monitoring device, wherein the work stopping instruction is used for instructing the monitoring device to stop obtaining the monitoring video of the inspection process, uploading the monitoring video to the server, generating the video identification of the monitoring video, and sending the video identification to the first terminal device;
and the first terminal equipment receives the video identification sent by the monitoring equipment.
3. The method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein after the first terminal device receives the patrol task sent by the server, the method further comprises:
the first terminal equipment acquires the image of the inspection process and/or the video information of the inspection process;
and/or the first terminal equipment receives the patrol opinion input by the user.
4. A method of patrolling, comprising:
the server receives a patrol task and an identifier of the first terminal equipment, wherein the patrol task is sent by the second terminal equipment and comprises a patrol address and patrol task information of a patrol object; if the inspection object is a person, the inspection task information comprises personal information of the paramedics and inspection tasks for inspecting the health states of the paramedics; the inspection object is an organization, and the inspection task information comprises the scale of the organization, the responsibility of the organization, the inspection of the nursing conditions of the organization and the inspection of the health state of the participator in the organization;
the server allocates the patrol task to the first terminal equipment according to the identifier of the first terminal equipment, so that the first terminal equipment determines a path from the positioning address of the first terminal equipment to the patrol address, and establishes a navigation task, wherein the navigation task comprises the path, the monitoring equipment of the patrol address is controlled according to the patrol task information, the patrol process of the patrol object is recorded, a patrol result is generated, and the patrol result is sent to the server.
5. The method of claim 4, comprising:
the server receives a patrol result sent by the first terminal device, wherein the patrol result comprises at least one of the following items: video identification, patrolling image, patrolling video information and patrolling suggestion;
the server generates a display result according to the patrol result;
and the server pushes the display result to the second terminal equipment and/or the third terminal equipment.
6. An inspection apparatus, comprising:
the system comprises a first receiving module, a second receiving module and a third receiving module, wherein the first receiving module is used for receiving a patrol task sent by a server, and the patrol task comprises a patrol address and patrol task information of a patrol object; if the inspection object is a person, the inspection task information comprises personal information of the paramedics and inspection tasks for inspecting the health states of the paramedics; the inspection object is an organization, and the inspection task information comprises the scale of the organization, the responsibility of the organization, the inspection of the nursing conditions of the organization and the inspection of the health state of the participator in the organization;
the recording module is used for controlling the monitoring equipment at the patrol address according to the patrol task information, recording the patrol process of the patrol object and generating a patrol result;
the sending module is used for sending the inspection result to the server;
the determining module is used for determining a path from the positioning address of the first terminal device to the patrol address;
and the establishing module is used for establishing a navigation task, and the navigation task comprises a path.
7. A server, comprising:
the second receiving module is used for receiving an inspection task and an identifier of the first terminal equipment, wherein the inspection task is sent by the second terminal equipment and comprises an inspection address and inspection task information of an inspection object; if the inspection object is a person, the inspection task information comprises personal information of the paramedics and inspection tasks for inspecting the health states of the paramedics; the inspection object is an organization, and the inspection task information comprises the scale of the organization, the responsibility of the organization, the inspection of the nursing conditions of the organization and the inspection of the health state of the participator in the organization;
and the distribution module is used for distributing the patrol task to the first terminal equipment according to the identifier of the first terminal equipment, so that the first terminal equipment determines a path from the location address of the first terminal equipment to the patrol address, establishes a navigation task, and the navigation task comprises the path, controls the monitoring equipment of the patrol address according to the patrol task information, records the patrol process of the patrol object, generates a patrol result and sends the patrol result to a server.
8. A non-transitory computer readable storage medium having stored thereon computer instructions for causing the computer to perform the method of any one of claims 1-5.
9. An electronic device, comprising:
one or more processors; a storage device configured to store one or more programs that, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to implement the method of any of claims 1-5.
