Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a safety protection device for a blood taking needle, in particular to a safety protection sleeve suitable for a single-wing blood taking needle, and belongs to the technical field of medical safety devices.
Background
In clinical work, the occurrence of needle stick injuries related to injection is random and uncontrollable, and nursing staff are high-risk groups of needle stick injuries. Social hazards from unsafe injections include pricking others with a needle after use and the social spread of infection caused by improper handling of the injection device after use. Standard prevention was proposed by the American disease control center in 1995, implemented in the United states in 1996 throughout the United states, introduced in 1999 in China and introduced in 2000 in the Hospital infection management code (trial) issued by the Ministry of health. The standard prevention view is that: all patients have infectious blood, body fluids, excretions, secretions, whether or not there is significant contamination of blood stains or contact with non-intact skin mucosa, which requires isolation. Therefore, the large number of disposable lancets is necessary to bring about a problem of safe disposal of the disposable lancets.
The safe blood taking needle used generally at present consists of a vacuum blood taking tube, a blood taking needle, a connecting tube and a needle holder. The vacuum blood collection tube is a main component and is mainly used for collecting and preserving blood samples. A certain amount of negative pressure is preset in the production process of the vacuum blood collection tube, and after the blood collection needle punctures into a blood vessel, blood automatically flows into the blood collection tube due to the action of the negative pressure in the blood collection tube. In order to ensure that the used blood taking needle does not hurt medical staff, a safety protection sleeve is also arranged. The existing safety protection sleeve is provided with a sleeve type protection sleeve, and the safety protection sleeve is difficult to be used for the needle and is easy to accidentally injure. The retractable safety protection sleeve is worn outside the blood taking needle, the blood taking needle moves towards the needle point direction through the wing piece arranged on the side of the needle seat along the slide way on the side wall of the protection sleeve when in use, and the blood taking needle is limited after being pushed to a proper position and then is subjected to blood taking operation. After the operation is finished, the blood taking needle is pulled back into the safety protection sleeve, so that the purpose of safety protection is realized. However, the safety protection sleeve has the following defects:
1. the blood taking needle comprises a wing piece, and a conduit is arranged below a needle base; when the safety protection sleeve is installed, the blood taking needle can only be put in from the front end of the safety protection sleeve and all the blood taking needles enter the safety protection sleeve along the slideway; assembly and inconvenience thereof; moreover, the front end of the slideway of the blood collection needle is required to be opened, so that the risk of the blood collection needle slipping is increased.
2. Because the safety protection sleeve has a certain thickness, when the blood taking needle is inserted into a human body, a smaller included angle is required between the blood taking needle and the human body; therefore, the conventional safety protection sleeve is inconvenient for inserting the blood sampling needle when medical staff take blood.

The cross section of the cavity is round, oval or square; preferably circular.
At least one part of gap is arranged between the kneading handle movable part and the kneading handle fixing part and is a part of the slideway; and is in smooth engagement with the slide portion on the side wall of the sleeve portion. In this way, the tab can be restrained by the rigid handle-securing portion, preventing the tab from sliding out of the restraining area due to the flexibility of the sleeve.
The surface of the handle part is partially or totally provided with textures so as to increase the surface friction force and the strength of the handle.
The front part of the invention refers to the direction of the needle point; the upper part refers to the side far away from the human body when blood is collected, and the lower part refers to the side close to the human body.
The invention has the following technical effects:
1. the angle of the slideway is specially designed, so that the needle head can be inclined towards the human body during blood collection, and the blood collection work of medical personnel is facilitated;
2. the handle-pinching part is designed in a split manner, so that the manufacture and the installation are convenient;
3. according to the invention, one part of the handle part is used as one part of the slideway, so that the strength of the handle part can be utilized to prevent the blood taking needle from sliding out due to the deformation of the sleeve part;
4. the invention is provided with two limit areas which respectively limit the fixation of the blood taking needle in two states of blood taking and blood recovery, thereby improving the use safety and reliability.
