Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of paper diapers, in particular to a plant chip for the paper diapers and a preparation method of the paper diapers.
Background
Diaper rash, commonly known as red buttocks (i.e. red buttocks, pediatric name), is a common skin disease in infants, and the symptom of localized flaky erythema or blisters occurring at the diaper encapsulation of an infant, occurring at the diaper dressing of the infant, is an inflammatory lesion of the skin. The skin inflammation is common to the newborn infants, is mostly caused by blood heat of the infants, delicate skin and flesh, long-time wet soaking of diapers and cross-steaming of damp and hot air to cause skin annihilation of nojiri, is commonly seen in the infants, and can protect infant plants by dripping.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems in the background art, the invention provides the plant chip for the paper diaper and the preparation method of the paper diaper, and the plant chip has better effects of preventing and treating red buttocks of infants.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: a plant chip for paper diapers is characterized by comprising the following medicinal materials in parts by weight, 5-10 parts of lithospermum; 10-20 parts of honeysuckle; 5-10 parts of aloe vera; 5-10 parts of chamomile; 10-20 parts of orange peel; 5-10 parts of wild chrysanthemum.
Further, the plant chip for the paper diaper comprises the following medicinal materials in parts by weight: 5 parts of lithospermum; 10 parts of honeysuckle; 5 parts of aloe vera; 5 parts of chamomile; 10 parts of citrus peel; and 5 parts of wild chrysanthemum.
Further, the plant chip for the paper diaper consists of the following medicinal materials in parts by weight, 10 parts of lithospermum; 20 parts of honeysuckle; 10 parts of aloe vera; 10 parts of chamomile; 20 parts of citrus peel; 10 parts of wild chrysanthemum flower.
Further, the plant chip for the paper diaper consists of the following medicinal materials in parts by weight, and 7 parts of lithospermum; 15 parts of honeysuckle; 7 parts of aloe vera; 7 parts of chamomile; 15 parts of citrus peel; and 7 parts of wild chrysanthemum flower.
Also provides a method for preparing the paper diaper by applying the plant chip.
A preparation method of a paper diaper containing a plant chip comprises the following steps of sequentially arranging a PE microporous breathable bottom die, a high-molecular water-absorbing resin layer and a non-woven fabric layer from bottom to top;
a) cleaning the plant chip, adding water with the weight 20-30 times that of the plant chip, and soaking for 40-60 minutes;
b) decocting the medicinal materials together with water for 40-60 minutes, and then carrying out residue-liquid separation;
c) softening and compressing the plant slag in the step b at the ambient temperature of 20-30 ℃;
d) fully soaking the non-woven fabric in the liquid medicine, and then taking out and drying to obtain a traditional Chinese medicine surface layer;
e) sewing a plant anther sac on the lower layer of the non-woven fabric treated in the practical step, filling the plant dregs treated in the step c into the anther sac, and sealing the anther sac;
f) and pressing the PE microporous breathable bottom die, the high-molecular water-absorbent resin layer and the non-woven fabric layer into the paper diaper.
The medicinal materials used by the plant chip are as follows:
alkannin is used as the main component; the main effects of promoting blood circulation and removing toxicity, promoting eruption and removing speckles, and is used for treating exuberant blood heat and toxicity and purple and black macula;
honeysuckle, alias honeysuckle flower, honeysuckle flower; the main component is volatile oil and chlorogenic acid; the main effects of clearing away heat and toxic materials, treating erysipelas, warming the pathogenic heat, resisting microorganisms and resisting inflammation;
aloe vera, alias, helioblue; the main components are aloic acid, aloe-emodin and aloin; the main effects of sterilizing and resisting inflammation, promoting wound healing and moistening skin;
chamomile, alias, roman chamomile, german chamomile; the main components are linoleic acid and organic malic acid; the main effects of resisting inflammation, relieving skin itch, healing wounds, calming nerves and relieving pain;
orange evergreen small trees or shrubs are cultivated on the coasts or plains of hills, low mountainous areas, rivers and lakes. Distributed in regions of south of Yangtze river, and when the fruit is ripe, the fruit is picked, and the peel is peeled off, dried in shade or dried by ventilation. When peeled off, the dried orange peel is cut into 3 to 4 pieces of orange peel, which is rich in vitamin C, so that the dried orange peel has a plurality of efficacies including medicinal use, beauty treatment and the like.
