In an embodiment, after the step of determining whether the difference result matches the preset condition, the processor 101 may be configured to call a defrosting program of the air conditioner stored in the memory 102, and perform the following operations:
and if the difference result is not matched with the preset condition, executing the step of acquiring the inlet temperature and the outlet temperature of the condenser in the air conditioner until the difference result is matched with the preset condition.
In an embodiment, the step of determining whether the difference result matches the preset condition includes:
judging whether the difference result is greater than or equal to a reference value corresponding to the preset condition;
if the difference value is larger than or equal to the reference value corresponding to the preset condition, judging that the difference value result is matched with the preset condition;
and if the difference result is smaller than the reference value corresponding to the preset condition, judging that the difference result is not matched with the preset condition.
In an embodiment, before the step of obtaining the inlet temperature and the outlet temperature of the condenser in the air conditioner when the air conditioner is in the defrosting state, the processor 101 may be configured to call a defrosting program of the air conditioner stored in the memory 102, and perform the following operations:

According to the scheme, when the air conditioner is in a defrosting state, the inlet temperature and the outlet temperature of the condenser in the air conditioner are detected, and whether the inlet temperature and the outlet temperature reach preset conditions or not is judged, wherein the preset conditions are conditions for finishing defrosting of the condenser in the air conditioner according to the representation generated in advance according to the external environment temperature; and if the inlet temperature and the outlet temperature reach preset conditions, finishing defrosting the condenser. Because the preset condition has relevance with the external environment temperature, the influence of the heat radiation phenomenon of the outdoor heat exchanger during defrosting on defrosting is fully considered by judging whether the inlet temperature and the outlet temperature reach the preset condition or not as a condition for judging to finish defrosting, the defrosting time can be accurately judged, and the defrosting effect is improved.
Based on the hardware architecture of the air conditioner, the embodiment of the defrosting method of the air conditioner is provided.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a first embodiment of a defrosting method of an air conditioner according to the present invention, the defrosting method of an air conditioner includes the steps of:
step S10, when the air conditioner is in a defrosting state, acquiring the inlet temperature and the outlet temperature of a condenser in the air conditioner;
the defrosting method of the air conditioner is applied to the control center of the air conditioner, and is suitable for the control center to accurately finish the defrosting operation of the condenser in the air conditioner according to the relation between the inlet temperature and the outlet temperature of the condenser and the preset condition generated by the external environment temperature in the heating mode of the air conditioner. Specifically, the air conditioner operation mode includes at least a heating mode in which air of low temperature and high humidity outside is easily condensed on a condenser of the outdoor unit, a frosting phenomenon occurs, and a heating effect is affected as the amount of frosting increases, so that a defrosting operation is required. Heating is not carried out in the defrosting process, and the defrosting operation needs to be finished in time after defrosting is finished so as to recover heating.
Understandably, judging whether defrosting needs to be finished or not, and taking the premise of determining that the air conditioner is in a defrosting state currently; therefore, the step of detecting the inlet temperature and the outlet temperature of the condenser in the air conditioner when the air conditioner is in the defrosting state includes, before:
step a1, judging whether the operation mode of the air conditioner is a heating mode, and if the operation mode is the heating mode, reading and judging whether a preset defrosting identifier is in an activated state;
step a2, if the preset defrosting identifier is in an activated state, determining that the air conditioner is in a defrosting state.
Further, the mode identifiers presented in the control center are different depending on the operation mode of the air conditioner. Therefore, the control center can judge whether the current operation mode of the air conditioner is the heating mode according to the mode identifier. In addition, the control center is also preset with a preset defrosting identifier for representing that the air conditioner is in a defrosting state, and when the air conditioner is in the defrosting state, the preset defrosting identifier is in an activated state; and when the air conditioner is in the non-defrosting state, the preset defrosting identifier is in the non-activated state. If the current operation mode of the air conditioner is determined to be the heating mode through the mode identifier, continuously detecting whether the preset defrosting state identifier is in an activated state; and if the air conditioner is in the activated state, judging that the air conditioner is in a defrosting state.
Furthermore, the outdoor unit of the air conditioner is also provided with a first temperature sensor and a second temperature sensor for respectively detecting the inlet temperature and the outlet temperature of the condenser in the outdoor unit. The first temperature sensor and the second temperature sensor are respectively in communication connection with the control center, and the control center generates a detection instruction to the first sensor and the second sensor after determining that the air conditioner is in a defrosting state, so that the first sensor and the second sensor respectively detect the inlet temperature and the outlet temperature of the condenser based on the detection instruction and return the detected inlet temperature and outlet temperature to the control center. The control center judges whether to finish the defrosting operation of the condenser in the air conditioner according to the inlet temperature and the outlet temperature of the returned condenser.
Step S20, determining whether the inlet temperature and the outlet temperature reach a preset condition for finishing defrosting of a condenser in the air conditioner, wherein the preset condition is generated based on an external environment temperature of an external environment where an outdoor unit of the air conditioner is located;
it is understood that the defrosting of the condenser of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner is realized by the high-temperature refrigerant flowing in the condensation pipe of the condenser. The defrosting of the condenser by the high-temperature refrigerant is affected by the external temperature, and under the condition of lower external temperature, the more heat the high-temperature refrigerant radiates to the outside, the relatively poorer defrosting effect and longer defrosting time are needed. On the contrary, if the outside temperature is higher, the heat radiated to the outside by the high-temperature refrigerant is less, the defrosting effect is relatively better, and the defrosting time is shorter. Therefore, the time required for defrosting is different according to the difference of the external temperature. In order to represent the influence of the external temperature on the defrosting completion, after the air conditioner is judged to be in the defrosting state, the temperature of the external environment where the outdoor unit of the air conditioner is located is detected, and the external environment temperature is obtained. Thereafter, the detected outside environment temperature is generated as a preset condition, and it is determined whether the relationship formed by the inlet temperature and the outlet temperature satisfies the preset condition.
And step S30, if the preset condition is reached, ending the defrosting operation of the condenser in the air conditioner.
Further, if it is determined that the relationship formed by the inlet temperature and the outlet temperature satisfies the preset condition, it indicates that the defrosting of the condenser is completed, thereby ending the defrosting operation of the condenser in the external fan of the air conditioner. And if the relation formed by the inlet temperature and the outlet temperature does not meet the preset condition, the defrosting of the condenser is not finished, the defrosting operation is continued, and the inlet temperature and the outlet temperature of the condenser are continuously acquired until the relation formed by the inlet temperature and the outlet temperature meets the requirement of the preset condition, so that the defrosting is finished.
In the technical scheme provided by this embodiment, when the air conditioner is in a defrosting state, the inlet temperature and the outlet temperature of the condenser in the air conditioner are detected, and whether the inlet temperature and the outlet temperature reach preset conditions is judged, wherein the preset conditions are conditions for finishing defrosting of the condenser in the air conditioner according to a representation generated in advance according to the external environment temperature; and if the inlet temperature and the outlet temperature reach preset conditions, finishing defrosting the condenser.
Further, referring to fig. 3, a second embodiment of the defrosting method of an air conditioner according to the present invention is provided based on the first embodiment of the defrosting method of an air conditioner according to the present invention, wherein in the second embodiment, the step of determining whether the inlet temperature and the outlet temperature reach a preset condition for defrosting of a condenser in the air conditioner after the condenser finishes includes:
step S21, performing difference operation between the inlet temperature and the outlet temperature to generate a difference result;
step S22, comparing the difference result with the preset condition, and judging whether the difference result is matched with the preset condition;
in this embodiment, the relationship between the inlet temperature and the outlet temperature is a difference relationship, a difference operation is performed between the inlet temperature and the outlet temperature, and the outlet temperature is subtracted from the inlet temperature to generate a difference result. And comparing the difference result with a preset condition, and judging whether the difference result meets the requirement of the preset condition, namely whether the difference result can be matched with the preset condition. Wherein, the step of judging whether the difference result is matched with the preset condition comprises the following steps:
step S221, judging whether the difference result is greater than or equal to a reference value corresponding to the preset condition;
step S222, if the difference value is larger than or equal to the reference value corresponding to the preset condition, judging that the difference value result is matched with the preset condition;
in step S223, if the difference result is smaller than the reference value corresponding to the preset condition, it is determined that the difference result is not matched with the preset condition.
Further, the preset condition generated by the external environment temperature corresponds to a reference value, and the reference value is different according to the external environment temperature. And in the process of matching the difference result with the preset condition, judging whether the difference result is greater than or equal to a reference value corresponding to the preset condition. If the difference value is larger than or equal to the reference value corresponding to the preset condition, the difference value result meets the requirement of the preset condition; and judging that the difference result is matched with a preset condition, and finishing defrosting the condenser. Otherwise, if the difference result is smaller than the reference value corresponding to the preset condition, it indicates that the difference result does not meet the requirement of the preset condition; and judging that the difference result is not matched with the preset condition, and continuously acquiring the inlet temperature and the outlet temperature of the condenser until the difference result of the difference relation between the inlet temperature and the outlet temperature is greater than or equal to the reference value corresponding to the preset condition.
And step S23, if the difference result is matched with the preset condition, judging that the preset condition for defrosting the condenser in the air conditioner is reached.
And step S24, if the difference result does not match the preset condition, performing the step of obtaining the inlet temperature and the outlet temperature of the condenser in the air conditioner until the difference result matches the preset condition.
Furthermore, after the difference result is judged to be greater than or equal to the reference value corresponding to the preset condition and the difference result is matched with the preset condition, the preset condition for finishing defrosting of the condenser in the air conditioner can be judged to be reached, and the control center sends a defrosting finishing instruction to finish defrosting of the condenser. Otherwise, if the difference result is smaller than the reference value corresponding to the preset condition and the difference result is not matched with the preset condition, the control center continuously sends detection instructions to the first temperature sensor and the second temperature sensor so as to continuously detect the inlet temperature and the outlet temperature of the condenser; and the controller does not send a defrosting ending instruction to end defrosting of the condenser until the difference result between the detected inlet temperature and the detected outlet temperature is greater than or equal to the reference value corresponding to the preset condition and the difference result is matched with the preset condition.
In the technical scheme provided by this embodiment, the difference result between the inlet temperature and the outlet temperature of the condenser and the magnitude relation between the reference values corresponding to the preset conditions generated by the external environment temperature are used as the basis for ending defrosting of the condenser, the influence of the heat radiation caused by the external environment temperature on defrosting is used as the factor for ending defrosting, and the accuracy for judging ending defrosting is improved.
Further, referring to fig. 4, a third embodiment of the defrosting method of an air conditioner according to the present invention is provided based on the first or second embodiment of the defrosting method of an air conditioner according to the present invention, and in the third embodiment, before the step of obtaining the inlet temperature and the outlet temperature of the condenser in the air conditioner when the air conditioner is in a defrosting state, the method further includes:
step S40, obtaining an external environment temperature of an external environment of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner;
step S50, generating the preset condition according to the external environment temperature.
Understandably, the air conditioner has different frosting conditions and different corresponding external environment temperatures when the air conditioner is in heating operation in different periods. In order to accurately represent the influence of the external environment temperature on defrosting, the outdoor unit of the air conditioner of the embodiment is provided with an outdoor temperature sensor, and the control center sends an instruction to the outdoor temperature sensor after detecting that the air conditioner is in a defrosting state. The outdoor temperature sensor detects the external environment temperature of the external environment of the air conditioner outdoor unit after receiving the command, and returns the detected external environment temperature to the control center. The control center generates a preset condition according to the external environment temperature, and the preset condition is used for representing whether defrosting of the condenser needs to be finished or not. Wherein, according to the external environment temperature, the step of generating the preset condition comprises:
step S51, acquiring preset compensation parameters and a defrosting coefficient corresponding to the external environment temperature;
and step S52, generating the preset condition according to the preset compensation parameter, the defrosting coefficient and the external environment temperature.
Further, different outdoor environment temperatures are tested in advance, and a preset compensation parameter range suitable for compensating various external environment temperatures and a defrosting coefficient range corresponding to the external environment temperatures are obtained. And in the testing process, the indoor environment temperature is kept constant, the inlet temperature and the outlet temperature of the condenser are detected under various external environment temperatures, the difference between the inlet temperature and the outlet temperature is generated, and the preset compensation parameter range and the defrosting coefficient range are obtained according to the corresponding difference under various external environment temperatures. In addition, the equation of the straight line may be obtained by fitting coordinate points formed by various external ambient temperatures and the respective corresponding differences to the straight line. The linear equation represents the variation relationship between the external environment temperature and the difference value, and the coefficient of the linear equation is preferably a preset compensation parameter for compensating the external environment temperature and a defrosting coefficient corresponding to the external environment temperature.
In one embodiment, the indoor ambient temperature is kept constant at 20 ℃, and the external ambient temperature is selected as follows: 2 ℃, 0 ℃, -2 ℃, -4 ℃, -6 ℃, -8 ℃, -10 ℃, the inlet and outlet temperatures detected at each external ambient temperature were respectively: 32 ℃ and 6 ℃, 31.8 ℃ and 6.3 ℃, 31.9 ℃ and 6.7 ℃, 31.2 ℃ and 7 ℃, 30.8 ℃ and 7.3 ℃, 30.5 ℃ and 7.6 ℃, 30 ℃ and 8 ℃, respectively, giving the difference between the respective inlet and outlet temperatures: 26 deg.C, 25.5 deg.C, 25.2 deg.C, 24.2 deg.C, 23.5 deg.C, 22.9 deg.C, 22 deg.C. And obtaining a preset compensation parameter range from 10 to 30 according to the corresponding difference value at each environmental temperature, wherein the defrosting coefficient range is from 0 to 1. Further, fitting is performed between the coordinate points formed by the respective ambient temperatures and the respective corresponding differences, and a linear equation y is obtained as 0.3375x + 25.536. After rounding off the coefficient 0.3375 in the linear equation, the coefficient is preferably the defrosting coefficient corresponding to the external environment temperature; whereas rounding off 25.536 is preferred to be a predetermined compensation parameter.
Further, the preset compensation parameters for compensating for the external ambient temperature, which are preferably obtained through testing, and the defrosting coefficient corresponding to the external ambient temperature are stored in the storage unit of the air conditioner. And after the external environment temperature is detected, reading the preset compensation parameter and the defrosting coefficient from the storage unit, and combining the preset compensation parameter and the defrosting coefficient with the external environment temperature to generate a preset condition. Specifically, the step of generating the preset condition according to a preset compensation parameter, a defrosting coefficient and an external environment temperature includes:
step S521, calling a preset formula, and transmitting the preset compensation parameter, the defrosting coefficient and the external environment temperature to the preset formula to generate the preset condition;
step S522, calculating the preset compensation parameter, the defrosting coefficient, and the external environment temperature transmitted to the preset formula, and generating a reference value corresponding to the preset condition.
Furthermore, a preset formula for generating a preset condition is preset, after a preset compensation parameter for compensating the external environment temperature and a defrosting coefficient corresponding to the external environment temperature are read, and the detected external environment temperature is obtained, the preset formula is called, and the preset compensation parameter, the defrosting coefficient and the external environment temperature are transmitted to the preset formula to form the preset condition. Multiplication operation is firstly carried out between the defrosting coefficient and the external environment temperature through a preset formula, and then addition operation is carried out with a preset compensation parameter, so that a preset condition is obtained. Specifically, the preset formula can be represented by the formula (K0 × T0+ M), where K0 represents the defrosting coefficient, T0 represents the external ambient temperature, and M represents the preset compensation parameter; and transmitting the detected external environment temperature, the read preset compensation parameters and the read defrosting coefficients to the preset formula to respectively replace T0, M and K0 in the preset formula, so as to obtain preset conditions.
Furthermore, the preset compensation parameter, the defrosting coefficient and the external environment temperature transmitted to the device are calculated through a preset formula, and the obtained calculation result is the reference value corresponding to the preset condition. If the external ambient temperature is detected to be 2 ℃ in the case where the defrosting coefficient is 0.34 and the preset compensation parameter is 25.5, the preset condition is generated to be (0.34 × 2+25.5), and the reference value corresponding to the preset condition is 26.182 ℃. If the difference result between the inlet temperature and the outlet temperature of the condenser is greater than or equal to the reference value, that is, the defrosting of the condenser is finished, the control center sends an ending instruction to end the defrosting of the condenser.
In the technical scheme of the body feeling of the embodiment, a preset condition and a reference value corresponding to the preset condition are formed according to the external environment temperature of the external environment where the outdoor unit is located, and the preset condition and the reference value are used as a condition for judging the end of defrosting; the influence of heat radiation caused by the external environment temperature on defrosting is taken as a consideration factor for finishing defrosting, so that the defrosting is finished accurately, and the phenomenon that defrosting still exists after defrosting is finished is avoided.
