Background
In a print shop, the billing operation is often performed by billing software, some of which also carry a self-starting program.
However, if the user closes the printing billing software by technical means, and issues a printing instruction within a time period during which the printing billing software is restarted, the printing of the relevant printing task may be completed without paying, which causes a "missed charge" phenomenon and a loss to a print shop. Because the manager in the printing shop cannot know the generation of the 'fee leakage' phenomenon, the manager cannot take treatment measures to treat the 'fee leakage' phenomenon in time.
Therefore, the prior art has defects and needs to be improved urgently.
