Abstract

The invention provides a profiling ring rolling forming process of an arc-shaped inner platform annular forging, which comprises the following steps: blanking; heating; preparing a blank; profiling ring rolling; wherein, the blank making steps are as follows: (1) upsetting, drawing and punching the heated blank to obtain a primary blank; (2) carrying out hole expansion on the primary blank; (3) and (4) carrying out inner hole pressing on the primary blank after reaming by adopting a forming tool to obtain the manufactured forging blank. The method has the advantages that the annular forging piece manufactured by the method has reasonable streamline distribution of the body forging piece, and the consumption of raw materials is greatly reduced compared with that of a rectangular ring rolling.

Background
The arc-shaped inner platform annular forging is generally manufactured by adopting a rectangular ring rolling forming process, and then the size of the arc-shaped inner platform is ensured by cutting, and the process has the characteristics of large material consumption, low processing efficiency, unreasonable fiber distribution of the forging and the like.
Therefore, improvement is needed to overcome the defects of the rectangular ring rolling forming process, and a process capable of remarkably reducing material consumption and improving processing efficiency is invented.
