Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a slip-resistant sleeve for handling severely worn screw fasteners (nuts or bolt heads).
Background
Fig. 13 shows a conventional hexagonal socket structure, wherein the socket has a central hole for receiving a screw fastener such as a nut or a bolt head, the hole has six planes, so that the width of the hole is slightly larger than the width of the screw fastener, so that when the socket drives the screw fastener to twist, the hole and the screw fastener generate a rotation angle difference, the hole only partially abuts against the vertex angle of the screw fastener with the plane, and the vertex angle is not deformed when being stressed, and develops into a worn screw fastener (commonly referred to as a slipping nut or a slipping bolt head). In order to turn the worn screw, as shown in fig. 14, the trepanning is designed to be six arc surfaces, and the arc surfaces are in point contact with the worn screw to drive the worn screw. However, because the circumference of the arc surface of the trepanning is tangent to the circumference of the screw, when the screw is seriously worn, the arc surface and the screw which is seriously worn cannot form a tangent contact point. To solve this problem, as shown in fig. 15, rectangular engaging portions are formed on each of the polygonal inner walls of the trepan boring, the rectangular engaging portions have a flat surface and two 90-degree end corners, and the flat surface of the engaging portion can be in face-to-face contact with the worn screw. However, the disadvantage is that when the torque is large and the screw is seriously worn, the 90-degree end angle of the rectangular clamping part is abutted against the screw, so that the end angle of the rectangular clamping part is deformed to be worn or broken due to improper stress.
Disclosure of Invention
The main technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to overcome the above mentioned drawbacks of the prior art and to provide an anti-slip sleeve suitable for general fasteners (nuts and bolt heads), worn or severely worn fasteners.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows:
a non-slip sleeve, comprising: a plurality of clamping parts which are arranged on the inner wall of the sleeve at equal intervals and protrude towards the central direction of the sleeve, and a plurality of grooves which are arranged between two adjacent clamping parts; the clamping part is provided with a profile surface facing the center of the sleeve, and the profile surface comprises two crossed inclined surfaces and a vertex angle formed by the intersection of the inclined surfaces; the clamping part is provided with two grooves with two sides respectively facing to the adjacent sides, and the end angle of the intersection of the inclined plane and the side is an obtuse angle; the two inclined planes have equal width; the inclination angle of the inclined plane is 2-9 degrees; the central angle formed by the two side surfaces is 20-60 degrees.
The invention has the following effects:
the anti-skid sleeve is suitable for general screw fasteners, worn screw fasteners or severely worn screw fasteners. The screw fastener is a screw cap and a screw head.
The inclined angle of the inclined surface of the sleeve is different, so that the clamping part and the screw fastener generate different contact relations, including contact and line contact. The surface contact ensures that the sleeve can stably operate the screw fastener to rotate, and the peripheral surface of the screw fastener is not damaged, so that the screw fastener is suitable for common fasteners and worn screw fasteners. The line contact enables the engagement part and the screw fastener to generate an engagement relation, provides stronger contact pressing force and is more suitable for operating the screw fastener which is seriously worn.
The angle of inclination of the inclined plane of the clamping part, the central angle of the two side surfaces of the clamping part and other structural characteristics can prevent the angle of the clamping part from damaging the screw fastener, can also increase the structural strength of the clamping part and prevent or reduce the clamping part from being damaged by corner collapse.
The technical features of the present invention are different from those of the prior art in FIG. 15:
the prior art latch of fig. 15 is rectangular, with a flat surface and two sides. The clamping part comprises two crossed inclined planes and a vertex angle formed by the intersection of the two inclined planes, and the inclined angle of the inclined planes is 2-9 degrees. Fig. 15 shows that two sides of the rectangular engaging portion intersect with the plane at a right angle of 90 degrees, the central angle formed by the two sides of the engaging portion of the present invention is 20 to 60 degrees, and the end angle where the inclined surface intersects with the side surface of the present invention is an obtuse angle greater than 90 degrees.
The rectangular engaging portion of the prior art of fig. 15 is in face-to-face contact with the fastener in a flat surface, and only such contact is present. The invention can generate different contact relations between the clamping part and the screw fastener due to different inclined angles of the inclined surface, including surface contact and line contact.
The prior art rectangular snap-fit portion of fig. 15 is only suitable for general or slightly worn screws. The invention is suitable for general screw fasteners, worn screw fasteners and severely worn screw fasteners.
Fig. 15 shows that two side surfaces of the rectangular engaging portion of the prior art are intersected with a plane at a 90-degree right angle, but the 90-degree right angle structure is fragile, and when the rectangular engaging portion is operated under a large torque force and the screw member is seriously worn, the 90-degree right angle is interfered with the screw member, so that the 90-degree right angle of the rectangular engaging portion is not deformed under a force and is worn or broken. The clamping part of the invention has the structural characteristics of inclined angle of the inclined plane, central angle of two side surfaces of the clamping part and the like, so that the clamping part has no angle of 90 degrees or less than 90 degrees, but all the angles are obtuse angles of more than 90 degrees, therefore, the structural strength of the clamping part of the invention is better than that of the rectangular clamping part in the prior art in figure 15, and the probability of angular abrasion or breakage is reduced.
The invention has the beneficial effect that the invention is suitable for general screw fasteners (screw caps and screw heads), worn or seriously worn screw fasteners.

Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the sleeve 10 of the present invention has a plurality of engaging portions 20 protruding toward the center of the sleeve 10 and a plurality of grooves 29 between two adjacent engaging portions 20 at equal intervals on the inner wall. The engaging portion 20 has a contour 21 toward the center of the sleeve 10, and the contour 21 includes two inclined surfaces 22 with equal width and intersecting each other and a vertex 24 formed by the intersection of the inclined surfaces 22. The angle of inclination θ of each ramp 22 is 2 ° to 9 °, defined by the intersection of the ramp 22 with a chord line S which is a straight line passing through the apex angle 24 and two points A, B on the circumference of the sleeve 10, and the perpendicular bisector L of the chord line S passing through the center 0 of the sleeve. The engaging portion has two sides 26 facing the two grooves 29 on the adjacent sides, and the central angle P formed by the two sides 26 is 20-60 DEG, so that the end angle 28 of the inclined surface 22 intersecting with the side 26 is an obtuse angle.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the sleeve 10 is engaged with a normal screw 31 (a nut or a bolt head), a corner 311 of the normal screw 31 corresponds to the groove 29 of the sleeve 10, and a peripheral surface 312 of the normal screw 31 corresponds to the contour surface 21 of the engaging portion 10.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, when the sleeve 10 is rotated by an angle, the top corner 24 of the engaging portion 10 and one of the inclined surfaces 22 contact and are pressed against the peripheral surface 312 of the normal screw 31, and the sleeve 10 can operate the normal screw 31 to rotate.
As shown in fig. 8 and 9, when the sleeve 10 is engaged with a wear screw 32 and operated to rotate, the top corner 24 and one of the inclined surfaces 22 thereof contact and are pressed against the peripheral surface 322 of the wear screw 32.
As shown in fig. 10 and 11, when the sleeve 10 is engaged with a severely worn screw 33 and operated to rotate, the top corner 24 and a portion of one of the inclined surfaces 22 thereof contact and are pressed against the peripheral surface 332 of the severely worn screw 33.
In the above example, the sleeve 10 of the present invention can contact with the normal screw 31, the worn screw 32, or the severely worn screw 33 through the engaging portion 11, so that the sleeve 10 can drive the screws to rotate.
As shown in fig. 11 and 12, the inclination angle θ of the inclined surface is different, so that the engaging portion 20 and the fastener 33 are in different contact results, and the fastener 33 is severely worn in the illustrated example. In fig. 11, the slope inclination angle θ is 2 ° to 4 °, and the engagement portion 20 and the screw 33 come into contact as described above. As shown in fig. 12, the inclination angle is 9 °, the vertex 24 of the engaging portion 20 contacts the screw 33, and the engaging portion 20 and the screw 33 are in line contact. The sleeve with a larger inclined angle θ can be used as the screw 33, the top corner 24 is pressed and embedded into the peripheral surface 332 of the screw 33, so that the sleeve 10 and the screw 33 are engaged, and the engagement generates a stronger contact pressing force than the above surface contact, so that the sleeve 10 can drive the screw 33 to rotate.
In addition, the inclination angle θ of the inclined surface 22 of the engaging portion 20 and the central angle P of the two side surfaces 26 of the engaging portion 20 are designed such that the vertex angle 24 and the left and right end angles 28 of the engaging portion 20 form an obtuse angle, thereby preventing the corners of the engaging portion 20 from damaging the screw, increasing the structural strength of the engaging portion 20, and preventing or reducing the occurrence of corner breakage of the engaging portion 20.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the present invention in any way, and all simple modifications, equivalent variations and modifications made to the above embodiment according to the technical spirit of the present invention still fall within the scope of the technical solution of the present invention.
