技术领域
本发明涉及环保涂料技术领域,尤其涉及一种外墙用多孔耐侯耐磨隔音涂料的制造方法。
背景技术
现有技术中的隔音涂料,又称吸声涂层,一般是采用生物纤维、矿物纤维等为主要原料结合其他防火剂、防湿、防酶腐剂等,通过专业机械将之与粘胶剂一起喷出,附着于内屋面、墙面,形成2~10mm厚的表观具有多孔隙棉状涂层材料。
但这种涂料有几个很大的缺陷:一是施工设备和施工技术要求高,实施成本大、质量不稳定;二是这种涂层一般是黄绿色、红褐色相间的,色调驳杂且不美观;三是这种涂层表面凹凸不平,且由于涂料本身强度低,不耐磨,易受外力损毁;四是吸音系数较低,只能通过加厚涂层厚度弥补(一般5mm左右),导致墙面结合力差;五是涂料本身是碱性的,施工时易烧伤人的皮肤,且日常使用中不耐酸雨、不耐紫外线,使用受限。
因此,市面上急需一种高耐水、吸音系数高、高耐侯、自成孔、环保无公害、墙面结合力好的外墙用多孔耐侯耐磨隔音涂料制造方法。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种高耐水、吸音系数高、高耐侯、自成孔、环保无公害、墙面结合力好的外墙用多孔耐侯耐磨隔音涂料制造方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:一种外墙用多孔耐侯耐磨隔音涂料的制造方法,包括以下步骤;
1)原料准备
①原材料准备:按重量份准备含根管藻孢子浓度1×106cfu/ml-1×108cfu/ml的足量海水、二氧化硅微粉5份-6份、蒙脱石30-35份、高岭土80份-100份、直径0.1mm-0.5mm的铝丝3份-5份、锆英石粉0.2份-0.3份、金红石粉0.1份-0.2份、2%浓度的聚乙烯醇水溶液20份-25份、硅酸溶胶15份-18份;
②辅料准备:准备足量水;
2)底层涂覆
①将阶段1)步骤①准备的蒙脱石、高岭土混合均匀,并添加全部的聚乙烯醇水溶液,在52℃-55℃下搅拌均匀,获得湿热粘土;
②将步骤①获得的湿热粘土按质量比7:3分离,选取其中占比30%的部分均匀涂覆在外墙墙面上,涂覆厚度0.5mm-1mm,获得底层涂料;
③静置底层涂料1-2天至涂料固结,出现疏孔和裂纹,然后在涂料表面均匀喷涂阶段1)步骤①准备的含根管藻孢子浓度1×106cfu/ml-1×108cfu/ml的海水,至底层涂料含水量升至30%-40%,然后持续喷水保持湿度至底层涂料及裂纹中的墙体表面完全覆盖生长出致密褐色苔,获得待处理底层涂料;
④采用明火烘烤涂料至涂料再次干结、褐色苔炭化,即获得所需底层涂料;
3)表层涂覆
①将阶段1)步骤①准备的铝丝以1cm-5cm的网格间隙平铺在底层涂料表面,获得网格基材;
②将阶段1)步骤①准备的二氧化硅微粉、锆英石粉、金红石粉混合均匀后,与阶段2)步骤②获得的剩余70%湿热粘土再混合并搅拌均匀,获得功能石粉;
③将步骤②获得的功能石粉与阶段1)步骤②准备的适量水调配成湿度30%-35%的糊状物,将糊状物均匀涂抹在步骤①获得的网格基材表面,再在涂层外均匀喷涂阶段1)步骤①准备的硅酸溶胶,获得待处理涂层;
4)涂料成型
①将380V三相动力电源的三相电极分别施加在阶段3)获得的待处理涂层对应墙面的顶部两角和底部中间位置,保持2h-3h,即获得所需外墙用多孔耐侯耐磨隔音涂料。

与现有技术相比较,本发明具有以下优点:(1)本发明的所有成份分别是陶质结构、炭化结构和胶硅,均为无机材料,从本质上来说就耐侯性好且耐酸耐碱耐水,强于现有技术的有机涂料。(2)本发明的整体厚度不超过3mm,加之利用硅藻生长深入墙体后高温炭化获得的炭化纤维增加结合力,墙面结合力好。(3)吸音系数0.5-0.7,吸音性能优异。(4)陶质疏孔结构及内置的炭化纤维、表面微弧氧化的铝丝、填充的硅胶膜共同构建了自结合力好、高耐磨的整体涂层性能。(5)工艺环保、人体无害,即使少量的含有胶水(聚乙烯醇水溶液)也只是初期调料使用,在高温及电热作用下均变性、氧化完毕,无毒性和挥发性。(6)整个墙体是导体,能起到电磁屏蔽的作用,加之材料本质耐水,在湿气较大、雷雨天较多的地区(如广东省)防护性好。因而本发明具有高耐水、吸音系数高、高耐侯、自成孔、环保无公害、墙面结合力好的特性。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
①将蒙脱石320kg和高岭土930kg混合均匀,并添加2%浓度的聚乙烯醇水溶液250kg,加热至52℃-55℃,机械搅拌均匀,获得湿热粘土;
②将450kg湿热粘土以0.5mm-1mm的涂层厚度均匀刷涂在外墙表面,然后在晴天静置固结2天,雨天采用帆布遮挡,至天晴后再晒1天-2天即可,至涂层表面出现疏孔和裂纹;
③在干裂的涂层表面均匀喷洒含根管藻孢子浓度1×106cfu/ml-1×108cfu/ml的海水至涂层平均含水量升至30%-40%,然后以每半小时为间隔继续洒水保持湿度至涂层上长满褐色苔藓状藻类植物;
④采用明火烘烤涂料至涂料再次干结、褐色苔炭化成黑色绒毛样物质,将40kg的直径0.1mm-0.5mm的铝丝4以1cm-5cm的网格间隙平铺在涂料表面;
⑤再将剩余湿热粘土与二氧化硅微粉52kg、锆英石粉2.5kg、金红石粉1.6kg混合均匀,将混合均匀的原料采用水调配成湿度30%-35%的糊状物,均匀涂抹在铺了网格铝丝的涂料表面,再在涂层外均匀喷饱和硅酸溶胶160kg;
⑥将380V三相动力电源的三相电极分别施加在涂覆了涂料的墙面的顶部两角和底部中间位置,保持通电2h-3h,即获得所需隔音涂料。
经过本实施例获得的隔音涂料由三层结构组成,底层为蒙脱石、高岭土按质量比(3-3.5):(8-10)配比后混合网格状炭化纤维在电热脉冲下构成的深入墙体水泥的陶质结构;中层为二氧化硅微粉、锆英石粉、金红石粉、蒙脱石、高岭土按质量比(5-6):(0.2-0.3):(0.1-0.2):(21-24.5):(56-70)混合后经电热脉冲处理获得的类莫来石多孔陶质结构;表层为硅胶膜。
本实施例性能指标:原始抗张强度120N/cm2-140N/cm2,湿度老化试验后变化(-0.2%)-(-0.5%),浸水试验后变化(-0.5%)-(-1.0%),平放后承载50kg标准重量无挤压变形,撕裂强度不低于100N/cm2,耐3%浓度的盐酸、耐矿物油、耐乙醇、耐10%浓度的硫酸,工作温度(-50℃)-300℃下同,无异味、无挥发性气体释放,不可燃,吸音系数0.5-0.7,下同。
实施例2:
整体与实施例1一致,差异之处在于:
原材料配比为:二氧化硅微粉60kg、蒙脱石350kg、高岭土1000kg、直径0.1mm-0.5mm的铝丝50kg、锆英石粉3kg、金红石粉2kg、2%浓度的聚乙烯醇水溶液250kg、硅酸溶胶180kg。
实施例3:
整体与实施例1一致,差异之处在于:
原材料配比为:二氧化硅微粉50kg、蒙脱石300kg、高岭土1000kg、直径0.1mm-0.5mm的铝丝30kg、锆英石粉2kg、金红石粉1kg、2%浓度的聚乙烯醇水溶液200kg、硅酸溶胶150kg。

Claims (2)
1.一种外墙用多孔耐侯耐磨隔音涂料的制造方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤;
1)原料准备
①原材料准备:按重量份准备含根管藻孢子浓度1×106cfu/ml-1×108cfu/ml的足量海水、二氧化硅微粉5份-6份、蒙脱石30-35份、高岭土80份-100份、直径0.1mm-0.5mm的铝丝3份-5份、锆英石粉0.2份-0.3份、金红石粉0.1份-0.2份、2%浓度的聚乙烯醇水溶液20份-25份、饱和硅酸溶胶15份-18份;
②辅料准备:准备足量水;
2)底层涂覆
①将阶段1)步骤①准备的蒙脱石、高岭土混合均匀,并添加全部的聚乙烯醇水溶液,在52℃-55℃下搅拌均匀,获得湿热粘土;
②将步骤①获得的湿热粘土按质量比7:3分离,选取其中占比30%的部分均匀涂覆在外墙墙面上,涂覆厚度0.5mm-1mm,获得底层涂料;
③静置底层涂料1-2天至涂料固结,出现疏孔和裂纹,然后在涂料表面均匀喷涂阶段1)步骤①准备的含根管藻孢子浓度1×106cfu/ml-1×108cfu/ml的海水,至底层涂料含水量升至30%-40%,然后持续喷水保持湿度至底层涂料及裂纹中的墙体表面完全覆盖生长出致密褐色苔,获得待处理底层涂料;
④采用明火烘烤涂料至涂料再次干结、褐色苔炭化,即获得所需底层涂料;
3)表层涂覆
①将阶段1)步骤①准备的铝丝以1cm-5cm的网格间隙平铺在底层涂料表面,获得网格基材;
②将阶段1)步骤①准备的二氧化硅微粉、锆英石粉、金红石粉混合均匀后,与阶段2)步骤②获得的剩余70%湿热粘土再混合并搅拌均匀,获得功能石粉;
③将步骤②获得的功能石粉与阶段1)步骤②准备的适量水调配成湿度30%-35%的糊状物,将糊状物均匀涂抹在步骤①获得的网格基材表面,再在涂层外均匀喷涂阶段1)步骤①准备的硅酸溶胶,获得待处理涂层;
4)涂料成型
①将380V三相动力电源的三相电极分别施加在阶段3)获得的待处理涂层对应墙面的顶部两角和底部中间位置,保持2h-3h,即获得所需外墙用多孔耐侯耐磨隔音涂料。
2.一种外墙用多孔耐侯耐磨隔音涂料,其特征在于:该外墙用多孔耐侯耐磨隔音涂料由三层结构组成,底层为蒙脱石、高岭土按质量比(3-3.5):(8-10)配比后混合网格状炭化纤维在电热脉冲下构成的深入墙体水泥的陶质结构;中层为二氧化硅微粉、锆英石粉、金红石粉、蒙脱石、高岭土按质量比(5-6):(0.2-0.3):(0.1-0.2):(21-24.5):(56-70)混合后经电热脉冲处理获得的类莫来石多孔陶质结构;表层为硅胶膜。
