Detailed Description
Various exemplary embodiments, features and aspects of the present disclosure will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. In the drawings, like reference numbers can indicate functionally identical or similar elements. While the various aspects of the embodiments are presented in drawings, the drawings are not necessarily drawn to scale unless specifically indicated.
The word "exemplary" is used exclusively herein to mean "serving as an example, embodiment, or illustration. Any embodiment described herein as "exemplary" is not necessarily to be construed as preferred or advantageous over other embodiments.
Furthermore, in the following detailed description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a better understanding of the present disclosure. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the present disclosure may be practiced without some of these specific details. In some instances, methods, means, elements and circuits that are well known to those skilled in the art have not been described in detail so as not to obscure the present disclosure.
In a relay protection and fault information processing system (namely a fault information system), a master station and a substation can carry out information interaction through a communication network; the substation at the station end is networked with intelligent electronic devices such as a protection device, a fault recording device, a safety automatic device and the like, and the normal running state information, the abnormal alarm information, the fault information and the fault related data of the devices are collected and sent to the main station at the dispatching end after primary processing. And then when the configuration of the substation is changed and the main station does not receive the substation configuration change message, the main station cannot acquire the information of the protection device, the fault recording device and the safety automatic device.
With the continuous development of power systems, the scale of a power grid is larger and larger, and the important significance of ensuring the reliable and stable operation of the power grid is achieved. When the power grid fails, a dispatcher can rapidly master the actual fault condition and the relay protection action of the power grid according to the abnormal alarm information, the fault information and the fault related data sent by the substation, and analyze the power grid accident in time, so that the judgment is rapidly made and the power grid is recovered, the accuracy and the timeliness of the power grid fault processing are improved, and the power supply interruption time is shortened.
However, in the related art, the substation access master station is configured manually; the substation may not notify the master station after updating the substation configuration for various reasons, and when the substation fails, the master station cannot receive the failure information any more, so that the failure information is lost, which is very unfavorable for the post analysis of the power grid failure and cannot ensure the reliable operation of the power grid.
Therefore, the embodiment of the present disclosure provides a main station adaptive configuration calling and comparing scheme, in which the main station acquires substation configuration information at a preset time interval through a communication protocol and a configuration calling policy table, so as to implement real-time monitoring of the main station on the substation configuration, perform substation configuration calling comparison, and ensure that once the substation configuration changes, the main station quickly and accurately analyzes a comparison result, and further timely gives an alarm, thereby ensuring safety and reliability of a power grid.
Fig. 1 shows a schematic diagram of a fault information system according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 1, the fault information system may include a protection device, a substation, and a master station. The protection device and the substation can exchange information through a network (such as a switch), and the substation and the main station can exchange information through a communication network (such as a switch). The number of the protection devices and the substations may be one or more, which is not limited in the embodiment of the disclosure.
A protection device (also referred to as a secondary equipment) may refer to equipment that oversees, measures, controls, protects, and regulates primary equipment within a power system. A primary device may refer to a device within a power system that is directly used to produce and use electrical energy. The protection device may collect information of the primary device, including action information, alarm information, self-checking information, and the like, which is not limited in the embodiments of the present disclosure.
The substation can be a device located at a plant station end, can communicate with intelligent electronic devices such as a protection device, a fault recording device and a safety automatic device, collects normal operation state information, abnormal alarm information, fault information and fault related data of the devices, and sends the data to the main station after primary processing.
The master station can be a device which is located at the dispatching end and can receive the normal operation state information, the abnormal alarm information, the fault information and the fault related data which are sent by the substation and collected from the intelligent electronic device, and store and analyze the data.
Networking work of the protection device and the substation is achieved at a plant station end, the networking work comprises the steps of configuring the IP address and the port number of the protection device, configuring a point table of the protection device and the like, configuration of substation information is completed according to the point table of the protection device, and interconnection and intercommunication of the substation and the device information are achieved. The main station end can automatically select a corresponding main station and sub station communication protocol according to the type, area and other information of the sub station, and communication between the main station and the sub station is realized.
Fig. 2 shows a flowchart of a method for master station adaptive configuration calling and comparing according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. The method is applied to the master station in the fault information system, and as shown in fig. 2, the method may include the following steps:
and step 40, comparing the first configuration information with second configuration information stored in the master station to obtain a comparison result.
In a possible implementation manner, in step 10, the primary station configures the IP address, the port number, the name of the front-end server, the name of the substation, and the like of the substation, so as to implement basic configuration of the primary station. The master station can automatically select a communication protocol suitable for communicating with the substation according to the type of the substation and a communication protocol (namely, a communication protocol adopted by the master station and the slave station) of an area to which the current master station and the slave station belong, and store the communication protocol of the master station and the slave station into a database table.
The communication protocol can comprise an IEC61850 protocol and a non-IEC 6185 protocol; the IEC61850 protocol is a series of standards of 'transformer substation communication networks and systems' formulated by the working group of the International electrotechnical Commission, is an international standard of a transformer substation automation system based on a network communication platform, and the IEC61850 specifies data naming, data definition, equipment behaviors, self-description characteristics of equipment and a general configuration language; the non-IEC 6185 protocol may refer to other protocols than the IEC61850 protocol, such as the IEC103 protocol or other proprietary protocols, etc., which are not limited by the embodiments of the present disclosure.
In a possible implementation manner, in step 20, the obtaining a configuration information request policy table according to the condition information of the substation includes: establishing a configuration information request policy table according to the number of the substations, the communication condition and the protocol configuration; the configuration information request policy table includes: the method comprises the following steps of substation name, request priority, request time, failure re-request times and the number of the most requested substations each day.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the master station may establish a configuration information request policy table (i.e., a configuration call policy table) according to the number of substations in the system, the communication status, and condition information such as protocol configuration stored in the database table, where the policy table information may include information such as a name of a substation, call time, number of failed recalls, call priority, number of substations that are summoned most daily, and the master station may call multiple configurations according to the call policy table, so as to implement real-time monitoring of configuration information, and ensure that the master station obtains a change condition of substation configuration at a first time. The master station can judge the change frequency of the configuration information of each transformer substation based on relevant historical data or actual environment requirements, so that the priority of calling the transformer substations is determined; the calling time (namely a preset time interval) can be set according to the actual requirement, for example, the calling time can be set once a week or a month; information such as the number of failed recalling times and the number of transformer substation times recalled most each day can also be set according to the system processing environment and the actual requirements, and the embodiment of the disclosure does not limit the information.
In a possible implementation manner, in step 30, the sending, by the master station, a request for obtaining slave station configuration information to the slave station according to the communication protocol, the configuration information request policy table, and the preset time interval, to obtain requested first configuration information may include: the master station can automatically select a corresponding configuration calling mode (the communication protocol corresponds to the configuration calling mode) according to the determined communication protocol applicable to the communication of the master station and the slave station, the master station can further issue a request for acquiring the configuration information of the substation (namely sending the configuration calling request) at a time point with a preset time interval according to the constructed configuration calling strategy table, the substation responds to the request and sends the configuration information to the master station after receiving the configuration calling request of the master station, and the master station receives the configuration information (namely the first configuration information). For example, in the case that the communication protocol is IEC61850 protocol, the master station may issue a configuration calling command using the 61850 protocol, and the slave station receives the command and then sends the configuration information to the master station. Under the condition that the communication protocol is an IEC103 protocol, the master station can issue a command message by adopting the 103 protocol, and after receiving the configuration message request, the sub-station sends a configuration information message to the master station.
In step 40, the master station may obtain a comparison result by comparing the first configuration information with the second configuration information stored by the master station. For example, the master station may store the configuration information in a temporary table when receiving the configuration information sent by the slave station based on the request, and further may compare the configuration information (i.e., the second configuration information) corresponding to the slave station previously stored in the master station formal table with the configuration information (i.e., the first configuration information) in the temporary table and give a comparison result, thereby obtaining the configuration change information.
In one possible implementation, the method may further include: and updating the second configuration information according to the first configuration information. In this way, after the comparison result is obtained, if the configuration information changes, the corresponding configuration information in the formal table previously stored in the master station is updated by using the configuration change information in the temporary table. Therefore, the master station can be ensured to compare by adopting the latest stored configuration information after the configuration call is carried out at each time point, and an accurate comparison result is obtained.
Fig. 3 shows a flowchart of a method for master station adaptive configuration calling and comparing according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 3, in a possible implementation manner, after obtaining a comparison result by comparing the first configuration information with the second configuration information stored by the primary station in step 40, the method further includes: step 50, generating alarm information recorded with substation configuration change data according to the comparison result; and displaying the alarm information on a display interface in real time.
For example, when the master station judges that the substation configuration changes according to the comparison result obtained in the above steps, a configuration change alarm is generated first, the alarm information includes substation configuration change data such as configuration change description and substation name, and then the alarm information (configuration change alarm signal) is sent to modules or programs such as history storage and interface display in a broadcast manner, when the history storage program receives the configuration change alarm signal, the recorded configuration change data is stored in a history table according to the alarm signal, and when the interface receives the alarm signal, the substation configuration change data is displayed on a terminal page, so that the storage of the configuration comparison alarm and the display of the terminal interface are realized, the change condition of the substation configuration is obtained by the master station at the first time, and the reliable operation of the power grid is ensured.
Based on this, the embodiment of the present disclosure further provides a process of comparing the received configuration information by the master station.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating a method for calling and comparing a master station adaptive configuration according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, and as shown in fig. 4, in a possible implementation manner, in a case that the communication protocol is a first type protocol, the first configuration information and the second configuration information are substation configuration information; in step 40, the obtaining a comparison result by comparing the first configuration information with the second configuration information stored by the master station may include:
step 401, comparing the substation configuration information sent by the substation based on the request with the corresponding substation configuration information stored by the master station, so as to obtain a comparison result.
In a possible implementation manner, the obtaining a comparison result by comparing the first configuration information with second configuration information stored by the master station may include: after receiving a configuration transmission completion message sent by the substation, the master station compares whether the addresses and/or version numbers of the devices in the first configuration information and the second configuration information are consistent, and judges that the configuration information is changed under the condition that the addresses and/or version numbers of the devices are inconsistent; comparing whether the CPU information of the devices in the first configuration information and the second configuration information is consistent or not under the condition that the addresses and/or the version numbers of the devices are consistent, and judging that the configuration information is changed under the condition that any element in the CPU information is different; the elements in the CPU information at least comprise a CPU name, a CPU version number, a CPU number, an analog quantity, a state quantity, a fixed value and a fixed value area code.
Exemplarily, taking the communication protocol as an IEC103 protocol as an example, after the master station receives a configuration transmission completion message sent by a substation, the master station queries the database to obtain substation configuration information temporarily stored in the temporary table and corresponding substation configuration information stored in the original formal table, and performs classification comparison according to different information types, firstly, whether addresses and version numbers of protection devices and the like are consistent is judged according to the two pieces of configuration information, and if the addresses of the protection devices are newly added or deleted, the configuration information is judged to be changed; if the address and the version number of the protection device are not changed, further judging whether the CPU information of the protection device is consistent, wherein the CPU information comprises a CPU name, a CPU version number, the number of CPUs, an analog quantity, a state quantity, a fixed value area code and the like; the analog quantity needs to judge whether the name, the group number, the item number and the unit are consistent, the state quantity needs to judge the name, the group number and the item number, the fixed value area needs to judge the maximum fixed value area number and the minimum fixed value area number, the fixed value needs to judge the name, the maximum value, the minimum value, the step length, the precision, the unit, the type and the like, and if one item of content is inconsistent, the configuration information is judged to be changed.
As shown in fig. 4, in a possible implementation manner, in a case that the communication protocol is a second type protocol, the first configuration information and the second configuration information are substation configuration description SCD files; in step 40, the obtaining a comparison result by comparing the first configuration information with the second configuration information stored by the master station may include:
Exemplarily, a communication protocol is taken as an IEC61850 protocol as an example, and when the master station and the slave station communicate through the communication protocol, a comparison result can be obtained by directly comparing SCD files, so that the comparison efficiency is improved. And the master station compares the latest SCD file of the received substation with the SCD file of the corresponding substation originally stored by the master station, analyzes the two SCD files, compares the two SCD files according to the classification of the information, and judges that the configuration information is changed when the corresponding information in the two SCD files is inconsistent.
