To reduce friction between the reset lever 19 and the arcuate recess 17, the life of the reset lever 19 is extended. In one embodiment, the return arm 19 is arcuate at an end adjacent the arcuate recess 17.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the first motor 12 and the second motor 21 are the same motor.
The working principle and the beneficial effects of the technical scheme are as follows:
the second transmission gear 13 and the third transmission gear 20 are coaxially arranged at the output end of the motor; and simultaneously drives the action of the alternating current contactor 7 and the reset button 8. When the same motor is adopted for driving, the position of the switch 9 of the alternating current contactor 7, the position of the reset button 8 and the position of the motor are L-shaped; when the switch 9 of the ac contactor 7 is pushed up, the reset button 8 must be pressed first before the circuit is completed.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, the safe wireless control system further comprises:
a fuse holder 22 for setting a fuse 23; the lower end surface of the fuse holder 22 is provided with a first toothed guide rail 24;
a third motor 27 electrically connected to the controller 4; the output end of the third motor 27 is provided with a fourth transmission gear 28, and the fourth transmission gear 28 is meshed with the first toothed guide rail 24;
two parallel first slide rails 26 are arranged in the box body 1, the cross section of each first slide rail 26 is I-shaped, and a slide groove which is matched with the first slide rail 26 is arranged on the lower end surface of the fuse seat 22;
the first toothed rail 24 is arranged parallel to the first slide rail 26.
The working principle and the beneficial effects of the technical scheme are as follows:
in order to realize double protection of the electric appliance, the fuse 23 is also arranged in the safety device 41 of the invention, and the fuse 23 is connected into the circuit of the electric appliance, thereby providing a second double guarantee for the electric safety of the electric appliance. The controller 4 controls the third motor 27 to act, so that the fuse holder 22 moves on the first slide rail 26, and the fuse 23 is connected to the electric appliance circuit. To realize the connection of the fuse 23, an access body 29 is respectively provided at both sides of the direction perpendicular to the moving direction of the fuse holder 22, and the access body 29 is connected to the electrical circuit.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, the upper surface of the fuse holder 22 is provided with two fuses 23 in parallel.
The working principle and the beneficial effects of the technical scheme are as follows:
when one of the fuses 23 on the fuse holder 22 burns out, there is also a spare fuse holder 22. The fuse 23 is burned out by accident, for example: when the high-power electric appliance is connected to burn, a user only needs to send an instruction for replacing the fuse 23 to the controller 4 through the control terminal 6; the controller 4 controls the third motor 27 to act, so that the fuse holder 22 moves on the first slide rail 26, and the spare fuse 23 is connected to an electrical appliance circuit; the fuse 23 replacement operation is completed.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 8, the first motor, the second motor and the third motor are the same motor and are arranged on the motor base; the second transmission gear, the third transmission gear and the fourth transmission gear are the same transmission gear;
the lower end surface of the motor seat is provided with a second toothed guide rail 31; two parallel second slide rails 30 are arranged in the box body 1, the section of each second slide rail 30 is I-shaped, and a chute which is adaptive to the second slide rail 30 is arranged on the lower end surface of the motor base;
the second toothed guide rail 31 is arranged in parallel with the second slide rail 30;
a fourth motor 33 electrically connected to the controller 4; the output end of the fourth motor 33 is provided with a fifth transmission gear which is meshed with the second toothed guide rail 31;
when the controller 4 controls the fourth motor 33 to act, the gear at the output end of the motor arranged on the motor base is meshed with the rack, the first slide rail 26 and the first transmission gear 11 in sequence;
when the controller 4 receives a control instruction of the control terminal 6 to be started, the controller 4 controls the fourth motor 33 to act, the gear at the output end of the motor on the motor base is meshed with the rack meshed first toothed guide rail 24, and the motor on the motor base is controlled to act to connect the fuse 23 into a circuit; then the controller 4 controls the fourth motor 33 to act so as to mesh a gear at the output end of the motor on the motor base with the first transmission gear 11, and controls the motor on the motor base to act so as to push the switch of the alternating current contactor 7;
when the controller 4 receives a control instruction of the control terminal 6 to be closed, the controller 4 controls the fourth motor 33 to act so as to mesh a gear at the output end of the motor on the motor base with the first transmission gear 11, and controls the motor on the motor base to act so as to pull down the switch of the alternating current contactor 7; then the controller 4 controls the fourth motor 33 to act, the gear at the output end of the motor on the motor seat is meshed with the rack meshed first toothed guide rail 24, and the motor on the motor seat is controlled to act to move the fuse 23 out of the circuit;
when the controller 4 receives a control instruction of the control terminal 6 to reset and turn on after the power supply load fault or the line short circuit fault is removed, the controller 4 controls the fourth motor 33 to act, the gear of the motor output end on the motor base is meshed with the rack meshed first toothed guide rail 24, and the motor on the motor base is controlled to act to connect the fuse 23 to a power supply; then, a gear at the output end of a motor on the motor base is meshed with the rack, and the motor on the motor base is controlled to act to reset the reset button 8; then, a gear at the output end of the motor on the motor base is meshed with the first transmission gear 11, and the motor on the motor base is controlled to act to push the switch of the alternating current contactor 7.
The working principle and the beneficial effects of the technical scheme are as follows:
the other motor is driven to move upwards in the motor shaft by one motor, so that the transmission gears arranged at the output end of the other motor are respectively meshed with the rack, the first transmission gear 11 and the first toothed guide rail 24 at different positions; the three functions of the connection or disconnection of the fuse 23, the pressing of the reset button 8 and the pushing or pulling of the switch of the alternating current contactor 7 can be realized by using two motors; wherein, after the reset button 8 is pressed by the motor action, the motor is required to rotate reversely, and the reset rod 19 is retracted to the original position.
When the motor is in normal use, a user adopts the control terminal 6 to send a control instruction (start), namely when the controller 4 receives the control instruction of the control terminal 6 to start, the controller 4 controls the fourth motor 33 to act, the gear at the output end of the motor on the motor base is meshed with the rack meshed first toothed guide rail 24, and the motor on the motor base is controlled to act to connect the fuse 23 into a circuit; then the controller 4 controls the fourth motor 33 to act so as to mesh a gear at the output end of the motor on the motor base with the first transmission gear 11, and controls the motor on the motor base to act so as to push the switch of the alternating current contactor 7; thus, the power supply circuit is conducted, and the remote opening operation is completed.
When the motor is in normal use, a user adopts the control terminal 6 to send a control instruction (closing), namely when the controller 4 receives the control instruction of the control terminal 6 to be closed, the controller 4 controls the fourth motor 33 to act so as to mesh a gear at the output end of the motor on the motor base with the first transmission gear 11, and controls the motor on the motor base to act so as to pull down the switch of the alternating current contactor 7; then the controller 4 controls the fourth motor 33 to act, the gear at the output end of the motor on the motor seat is meshed with the rack meshed first toothed guide rail 24, and the motor on the motor seat is controlled to act to move the fuse 23 out of the circuit; thus, the power supply circuit is cut off, and the remote closing operation is completed.
When the power supply load fault or the line short circuit fault is eliminated, the user does not need to return to the position where the safety device 41 is arranged, and the user can directly adopt the control terminal 6 to send a control instruction (reset on), namely when the control terminal 6 is reset on after the power supply load fault or the line short circuit fault is eliminated, the controller 4 controls the fourth motor 33 to act, the gear at the output end of the motor on the motor base is meshed with the rack meshed first toothed guide rail 24, and the motor on the motor base is controlled to act to connect the fuse 23 into a power supply; then, a gear at the output end of the motor on the motor seat is meshed with a rack of the reset rod 19, and the motor on the motor seat is controlled to reset; then, a gear at the output end of the motor on the motor base is meshed with the first transmission gear 11, and the motor on the motor base is controlled to act to push the switch of the alternating current contactor 7.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications and variations can be made to the present invention without departing from the spirit or scope of the invention. Thus, it is intended that the present invention also include such modifications and alterations insofar as they come within the scope of the appended claims or the equivalents thereof.

Claims (8)

1. A wireless control system for a safety device, comprising:
a plurality of wirelessly controllable safeties;
the control terminals are respectively connected with the safety devices in a wireless mode;
the control terminal controls the on/off or reset of the safety device, so as to control the on/off of a circuit connected with the safety device;
the wirelessly controllable safety device comprises: a case body; the alternating current electronic safety circuit is arranged in the box body and is used for being connected with a power end of an electric appliance; the execution device is arranged in the box body and used for controlling the on/off or the reset of the alternating current electronic insurance circuit; the controller is arranged in the box body, is electrically connected with the execution device and is used for controlling the execution device to act; the wireless communication module is arranged in the box body and is respectively connected with the controller and the control terminal; wherein, the alternating current electronic insurance circuit includes: an alternating current contactor for controlling the on or off of the alternating current electronic safety circuit; a reset button for controlling the reset of the AC electronic insurance circuit;
wherein the execution means includes: the second motor is electrically connected with the controller, and the output end of the second motor is provided with a third transmission gear; the reset rod is arranged in the reset rod accommodating cavity in the box body; a rack is arranged on the lower end face of the reset rod and meshed with the third transmission gear; one end of the reset rod accommodating cavity is communicated with the button accommodating groove; the arc-shaped groove is positioned at the communication position of one end of the reset rod accommodating cavity and the button accommodating groove, and the height of the arc-shaped groove is larger than that of the communication position of one end of the reset rod accommodating cavity and the button accommodating groove.
2. The safe wireless control system of claim 1, wherein the safe wireless control system further comprises:
the control platform is respectively connected with the safety devices in a wireless way;
the control platform numbers the safety device connected to the platform and stores the installation position of the safety device corresponding to the number.
3. The safe wireless control system of claim 2, wherein the safe wireless control system further comprises:
the voltage and current monitoring devices are connected with the safety devices in a one-to-one correspondence manner and are used for monitoring the current and the voltage of the safety devices; the voltage and current monitoring devices are all in communication connection with the control platform.
4. A safe wireless control system according to claim 3, wherein the safe wireless control system further comprises:
the cameras are arranged in front of the safety device in a one-to-one correspondence manner and are used for shooting front images of the safety device; the cameras are all in communication connection with the control platform;
the control platform analyzes the front image of the safety device and determines the state of the safety device;
and when the state of the safety device is abnormal, outputting the installation position and the abnormal picture of the safety device to a mobile phone of a maintenance personnel.
5. The wireless control system of claim 4, wherein the control platform is further configured to create a maintenance plan and send the maintenance plan to a mobile phone of a maintenance person, and the wireless control system comprises:
acquiring the installation time and the production time of each safety device;
calculating life time according to the installation time and the production time;
screening each safety device in preset time to obtain the safety device reaching the service life and the installation position of the safety device;
a maintenance route is made according to the installation position, and a maintenance time is made according to a preset maintenance time;
and making the maintenance plan based on the maintenance route and the maintenance time.
6. The safe wireless control system of claim 5, wherein the calculating the life time based on the installation time and the production time comprises:
obtaining a conversion ratio of storage loss to use loss; converting the period of time from the installation time to the production time into a depletion time based on the conversion ratio;
and obtaining the preset service life, and adding the difference value between the preset service life and the loss time on the basis of the installation time to obtain the service life time.
7. The safe wireless control system of claim 5, wherein said routing maintenance based on said installation location comprises:
counting the number of installation positions of the safety device reaching the service life;
when the number of the installation positions of the safety device reaching the service life is larger than a first preset value and smaller than a second preset value;
marking the installation positions of the safety devices reaching the service life on a map, and making a circle by taking the installation positions farthest from each other as circle points;
dividing a circle center of the circle into two first areas according to the principle that the number of the installation positions is equal by taking the circle center as a straight line; then, respectively making a straight line by the circle centers according to the principle that the number of the installation positions is equal, and dividing the two first areas into four second areas; then, dividing the four second areas into eight third areas according to the principle that the circle centers are respectively made into a straight line and the number of the installation positions is equal;
a service path is defined in each of the third areas, the service path passing through all of the mounting locations in the third area.
8. The safe wireless control system of claim 4, wherein the control platform analyzes the safe frontal image to determine the safe status; comprising the following steps:
acquiring a prestored front image of a normally-working safety device and a normally-closed front image of the safety device;
comparing the front image of the safety device acquired through the camera with a pre-stored front image of the safety device which works normally and a pre-stored front image of the safety device which is closed normally;
when the front image of the safety device is the same as the prestored front image of the safety device which works normally, the safety device is determined to work normally;
when the front image of the safety device is the same as the pre-stored front image of the safety device which is normally closed, determining that the safety device is normally closed;
and when the images are different, extracting an abnormal region in the front image of the safety device, which is acquired by the camera, and determining the abnormal information of the safety device according to the position of the abnormal region in the safety device.
