本发明涉及一种大过滤新风机,在机箱的顶板及机箱门的顶部制有新风排风口,在机箱的底板制有回风进风口,在机箱的后背板制有回风排风口,回风排风口在机箱内连接回风风机,回风风机通过隔板支撑安装在机箱的中部,在回风风机的下方并排安装热交换芯体及初效过滤器,初效过滤器正对新风进风口,在回风风机的上方通过隔板支撑安装高效过滤器、新风风机,高效过滤器靠近机箱门且与机箱门平行间隔、新风风机靠近机箱后背板,在机箱底部对应室内进风口安装传感器组,在机箱门上安装有显示屏。本新风机风路设计科学、合理。过滤器面积大、风阻小,风流动更顺畅。

技术领域
本发明属于空气净化领域,涉及新风机,尤其是一种大过滤新风机。
背景技术
CN208398327U、CN206989365U均是本申请人早期申请的专利,这两款新风机与本申请相同,均是壁挂机,但风路设计不同,上述两款新风机过滤器面积设计比较小,风阻较大。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足之处,提供一种过滤面积大、风阻小的新风机。
本发明解决技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种大过滤新风机,包括机箱、新风风机、回风风机、过滤器、热交换芯体,在机箱的后背板下部制有新风进风口,在机箱的顶板及机箱门的顶部制有新风排风口,在机箱的底板制有回风进风口,在机箱的后背板制有回风排风口,回风排风口在机箱内连接回风风机,回风风机通过隔板支撑安装在机箱的中部,在回风风机的下方并排安装热交换芯体及初效过滤器,初效过滤器正对新风进风口,在回风风机的上方通过隔板支撑安装高效过滤器、新风风机,高效过滤器靠近机箱门且与机箱门平行间隔、新风风机靠近机箱后背板,在高效过滤器与新风风机的上方固装一上隔板,上隔板对应新风风机的出风口制有通风孔,上隔板与机箱顶板平行间隔,在上隔板上安装电辅热,在机箱底部对应室内进风口安装传感器组,在机箱门上安装有显示屏。
而且,所述的传感器组包括PM2.5传感器,CO2传感器,TVOC传感器。
而且,机箱顶板的新风排风口为均匀设置的条形孔,机箱门上的新风排风口为圆形百叶风口。
本发明的优点和积极效果是:
本新风机风路设计科学、合理。过滤器面积大、风阻小,风流动更顺畅。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图并通过具体实施例对本发明作进一步详述,以下实施例只是描述性的,不是限定性的,不能以此限定本发明的保护范围。
一种大过滤新风机,包括机箱2、新风风机13、回风风机14、过滤器、热交换芯体12,在机箱的后背板下部制有新风进风口8,在机箱的顶板及机箱门4的顶部制有新风排风口1,在机箱的底板制有回风进风口6,在机箱的后背板制有回风排风口7。回风排风口在机箱内连接回风风机,回风风机通过隔板支撑安装在机箱的中部,在回风风机的下方安装热交换芯体及初效过滤器15,初效过滤器正对新风进风口,在回风风机的上方通过隔板支撑安装高效过滤器11、新风风机,高效过滤器靠近机箱门且与机箱门平行间隔、新风风机靠近机箱后背板,在高效过滤器与新风风机的上方固装一上隔板10,上隔板对应新风风机的出风口制有通风孔,上隔板与机箱顶板平行间隔,在上隔板上安装电辅热9。
在机箱底部对应室内进风口安装传感器组5,包括PM2.5传感器,CO2传感器,TVOC传感器。
在机箱门上安装有液晶显示屏3,液晶显示屏连接控制器。
新风走向:新风依次经过新风进风口、初效过滤器、热交换芯体、高效过滤器、新风风机、从新风排风口排到室内。
回风走向:回风依次经过回风进风口、热交换芯体、回风风机,从回风排风口排到室外。

1.一种大过滤新风机,包括机箱、新风风机、回风风机、过滤器、热交换芯体,其特征在于:在机箱的后背板下部制有新风进风口,在机箱的顶板及机箱门的顶部制有新风排风口,在机箱的底板制有回风进风口,在机箱的后背板制有回风排风口,回风排风口在机箱内连接回风风机,回风风机通过隔板支撑安装在机箱的中部,在回风风机的下方并排安装热交换芯体及初效过滤器,初效过滤器正对新风进风口,在回风风机的上方通过隔板支撑安装高效过滤器、新风风机,高效过滤器靠近机箱门且与机箱门平行间隔、新风风机靠近机箱后背板,在高效过滤器与新风风机的上方固装一上隔板,上隔板对应新风风机的出风口制有通风孔,上隔板与机箱顶板平行间隔,在上隔板上安装电辅热,在机箱底部对应室内进风口安装传感器组,在机箱门上安装有显示屏。
2.根据权利要求1所述的大过滤新风机,其特征在于:所述的传感器组包括PM2.5传感器,CO2传感器,TVOC传感器。
3.根据权利要求1所述的大过滤新风机,其特征在于:机箱顶板的新风排风口为均匀设置的条形孔,机箱门上的新风排风口为圆形百叶风口。
