Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of medical equipment, in particular to a device and a method for synthesizing and displaying a mammary gland X-ray image and an ultrasonic image.
Background
At present, in the diagnosis of breast diseases, a breast X-ray machine and ultrasonic examination are most effectively applied, and the sensitivity and specificity of the breast X-ray examination can be improved by utilizing ultrasonic imaging. The mammary gland X-ray tomosynthesis imaging system obtains images of a pressed and fixed mammary gland at different angles through multi-angle exposure, and then reconstructs the images into a series of high-resolution tomographic images. The reconstructed X-ray tomosynthesis image eliminates the problems of tissue overlapping and structural noise in two-dimensional mammography imaging, and is beneficial to improving the diagnosis accuracy of breast diseases and the positioning accuracy of operations.
The breast ultrasonic examination has the advantages of evaluating the local microstructure of the breast, performing multi-angle exploration on the breast, the armpit, the upper and lower areas of the clavicle and other parts with the possibility of breast cancer recurrence and metastasis, displaying the microstructure of the focus and the relation between the focus and surrounding tissues, and accurately diagnosing the nature of the focus by analyzing the blood supply characteristics of the focus.
In X-ray tomosynthesis, it is necessary to compress the breast tissue to the image receptor as much as possible, and the ultrasound examination can be realized by the special design of the compression plate, and the multi-modal image display function is provided by combining the functional imaging image using ultrasound with the two-dimensional and three-dimensional X-ray image of the low-dose breast.
The existing mammary gland X-ray machine does not adopt a multi-mode fusion technology of mammary gland two-dimensional and three-dimensional tomosynthesis images and mammary gland ultrasound generally, and the positioning display of the mammary gland focus lacks the positioning accuracy. In order to improve the multi-modal information display of breast diseases, a system and method suitable for digital breast image and ultrasound synthesis display is urgently needed.
