Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of tobacco sheets, in particular to a method for preventing the tobacco sheets from being adhered during storage.
Background
The tobacco sheet is one of important raw materials of cigarette products, has great influence on the quality of the cigarette products, and is also a main raw material for heating and non-combusting novel tobacco products.
The problem of adhesion is deposited to sheet among the present tobacco sheet production process is a tobacco sheet and deposits and use the great problem, because tobacco sheet preparation volume is big, generally need deposit 2-3 months, the phenomenon of adhesion can appear in the storage process, the leading cause has two, a tobacco sheet is comparatively level, after the extrusion, area of contact is big, and because tobacco sheet water content is higher, it can the adhesion to place for a long time, the second reason is, tobacco sheet itself contains water, and do not have fine diaphragm between sheet and the sheet, molecular motion leads to the adhesion.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems, the invention provides a method for preventing the tobacco sheets from being adhered during storage, which reduces the contact area of the sheets, increases the pressure-resistant elasticity of the sheets, increases the film-forming property among the tobacco sheets, blocks the molecular motion of the contact surface of the tobacco sheets, and simultaneously can reduce the content of moisture in the tobacco sheets so as to reduce the adhesion.
The technical scheme of the invention is to provide a method for preventing tobacco sheets from being adhered during storage, which comprises the following steps: spraying a protective agent to the tobacco sheets and drying; and shaping the tobacco sheets.
Preferably, the protective agent comprises the following components in parts by weight: 1-3 parts of chitosan, 0.1-1 part of pullulan, 0.1-0.5 part of water-soluble rosin pentaerythritol ester, 1-3 parts of polyethylene glycol and 0.1-0.5 part of polyvinyl alcohol.
Preferably, the shaping mode comprises one or more of embossing roller embossing shaping and corrugation shaping.
Preferably, the drying temperature is 30-40 ℃, and the drying time is 3-5 h.
Preferably, the spraying thickness of the protective agent is 1-3 mm.
Preferably, the contact area of adjacent tobacco sheets after shaping is 50-70% based on 100% of the total area of the individual tobacco sheets.
Preferably, the preparation method of the water-soluble rosin pentaerythritol ester comprises the following steps: performing addition reaction on rosin and maleic anhydride to obtain an intermediate product; and catalytically esterifying the intermediate product and pentaerythritol to obtain the water-soluble rosin pentaerythritol ester.
Preferably, the shape of the corrugated corrugation of the corrugated shape comprises one or more of a U shape, a V shape and a UV shape.
Preferably, the addition reaction temperature is 160-190 ℃, and the reaction time is 2 h.
Preferably, the esterification reaction temperature is 210-250 ℃, and the reaction time is 2-5 h.
The protective agent chitosan used in the scheme is a natural high molecular material chitin derivative, has good film forming property, can form a semipermeable membrane on the surface of a tobacco sheet, has permeability and water resistance, keeps the respiration of the tobacco sheet, has good barrier property to water vapor and water, prevents the migration of water inside and outside the tobacco sheet, blocks the molecular motion of the contact surface of the tobacco sheet, reduces the requirement on the water content in the manufacturing process of the tobacco sheet, is favorable for storing and reducing adhesion, is natural water-soluble neutral glucan, is colorless, tasteless and nontoxic, has good film forming property, has gloss and transparent film, has lower air permeability than other high molecular films, has different molecular weights and different film forming concentration requirements, is mutually cooperated to form a film, enhances the stability of the formed film, and prevents the large flowability of a film forming solution caused by the undersize concentration of a single component, thin film, or thick film solution due to excessive concentration of single component, difficult degassing, easy formation of bubbles on the surface, and uneven film.
Rosin has good film forming property, wide source, no toxicity, transparency and stability, can inhibit water evaporation, reduce respiratory strength and the like, but rosin pentaerythritol ester has higher emulsification process difficulty, not only greatly increases production cost, but also has poor stability of the produced emulsified product and unstable film forming property, so that the method prepares the water-soluble rosin pentaerythritol ester by an esterification method, can form a film without emulsification, can enrich the fragrance of the tobacco sheet, has stronger fragrance, and simultaneously has permeability, water resistance and good barrier property of the film to water vapor and water, prevents the migration of the water inside and outside the tobacco sheet, blocks the molecular motion of the contact surface of the tobacco sheet, reduces the requirement on the water content in the manufacturing process of the tobacco sheet, and is beneficial to storage and reduction of adhesion.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the shape of the tobacco sheets is increased, so that the contact area between the sheets is reduced, the pressure-resistant elasticity of the tobacco sheets is increased, and the problems that the tobacco sheets are flat, the contact area is larger after the tobacco sheets are stored and extruded, and the tobacco sheets are adhered after being placed for a long time are solved;
2. the protective agent has good film forming property, can form a semipermeable membrane on the surface of the tobacco sheet, has permeability and water resistance, keeps the respiration of the tobacco sheet, has good barrier property to water vapor and water, prevents the migration of water inside and outside the tobacco sheet, blocks the molecular motion of the contact surface of the tobacco sheet, reduces the requirement on the water content in the manufacturing process of the tobacco sheet, and is beneficial to storage and reduction of adhesion;
3. the water-soluble rosin pentaerythritol ester is prepared by an esterification method, the film can be formed without emulsification, the fragrance of the tobacco sheet can be enriched, the fragrance is stronger, the synergistic effect of film formation is enhanced, the film is more stable, and the retention time is longer;
4. the characteristics that chitosan and pullulan can form films but have different molecular weights and different requirements on film forming concentration are utilized, the synergistic effect is enhanced, the stability of the formed films is enhanced, and the film forming liquid is prevented from being high in fluidity and thin due to too small concentration of a single component or being viscous due to too large concentration of the single component, not easy to degas, easy to form bubbles on the surfaces and uneven.
