Referring now to FIG. 8, shown is a schematic diagram of an electronic device 600 suitable for use in implementing embodiments of the present application.
As shown in fig. 8, the electronic apparatus 600 includes a Central Processing Unit (CPU)601 that can perform various appropriate works and processes according to a program stored in a Read Only Memory (ROM)602 or a program loaded from a storage section 608 into a Random Access Memory (RAM)) 603. In the RAM603, various programs and data necessary for the operation of the system 600 are also stored. The CPU601, ROM602, and RAM603 are connected to each other via a bus 604. An input/output (I/O) interface 605 is also connected to bus 604.
The following components are connected to the I/O interface 605: an input portion 606 including a keyboard, a mouse, and the like; an output portion 607 including a display such as a Cathode Ray Tube (CRT), a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), and the like, and a speaker; a storage section 608 including a hard disk and the like; and a communication section 609 including a network interface card such as a LAN card, a modem, or the like. The communication section 609 performs communication processing via a network such as the internet. The driver 610 is also connected to the I/O interface 605 as needed. A removable medium 611 such as a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a magneto-optical disk, a semiconductor memory, or the like is mounted on the drive 610 as necessary, so that a computer program read out therefrom is mounted as necessary on the storage section 608.
For example, embodiments of the present invention include computer readable storage media having stored thereon a computer program that, when executed by a processor, performs the steps of:
obtaining a shareholder authentication request, wherein the shareholder authentication request comprises: shareholder identification card information;
identifying the shareholder according to the shareholder identification card information and shareholder information in the enterprise business information;
sending a dynamic code to the shareholder who successfully identifies;
acquiring a video of the dynamic code read by the shareholder successfully identified;
performing living body detection, stockholder face recognition and voice recognition according to the video to authenticate the stockholder identity;
and acquiring the handwritten signatures and the electronic contract of all shareholders who pass identity authentication in the online shareholders' congress to obtain the actual information of the enterprise controller according to the handwritten signatures and the electronic contract.
As can be seen from the above description, the computer-readable storage medium provided in the embodiment of the present invention may be used to implement an online shareholder meeting of an enterprise actual controller, and when authenticating the identity of the shareholder, the technologies of living body detection, shareholder face recognition and voice recognition are comprehensively used, so that the identity of the shareholder can be accurately authenticated, the problems of counterfeiting the shareholder by using pictures, imposition or falsification by using previously recorded videos are prevented, and by obtaining handwritten signatures and electronic contracts of all shareholders passing the identity authentication of the online shareholder meeting, the information of the enterprise actual controller is obtained according to the handwritten signatures and the electronic contracts, so that a decision about changing the enterprise actual controller can be completed on the whole line, the decision contract is filed in a financial institution, and the financial institution can obtain the actual controller of the enterprise in real time, so that the authenticity of the actual controller does not need to be separately proved to the financial institution when applying for loan on the small enterprise on the line.
In such an embodiment, the computer program may be downloaded and installed from a network through the communication section 609, and/or installed from the removable medium 611.
Computer-readable media, including both non-transitory and non-transitory, removable and non-removable media, may implement information storage by any method or technology. The information may be computer readable instructions, data structures, modules of a program, or other data. Examples of computer storage media include, but are not limited to, phase change memory (PRAM), Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM), other types of Random Access Memory (RAM), Read Only Memory (ROM), Electrically Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory (EEPROM), flash memory or other memory technology, compact disc read only memory (CD-ROM), Digital Versatile Discs (DVD) or other optical storage, magnetic cassettes, magnetic tape magnetic disk storage or other magnetic storage devices, or any other non-transmission medium that can be used to store information that can be accessed by a computing device. As defined herein, a computer readable medium does not include a transitory computer readable medium such as a modulated data signal and a carrier wave.
For convenience of description, the above devices are described as being functionally separated into various units, it is understood that the functions of the units may be implemented in the same or more software and/or hardware when implementing the present application.
It is to be understood that each flow and/or block in the flow diagrams and/or block diagrams, and combinations of flows and/or blocks in the flow diagrams and/or block diagrams, can be implemented by computer program instructions which can be provided to a processor of a general purpose computer, special purpose computer, embedded processor, or other programmable data processing apparatus to produce a machine, such that the instructions, which execute via the processor of the computer or other programmable data processing apparatus, create means for implementing the functions specified in the flow diagram flow or flows and/or block diagram block or blocks.
These computer program instructions may also be stored in a computer-readable memory that can direct a computer or other programmable data processing apparatus to function in a particular manner, such that the instructions stored in the computer-readable memory produce an article of manufacture including instruction means which implement the function specified in the flowchart flow or flows and/or block diagram block or blocks.
These computer program instructions may also be loaded onto a computer or other programmable data processing apparatus to cause a series of operational steps to be performed on the computer or other programmable apparatus to produce a computer implemented process such that the instructions which execute on the computer or other programmable apparatus provide steps for implementing the functions specified in the flowchart flow or flows and/or block diagram block or blocks.
It should also be noted that the terms "comprises," "comprising," or any other variation thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises the series of elements does not include only those elements but may include other elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus.
Moreover, the present application may take the form of a computer program product embodied on or more computer-usable storage media (including but not limited to disk storage, CD-ROM, optical storage, etc.) having computer-usable program code embodied therein.
The present application may be described in the general context of computer-executable instructions, such as program modules, being executed by a computer , generally including routines, programs, objects, components, data structures, etc., that perform particular tasks or implement particular abstract data types.
The embodiments in the present specification are described in a progressive manner, and the same and similar parts among the embodiments are referred to each other, and each embodiment focuses on the differences from the other embodiments. In particular, for the system embodiment, since it is substantially similar to the method embodiment, the description is simple, and for the relevant points, reference may be made to the partial description of the method embodiment.
The above description is only an example of the present application and is not intended to limit the present application. Various modifications and changes may occur to those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, improvement, etc. made within the spirit and principle of the present application should be included in the scope of the claims of the present application.
Claims (10)
1, A method for implementing an online stockholder conference that alters an actual controller of an enterprise, comprising:
obtaining a shareholder authentication request, wherein the shareholder authentication request comprises: shareholder identification card information;
identifying the shareholder according to the shareholder identification card information and shareholder information in the enterprise business information;
sending a dynamic code to the shareholder who successfully identifies;
acquiring a video of the dynamic code read by the shareholder successfully identified;
performing living body detection, stockholder face recognition and voice recognition according to the video to authenticate the stockholder identity;
and acquiring the handwritten signatures and the electronic contract of all shareholders who pass identity authentication in the online shareholders' congress to obtain the actual information of the enterprise controller according to the handwritten signatures and the electronic contract.
2. The method for realizing the online shareholder meeting of the actual control people of the enterprise according to claim 1, wherein the performing living body detection, shareholder face recognition and voice recognition to authenticate the identity of the shareholder according to the video comprises:
performing living body detection on the person in the video;
performing shareholder face recognition on the images in the video;
performing voice recognition on the audio in the video;
and when the living body detection is passed, the shareholder face recognition is passed, and the voice recognition is passed, the shareholder identity authentication is successful.
3. The method for implementing online shareholder meeting of changing actual control people of an enterprise according to claim 2, wherein the shareholder face recognition of the image in the video comprises:
marking the face in the image in the video by adopting an image recognition algorithm;
matching the marked human face with the photo in the information of the shareholder identity card;
and if the matching is successful, the shareholder face recognition is successful.
4. The method for implementing the online stockholder's guild of the actual controller of the enterprise of claim 2, wherein the voice recognizing the audio in the video comprises:
recognizing dynamic codes read by shareholders in the video by adopting a voice recognition technology;
matching the dynamic code read aloud by the shareholder with the dynamic code sent to the shareholder;
and if the matching is successful, the voice recognition is successful.
5. The method for enabling changing an online shareholder's guild of an actual controller of an enterprise of claim 1, further comprising:
acquiring a request for initiating an online great shareholder meeting, wherein the online great shareholder meeting initiating instruction comprises the following steps: enterprise information and sponsor information;
acquiring corresponding enterprise business information according to the enterprise information, wherein the enterprise business information comprises: shareholder information;
verifying whether the initiator information meets the requirement of initiating qualification or not according to the initiator information and the shareholder information;
and if so, sending a conference notice to the shareholder according to the shareholder information.
6. The method for implementing the online shareholder meeting of the actual controller of the enterprise of claim 5, wherein the verifying whether the originator information meets the origination qualification requirements according to the originator information and the shareholder information comprises:
judging whether the holding ratio of the initiator is less than or equal to th preset value;
if not, judging whether the number of shareholders is larger than a second preset value or not;
if the number of the shareholders is not more than a second preset value, judging whether the shareholders of the legal person exist in the shareholders or not;
if no legal shareholder exists in the shareholders, the requirement of initiating qualification is met;
and if the holding ratio of the initiator is less than or equal to the th preset value, or the number of the shareholders is greater than the second preset value, or the shareholders of the legal system are present in the shareholders, the requirement of the initiation qualification is not met.
7. The method for enabling changing an online shareholder's guild of an actual controller of an enterprise of claim 1, further comprising:
acquiring user registration information, wherein the user registration information comprises: a user account and user identity information;
performing real-name authentication on the user according to the user identity information;
acquiring enterprise information to be added by a user with successful real-name authentication;
acquiring corresponding enterprise business information according to the enterprise information to be added by the user;
verifying the enterprise information to be added by the user according to the enterprise business information;
and associating the enterprise information to be added by the user, which passes the verification, with the user account to complete user registration.
8, A device for changing the online shareholder's guild of the actual controller of an enterprise, comprising:
the shareholder identity authentication request obtaining module is used for obtaining a shareholder identity authentication request, and the shareholder identity authentication request comprises: shareholder identification card information;
the shareholder identification module is used for identifying the shareholder according to the shareholder identification card information and the shareholder information in the enterprise business information;
the dynamic code sending module is used for sending a dynamic code to the shareholder who successfully identifies;
the video acquisition module is used for acquiring the video of the dynamic code read by the shareholder who successfully identifies;
the shareholder identity authentication module is used for performing living body detection, shareholder face recognition and voice recognition according to the video so as to authenticate the identity of the shareholder;
and the stockholder conference result registration module acquires the handwritten signatures and the electronic contracts of all the stockholders passing the identity authentication of the online stockholder conference, so as to obtain the actual controller information of the enterprise according to the handwritten signatures and the electronic contracts.
An electronic device of the kind 9, , comprising a memory, a processor, and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor when executing the program performs the steps of the method of any of claims 1-7 through for implementing a method of altering an online shareholder's congress of an actual controller of an enterprise.
10, computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program, characterized in that the computer program, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method for changing the online shareholder's congress of an actual controller of an enterprise of any of claims 1 to 7 to .
