Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an insecticide in the technical field of pesticides, and particularly relates to an application of patchouli alcohol in an insecticide for controlling noctuidae pests and an insecticide.
Background
Noctuidae is the largest one of lepidopteran insects, contains 2 ten thousand of insects, has many species which can be harmful to crops, and is a very important agricultural pest in the world, wherein noctuidae pests represented by beet armyworm, prodenia litura, cotton bollworm and the like are mostly omnivorous pests, and can cause serious harm to numerous crops such as vegetables, fruit trees, flowers, grain crops and the like. In addition, spodoptera frugiperda which is originated from tropical and subtropical regions in America and invades China in 1 month of 2019 is also a noctuidae pest, and the pest has the characteristics of strong migratory flight capability, wide host range, serious pest and high prevention and control difficulty, and is an important agricultural pest for global early warning of Food and Agricultural Organizations (FAO) of United nations. The invasion of the insect causes serious damage to crops such as corn in China. Unfortunately, however, as a new invasive species, there is currently no spodoptera frugiperda control registration drug in our country.
For a long time, control of noctuidae pests has relied mainly on chemically synthesized pesticides. However, the unreasonable use of a large amount of chemical synthetic pesticides for a long time leads to the remarkable improvement of the drug resistance of pests, and the problems of pesticide residue, food safety, soil environmental pollution and the like are increasingly highlighted. Meanwhile, in order to protect against the attack of pests, plants have generated a series of defense mechanisms in the evolution process, especially the discovery of a large number of plant secondary metabolites. The research results in recent years also fully confirm that the secondary metabolites in the plants have remarkable control effect on pests. Therefore, screening out low-toxicity and high-activity insecticidal active substances from natural plants for development of novel insecticides becomes a hot spot and an important development direction in the research and development field of pesticides at home and abroad, and has wide market development prospect.
Patchouli alcohol is a sesquiterpene compound widely existing in plant volatile oil, has unique and pleasant smell, can make fragrance lasting, is a good fragrance fixative, is one of the mark components in essence and fragrance determined by the French standardization committee, and is widely applied to daily necessities and cosmetics, such as decorative cosmetics, fine fragrances (perfumes), shampoos, bath products, antiperspirants, face creams, fragrance oils and the like. In addition, the existing research finds that the compound has various pharmacological effects of resisting inflammation, easing pain, inhibiting bacteria, resisting viruses and the like.
The search of the prior technical documents shows that no application report of patchouli alcohol in the preparation of pesticides exists at present.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide the application of patchouli alcohol and the pesticide aiming at the defects in the prior art, and the patchouli alcohol is adopted to control noctuidae pests.
The purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
the invention provides an application of patchouli alcohol, namely the patchouli alcohol is used for preparing a pesticide for controlling noctuidae pests.
The invention provides a patchouli alcohol insecticide which comprises the following components in percentage by mass:
0.05% -99% of patchouli alcohol;
1 to 99.95 percent of conventional auxiliary materials.
Preferably, in the patchouli alcohol pesticide, the mass percentage content of patchouli alcohol is 10-99%, and the balance is conventional auxiliary materials.
More preferably, in the patchouli alcohol pesticide, the mass percentage content of patchouli alcohol is 50-99%, and the balance is conventional auxiliary materials.
More preferably, in the patchouli alcohol pesticide, the mass percentage content of patchouli alcohol is 70-95%, and the balance is conventional auxiliary materials.
More preferably, in the patchouli alcohol pesticide, the mass percentage content of patchouli alcohol is 85-95%, and the balance is conventional auxiliary materials.
In the patchouli alcohol pesticide, patchouli alcohol is used as a raw material drug, and conventional auxiliary materials can be one or more of a solubilizer, a synergist, an emulsifier, a penetrant and the like.
Preferably, the solubilizer is one or more of sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate, potassium dodecylbenzene sulfonate, polysorbate, polyethylene glycol, sorbitol polyoxyethylene ether, lignosulfonate, sasangua cake, gleditsia sinensis lam and the like.
Preferably, the emulsifier is span, tween, glycol ester, propylene glycol ester and/or polyethylene glycol type nonionic surfactant and the like.
Preferably, the synergist is tea saponin, polyoxyethylene ether and the like; the penetrant is azone, etc.
Weighing patchouli alcohol according to the proportion, dissolving the patchouli alcohol by using a solvent, selectively adding various auxiliary materials, and preparing the insecticide in various forms according to various processes, such as: powder, missible oil, suspending agent, dry suspending agent, concentrated emulsion, sustained release agent, aqueous emulsion, spray and the like. Wherein, the solvent can be one or more of all organic solvents such as water, ethanol, methanol, acetone, cyclohexanone, petroleum ether, petroleum aromatic hydrocarbon, pure benzene, ethyl acetate, toluene, xylene and the like.
The invention provides an application method of the patchouli alcohol pesticide, which comprises the following specific steps: adding water or acetone into patchouli alcohol pesticide under stirring at normal temperature, diluting to the concentration of 0.5-40 wt% of patchouli alcohol, and spraying.
The patchouli alcohol insecticide provided by the invention not only has insecticidal activity on noctuidae pests, but also has obvious acaricidal activity on phytophagous mites. However, the difference in the action principle of the pesticide on the two kinds of pests can be seen from the death symptoms after poisoning by the two kinds of pests. The larvae of the noctuidae pests treated by the patchouli alcohol insecticide provided by the invention blacken at the contact part of the drug, and then turn black on the whole body, while the spider mites treated by the drug only turn soft on the body. Therefore, the toxicity of the patchouli alcohol pesticide provided by the invention to the noctuidae pests is probably to damage local tissues through epidermal penetration, and the phytophagous mites are probably to have neurotoxicity or respiratory inhibition.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
the patchouli alcohol is used as a raw pesticide, is a natural product, has the characteristics of low toxicity, easy degradation and the like, is a friendly and safe pesticide for human, livestock and ecological environment, and is particularly a noctuidae pest.
In the invention, the patchouli alcohol can be obtained by various methods, such as a chemical synthesis method, a rectification-crystallization method, a transgenic method, direct extraction from plants and the like, wherein the rectification-crystallization method can obtain patchouli alcohol monomers under the condition of not adding any organic solvent, the purity can reach 99%, the yield can reach 50%, and the industrial scale production can be carried out.
The invention discovers that the patchouli alcohol has insecticidal bioactivity for the first time, and prepares the patchouli alcohol into an insecticide for controlling noctuidae pests for the first time.
The invention provides a novel harmonious pesticide which is safe to human and livestock and environment-friendly, and has profound significance for ecological environment protection, human health and comprehensive treatment of diseases.
