The outlet 20 is connected with a pipeline of the machine body through a flexible joint and communicated with the atmosphere, the pressure sensing port 21 is directly communicated with the cargo hold, and the cargo hold is not communicated with the atmosphere. When the difference between the pressure in the oil tank of the fuselage and the pressure in the cargo compartment is lower than the opening pressure, the flap 11 is in the closed state under the sealing force of the piston spring 4, as shown in fig. 1.
Along with the change of the flying height of the airplane, the pressure in the cargo hold also changes within a certain range, but the piston spring 4 only senses the pressure difference between the oil tank of the airplane body and the cargo hold, when the pressure difference between the oil tank of the airplane body and the cargo hold reaches the pressure for opening the valve 11, the air pressure acts on the membrane 15 and is amplified, so that the membrane 15 is overcome the sealing force of the piston spring 4, the membrane 15 is pushed to drive the piston 16 to move towards the outlet direction, the valve 11 is limited by the self-locking nut 12, the membrane 15 and the piston 16 continue to move, the valve 11 is separated from the valve seat 5 to form a channel, and the air is exhausted to the atmosphere, so that the normal use of the system is ensured, as shown in fig. 2, and a dotted line in fig. 2 is shown as an air flow diagram. Along with the continuous discharge of the gas in the oil tank of the fuselage, the pressure of the gas is gradually reduced, the pressure difference between the pressure in the oil tank of the fuselage and the pressure in the cargo hold is continuously reduced, and the valve is restored to the closed state under the action of the elastic force of the piston spring 4.
The invention has the advantages that:
1. the performance is stable and reliable. In order to ensure the stability and the sealing performance of the pressure regulation of the safety valve, the valve structure adopts a double circle type rubber sealing ring form, the abrasion reduction and vibration resistance effects are realized while the sealing is formed, and the valve moves smoothly. The safety valve is internally provided with a limiting structure, so that the valve can still keep good sealing performance after repeated movement, the stroke is not obviously changed, and the performance of the product is stable and reliable.
2. The voltage regulation control is precise. The rubber cloth clamping membrane is used as a pressure sensing element and can amplify pressure; the pressure is controlled by the piston spring, and the follow-up stroke of the valve is controlled by adjusting the self-locking nut to realize fine adjustment control of the pressure.
3. High flow rate and low flow resistance. The product adopts unique channel design, the internal channel is compact, the flow channel has no turn, the drift diameter change is small, the pressure loss of the internal flow channel is reduced, and the large flow and low flow resistance can be realized.
4. And (4) balance unloading design. The size of the valve sealing position and the size of the piston internal channel are designed to be the same, the wall thickness size of the piston sealing position is reduced, the adverse effect of the double negative pressure of the safety valve in the cargo compartment and the atmosphere on the valve closing under the high-altitude environment is reduced, and the opening and closing of the safety valve are not affected by the double negative pressure of the cargo compartment and the atmosphere.
5. And (5) double sealing. The inlet of the safety valve is in a flange double seal structure, and the outlet of the safety valve is in a flexible joint double seal structure, so that the sealing is more reliable.
6. And (5) antifouling design. A filter screen is arranged at a pressure sensing port where the safety valve is directly communicated with the cargo hold, so that foreign matters can be prevented from entering an inner cavity of a product while pressure is sensed.
