本发明涉及一种无醇起泡功能性饮料,包含如下原料:黑枸杞汁,桑果汁,忧遁草提取液、大枣汁、金银花提取液、菊糖、维生素C、维生素B1、葡萄柚薄荷、纯净水;所述的原料重量份数为:黑枸杞汁30份,桑果汁30份,忧遁草提取液20份,大枣汁10份,金银花提取液20份,菊糖20份,维生素C 0.5~1份,维生素B1 0.2份,葡萄柚薄荷2~5份,水500份。本发明添加二氧化碳或植物蛋白发泡剂达到无醇起泡效果。

一种无醇起泡功能性饮料
技术领域
本发明涉及保健饮料领域,具体涉及一种无醇起泡的功能性饮料。
背景技术
黑枸杞味甘、性平,富含蛋白质、枸杞多糖、氨基酸、维生素、矿物质、微量元素等多种营养成分。具有提供机体免疫功能,增强机体适应调节能力。黑枸杞富含原花青素,其含量是蓝莓的8~10倍,花青素是最有效的天然水溶性自由基清除剂,具有美容养颜,延缓衰老的作用。
桑果又叫桑葚,中含有丰富的活性蛋白、维生素、氨基酸、胡萝卜素、矿物质等成分,营养价值极高。被医学界誉为“二十一世纪的最佳保健果品”。常吃桑葚能提高人体免疫力,具有延缓衰老,美容养颜的功效。同时还能辅助治疗高血压、高血脂、神经衰弱等病症。
忧遁草,学名鳄嘴花,为爵床科鳄嘴花属高大草本植物。在东南亚作为一种传统药用植物有广泛运用,亦是一种传统傣药。有消炎、抗癌、免疫调节、降血脂等功效。
大枣,鼠李科枣属植物枣的成熟果实干品。作为中药使用上,其性甘、平,有补脾和胃,益气生津,养血安神,缓和药性之功效。
金银花,忍冬科忍冬属植物金银忍冬的花。本发明专利涉及的金银花为忍冬科忍冬属植物金银忍冬干燥花蕾或初开放的花。味甘,如肺、心、胃经,具清热解毒、补虚疗风之功效。
随着现在禁酒令和人们养生意识、安全意识的提高,聚会已越来越多少了酒的身影。俗语云‘无酒难尽欢’,若将植物饮品添加二氧化碳和植物蛋白起泡剂做成气泡饮品,可在一定程度取代酒水提高宴席氛围,又能保身健体。本发明丰富了平时生活饮料的选择,又可让养生在潜移默化中进行。
发明内容
针对上述陈述,本发明目的是提供一种无醇起泡功能性饮料及其制备方法。为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种无醇起泡功能性饮料,其组分包括:黑枸杞、桑果、优盾草、大枣、金银花、菊糖、维生素C、维生素B1、葡萄柚薄荷、纯净水。各组分重量份数比:黑枸杞汁30份,桑果汁30份,忧遁草提取液20份,大枣汁10份,金银花提取液20份,菊糖20份,维生素C 0.5~1份,维生素B10.2份,葡萄柚薄荷2~5份,水500份。
一种无醇起泡功能性饮料,利用上述质量份的原料进行饮料制备,其具体制备方法如下:
(1)将忧遁草、金银花分别按加入10倍固体含量的纯净水,大火煎煮30分钟后再用文火煎煮2~3小时,温度降至65℃-75℃时,用纱布过滤后得到澄清提取液。
(2)将黑枸杞、桑果、大枣分别按照1:5比例加入纯净水榨汁,用50目滤网过滤后得到纯净原液。
(3)将步骤(1)和(2)所得料液按照上述重量份数比合并,加入水500份,加入菊糖20份进行甜度调节,添加维生素C 0.5~1份、维生素B1 0.2份和葡萄柚薄荷2~5份以增加饮品口感。
(4)将按上述重量比配制的饮料,用巴氏杀菌法和微波灭菌法灭菌,并保留果汁的营养。
(5)将按上述重量比配制的饮料,在无尘无菌环境下,充入二氧化碳或者植物蛋白发泡剂以达到起泡的作用。
本发明选择以黑枸杞、桑果、忧遁草、大枣、金银花为原料,辅以菊糖、维生素,葡萄柚薄荷,再以二氧化碳和植物性蛋白作发泡剂而制成的功能性饮料,视觉上深色透亮,嗅觉上有特有的果香和淡淡的红枣味道,口感上清爽怡人。作用上可以起到降火养脾胃、抗疲劳、降血脂,美容养颜、预防衰老等功效。
具体实施方式
一种无醇起泡功能性饮料,利用上述质量份的原料进行饮料制备,其具体制备方法如下:
(1)将忧遁草、金银花分别按加入10倍固体含量的纯净水,大火煎煮30分钟后再用文火煎煮3小时,温度降至70℃时,用纱布过滤后得到澄清提取液。
(2)将黑枸杞、桑果、大枣分别按照1:5比例加入纯净水榨汁,用50目滤网过滤后得到纯净原液。
(3)将步骤(1)和(2)所得料液按照上述重量份数比合并,加入水500份,加入菊糖20份进行甜度调节,添加维生素C 0.5份、维生素B1 0.2份和葡萄柚薄荷3份以增加饮品口感。
(4)将按上述重量比配制的饮料,用巴氏杀菌法温度控制75℃,保持150s。上述巴氏杀菌法完成后,保持温度在65℃,微波初始功率800W,单次启动40s,间歇25s,反复启动-间歇5次,杀菌完成,并保留果汁的营养。
(5)将按上述重量比配制的饮料,在无尘无菌环境下,充入二氧化碳或植物蛋白发泡剂,以达到起泡的作用。
本发明具有降火养脾胃、抗疲劳、降血脂,美容养颜、预防衰老等功效。

1.一种功能性饮料,其特征在于,包括如下重量份数的原料:黑枸杞汁30份,桑果汁30份,忧遁草提取液20份,大枣汁10份,金银花提取液20份,菊糖20份,维生素C 0. 5~1份,维生素B1 0.2份,葡萄柚薄荷2~5份,水500份。
2.一种功能性饮料,其特征在于,添加的起泡剂为二氧化碳、植物蛋白发泡剂中的一种,达到无醇起泡的作用。
