Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present application, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar function throughout. The embodiments described below with reference to the drawings are illustrative and intended to be illustrative of the present invention and should not be construed as limiting the present application.
The following describes a humidification control method and device for a household appliance and the household appliance according to an embodiment of the present application with reference to the accompanying drawings.
It should be noted that the household appliance in the embodiment of the present application is provided with a fresh air device and a humidifying device. The humidifying device comprises a water containing assembly, a wet film assembly, a heating assembly and a humidifying fan; the water containing assembly is used for containing water required by humidification; the wet film assembly is used for absorbing the moisture in the water containing assembly to humidify the gas; the heating assembly is used for heating the gas flowing through the humidifying device; the humidifying fan is used for driving the gas in the humidifying device to flow, so that the gas can rapidly pass through the wet film assembly and is humidified by the wet film assembly. When the fresh air device and the humidifying device are opened simultaneously, fresh air flowing into the room flows through the humidifying device and is humidified by the humidifying device, and then the humidity of the fresh air entering the room is increased.
Optionally, the heating assembly in the humidifying device may also be used to heat the water in the water containing assembly. At the moment, under the heating action of the heating assembly, water in the water containing assembly can form steam with higher temperature and is mixed with air entering the humidifying device through the fresh air device, and therefore the temperature of the air entering the room through the fresh air device is improved.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a humidification control method for a home appliance in an embodiment disclosed in the present application. As shown in fig. 1, the humidification control method for a household appliance according to the embodiment of the present application specifically includes the following steps:
s101, controlling a fresh air device and a humidifying device in the household appliance to be in working states.
Generally, when a user of the household appliance needs to change the operating mode of the household appliance, a control instruction is issued to the household appliance, for example, the control instruction may be issued by using a remote controller, or the control instruction may be issued by using voice. Therefore, when the fresh air device and the humidifying device are started while the air is sent by a user, the fresh air device and the humidifying device are controlled to be started so as to be in a working state.
S102, acquiring the current outdoor temperature.
Generally, the current outdoor temperature can be acquired by detecting the outdoor temperature using a temperature sensor installed outdoors.
S103, adjusting the heating power of a heating assembly in the humidifying device according to the current temperature so as to control the temperature of the air entering the room through the fresh air device.
Specifically, the outdoor current temperature is obtained, the heating power of the heating assembly in the humidification device can be adjusted to avoid the too low temperature of the air entering the room through the fresh air device, so that the temperature of the air entering the room through the fresh air device is controlled under the action of the heating assembly, and the discomfort caused by the large temperature difference between the temperature of the air entering the room through the fresh air device and the indoor current temperature is avoided.
As a possible implementation manner, adjusting the heating power of the heating component in the humidifying device according to the current temperature includes the following steps:
s201, recognizing that the current temperature is smaller than or equal to a preset temperature threshold value, and increasing the heating power of the heating assembly.
Specifically, if it is recognized that the current temperature is less than or equal to the preset temperature threshold, it indicates that the outdoor temperature is low, that is, the temperature of the air entering the humidifying device from the fresh air device is low, and if the temperature of the air is not raised, the temperature difference between the temperature of the air entering the room and the current indoor temperature is large, thereby causing discomfort to the user. Therefore, when it is recognized that the current temperature is less than or equal to the preset temperature threshold, the heating power of the heating assembly is increased to raise the temperature of the air entering the room by the heating assembly.
S202, recognizing that the current temperature is larger than a preset temperature threshold value, and reducing the heating power of the heating assembly.
Specifically, if it is recognized that the current temperature is greater than the preset temperature threshold, it indicates that the outdoor temperature is higher, that is, the temperature of the air entering the humidifying device from the fresh air device is higher, and when the temperature of the air is not raised, the temperature difference between the temperature of the air entering the room and the current indoor temperature is smaller, that is, the user does not feel uncomfortable. Therefore, when the current temperature is identified to be greater than the preset temperature threshold value, the heating power of the heating assembly is reduced to save energy.
As another possible implementation manner, adjusting the heating power of the heating assembly in the humidifying device according to the current temperature includes the following steps:
s301, acquiring the current indoor humidity.
Generally, the current humidity in the room can be acquired by detecting the humidity in the room using a humidity sensor provided in the room.
S302, adjusting the heating power of the heating assembly and the operation rotating speed of a humidifying fan in the humidifying device according to the current temperature and the current humidity.
Specifically, indoor temperature and humidity are all important parameters for evaluating the indoor environment, and therefore, in order to enable the indoor environment to be in a good state, in this embodiment, after indoor current humidity is determined, the heating power of the heating assembly and the operation rotating speed of the humidifying fan in the humidifying device can be adjusted according to the current temperature and the current humidity.
Optionally, in order to improve the adjustment efficiency, after the target power of the heating power and the target rotational speed of the humidification fan are determined, the heating power of the heating assembly and the operating rotational speed of the humidification fan may be adjusted, as shown in fig. 4, the method includes the following steps:
s401, determining the target power of the heating assembly and the target rotating speed of the humidifying fan according to the current temperature and the current humidity.
Specifically, the mapping relationship among the preset current temperature, the preset current humidity, the preset target power and the preset target rotating speed can be queried according to the outdoor current temperature and the indoor current humidity, so as to determine the target power of the heating assembly and the target rotating speed of the humidification fan. For example, the preset mapping relationship among the current temperature, the current humidity, the target power and the target rotation speed is as follows: when the current temperature is A, the current humidity is B, the target power is C, and the target rotating speed is D, the target power can be determined to be C and the target rotating speed is D when the current temperature is A and the current humidity is B.
S402, adjusting the heating power of the heating assembly to a target power, and adjusting the operation rotating speed of the humidifying fan to a target rotating speed.
Specifically, after the target power and the target rotating speed are determined, the heating power of the heating assembly can be adjusted to the target power, and the operating rotating speed of the humidifying fan is adjusted to the target rotating speed. Heating element can be according to the heating power operation with current temperature and current humidity assorted like this, and simultaneously, the humidification fan also can be according to the operation rotational speed operation with current temperature and current humidity assorted, has avoided having promoted the adjustment efficiency because of the time waste that can't confirm suitable operating parameter and lead to.
In some embodiments, when determining the target power of the heating assembly and the target rotation speed of the humidification fan according to the current temperature and the current humidity, in order to improve the control accuracy, the target power and the target rotation speed may be further determined according to the respective section ranges of the current temperature and the current humidity. As shown in fig. 5, the method comprises the following steps:
s501, judging the current temperature and the preset temperature threshold value.
Specifically, the current outdoor temperature is compared with a preset temperature threshold. If the current temperature is less than or equal to the preset temperature threshold, it indicates that the outdoor temperature is low, then step S502 is executed; if the current temperature is greater than the preset temperature threshold, it indicates that the outdoor temperature is high, and step S505 is executed.
And S502, judging the sizes of the current humidity and a preset humidity threshold value.
Specifically, the current humidity in the room is compared to a preset humidity threshold. If the current humidity is less than or equal to the preset humidity threshold, it indicates that the indoor humidity is low, then step S503 is executed; if the current humidity is greater than the preset humidity threshold, it indicates that the indoor humidity is high, step S504 is performed.
S503, determining the target power as the first power, and determining the target rotating speed as the first rotating speed.
Specifically, the outdoor temperature is low and the indoor humidity is low, so that in order to raise the temperature of the air entering the room and quickly raise the indoor humidity, it is necessary to control the heating assembly to operate at a higher power and the humidification fan to operate at a higher rotation speed. Therefore, in this embodiment, the target power may be determined as the first power, and the target rotation speed may be the first rotation speed; in this embodiment, the first power is greater than or equal to the second power, and the second power is greater than the third power; the first rotation speed is greater than the second rotation speed, and the second rotation speed is greater than or equal to the third rotation speed.
S504, determining that the target power is the first power, and the target rotating speed is the second rotating speed.
Specifically, the outdoor temperature is low and the indoor humidity reaches a relatively suitable humidity, so that in order to further increase the temperature of the air entering the indoor and reduce the increasing efficiency of the indoor humidity, it is necessary to further control the heating assembly to operate at a higher power and the humidifying fan to operate at a lower rotation speed. Therefore, in this embodiment, the target power may be determined as the first power, and the target rotation speed may be the second rotation speed; wherein the first rotational speed is greater than the second rotational speed.
And S505, judging the sizes of the current humidity and the preset humidity threshold.
Specifically, the current humidity in the room is compared to a preset humidity threshold. If the current humidity is less than or equal to the preset humidity threshold, it indicates that the indoor humidity is low, then step S506 is executed; if the current humidity is greater than the preset humidity threshold, it indicates that the indoor humidity is high, then step S507 is executed.
And S506, determining the target power as the second power, and determining the target rotating speed as the third rotating speed.
Specifically, the outdoor temperature does not have a great influence on the indoor temperature, and the indoor humidity is relatively low, so that it is necessary to control the heating assembly to operate at higher/lower power and the humidification fan to operate at higher rotation speed in order to maintain or reduce the efficiency of increasing the temperature of the air introduced into the indoor and to increase the efficiency of increasing the indoor humidity. However, considering that the humidifying fan will generate a certain noise when operating at a higher rotation speed, and further affect the rest of the user, in order to avoid the noise generated by the humidifying fan, in this embodiment, the heating component is selected to raise the indoor humidity, for example, the heating component is controlled to operate at a higher/lower power, and the humidifying fan is controlled to operate at a lower rotation speed. Alternatively, the target rate may be determined to be the second power, and the target rotation speed may be a third rotation speed; the first power is larger than or equal to the second power, and the second rotating speed is larger than or equal to the third rotating speed.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, since the water in the water containing assembly gradually evaporates under the action of the heating assembly, the humidity of the air in the humidifying device is increased, and further, the humidity of the air entering the room from the humidifying device is increased, that is, the humidity of the room is increased. Therefore, in the process of controlling the humidifying fan to operate at a lower rotation speed, the heating assembly can be controlled to operate at a higher/lower power to improve the humidifying efficiency of the humidity in the room.
And S507, determining the target power as the third power, wherein the target rotating speed is the third rotating speed.
Specifically, at this time, the outdoor temperature does not have a great influence on the indoor temperature, and the indoor humidity reaches a relatively suitable humidity, so that the heating assembly may be controlled to operate at a lower power in order to save energy, and the humidifying fan may be controlled to operate at a lower rotation speed in order to maintain the indoor humidity within a stable range. Therefore, in this embodiment, the target rate may be determined as the third power, and the target rotation speed may be the third rotation speed; the second power is larger than the third power, and the second rotating speed is larger than or equal to the third rotating speed.
Further, in the operation process of the humidifying device, a user often sets a target humidity, and in order to improve the control accuracy, the target humidity can be used as one of the reference quantities when determining the heating power of the heating assembly and the operation rotating speed of the humidifying fan. Specifically, as shown in fig. 6, the method includes the following steps:
s601, acquiring the target humidity of the humidifying device.
Generally, the target humidity of the humidifying device may be determined according to a humidity set in advance by a user. For example, when the humidifier is operating, if the user sets the humidity to a, the target humidity is a.
Alternatively, when the user does not set the humidity, the target humidity may be determined according to the temperature in the room. As shown in fig. 7, the method comprises the following steps:
s701, acquiring the current indoor temperature.
Generally, the current temperature in the room can be acquired by detecting the temperature in the room using a temperature sensor provided in the room.
S702, determining the target humidity according to the current temperature.
Specifically, the current indoor temperature is obtained, and then a preset mapping relationship chart between the temperature and the humidity may be queried to determine the humidity at the current temperature, that is, the target humidity. For example, if the humidity corresponding to the temperature a is B and the humidity corresponding to the temperature C is D, the target humidity is D when the current temperature is C.
S602, detecting and determining that the current temperature is greater than a preset temperature threshold value and the current humidity is greater than or equal to the target humidity, turning off the heating assembly, and maintaining the humidifying fan to operate at a third rotating speed.
Specifically, if the current temperature is greater than the preset temperature threshold, it indicates that the outdoor temperature does not have a large influence on the indoor temperature at this time; and when the current humidity is greater than or equal to the target humidity, the current humidity indicates that the indoor humidity meets the humidity requirement of the user, so that the heating assembly can be controlled to be turned off at the moment to save energy, and in order to maintain the indoor humidity within a stable range, the humidifying fan can be controlled to continue to operate at the third rotating speed or operate at a rotating speed less than the third rotating speed.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the target humidity is greater than the preset humidity threshold, where the preset humidity threshold is a pre-experimentally determined value, which is a critical value of human body comfort humidity, that is, when the indoor humidity is lower than the preset humidity threshold, the user can feel that the room is very dry, and when the indoor humidity is higher than the preset humidity threshold, the user cannot feel that the room is very dry.

And S805, controlling the heating assembly to operate at a high power, controlling the humidifying fan to operate at a high rotating speed, and returning to continue to execute the step S802.
And S806, controlling the heating component to operate at a high power, controlling the humidifying fan to operate at a low rotating speed, and returning to continue to execute the step S802.
S807, the indoor humidity and the preset humidity threshold value are judged. If the indoor humidity is less than or equal to the preset humidity threshold, executing step S808; otherwise, step S809 is executed.
And S808, controlling the heating component to operate at a higher power, controlling the humidifying fan to operate at a lower rotating speed, and returning to continue to execute the step S802.
And S809, acquiring the target humidity.
And S810, judging the indoor humidity and the target humidity. If the indoor humidity is less than the target humidity, performing step S811; otherwise, step S812 is executed.
And S811, controlling the heating component to operate at lower power, controlling the humidifying fan to operate at lower rotating speed, and returning to continue to execute the step S802.
And S812, controlling the heating assembly to be closed, operating the humidifying fan at a low rotating speed, and returning to continue to execute the step S802.
