Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of air conditioning equipment, in particular to an air conditioner control method and an air conditioner control device, and an air conditioner adopting the control method or comprising the control device.
Background
The air conditioner generally does not switch between the heating mode and the cooling mode during a single operation. There are also unexpected situations such as a user mishandling the remote controller. During a single run, if it is desired to switch between heating and cooling modes, the compressor is started again from shutdown for about 3 minutes due to the shutdown protection procedure for the compressor. Switching from the wrong mode back to the correct mode takes about 3 minutes, which will seriously affect the user experience.
In order to prevent misoperation of a user, particularly misoperation of children, a child lock function is arranged on the existing part of the air conditioner remote controller. Specifically, when the child lock function is enabled, any other operation key on the electronic device may lose its control function temporarily except for the child lock key, for example, as disclosed in the chinese patent application (publication No. CN 104132430), "when the air conditioner is in the second response mode, only a specific key (e.g., an on/off key, etc.) of the air conditioner remote controller may respond to the user operation, and after the air conditioner is turned on by the on/off key, an air conditioner operation parameter set corresponding to the current time is obtained from a plurality of pre-stored air conditioner operation parameters, and is sent to the air conditioner to enable the air conditioner to operate according to the operation parameter, instead of being set by the key. Although the technical scheme can prevent misoperation of users, especially children, if the users need to switch between the heating mode and the cooling mode because the air conditioning parameters in the air conditioning room reach the ideal range due to certain requirements, the users have to perform multiple steps of unlocking, responding to switching of the modes and the like, the process is quite complicated, the air conditioner can be stopped, and user experience is poor.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a first embodiment of a control method for an air conditioner according to the present invention. As shown in the figure, the control method disclosed in the present embodiment includes the following steps.
In step S10, the control chip of the indoor unit of the air conditioner receives the power-on command output by the remote controller or the mobile terminal matched with the control chip of the indoor unit of the air conditioner and operates according to the operation mode included in the corresponding data bit in the power-on command. In this embodiment, the operation mode specifically refers to a cooling mode (including a dehumidification mode) and a heating mode. The control chip of the indoor unit of the air conditioner collects the current operation mode of the air conditioner, writes a code representing the current operation mode into a memory of the chip and sets the current operation mode as a first operation mode.
In step S20, during the operation of the air conditioner, the control chip of the indoor unit of the air conditioner determines whether a mode setting signal is received. The mode setting signal may be output through a remote controller, a mobile terminal, or other devices bound to the air conditioner, and taking the remote controller as an example, the cooling mode and the heating mode may be set through different keys of the remote controller, respectively.
Step S30, if the control chip of the indoor unit of the air conditioner determines that the mode setting signal is received, first of all, the first operation mode in the storage unit is called, and the operation mode represented by the received mode setting signal is compared with the first operation mode, and it is determined whether the operation mode corresponding to the received mode setting signal is different from the first operation mode.
In step S40, if the operation mode represented by the received mode setting signal is the same as the first operation mode, for example, the air conditioner is currently operating in the heating mode, and the operation mode represented by the received mode setting signal is also the heating mode, the control chip of the air conditioner indoor unit controls the air conditioner not to perform any operation. When the control process is finished, the control chip of the indoor unit of the air conditioner continuously judges whether the mode setting signal is received.
In step S50, if the operation mode represented by the received mode setting signal is different from the first operation mode, for example, the air conditioner is currently operating in a cooling mode, and the operation mode represented by the received mode setting signal is a heating mode, the control chip of the indoor unit of the air conditioner controls the air conditioner to maintain the first operation mode and simultaneously controls to start the first timer.
In step S60, the first timer starts to count time, and the control chip of the indoor unit of the air conditioner determines whether the mode setting signal is received again within the effective timing period of the first timer.
In step S70, if the indoor unit control chip determines that the mode setting signal is received again within the valid timing period of the first timer, it is further determined whether the mode setting signal received again is different from the first operation mode.
In step S80, if the operation mode represented by the re-received mode setting signal is the same as the first operation mode, for example, the current operation mode of the air conditioner is a heating mode, the operation mode corresponding to the first received mode setting signal is a cooling mode, and the operation mode corresponding to the re-received mode setting signal is a heating mode. In this case, the user has a high probability of erroneously operating the remote controller and soon finds his or her own erroneous operation, and therefore, the control chip of the indoor unit of the air conditioner controls the air conditioner not to perform an operation. When the control process is finished, the control chip of the indoor unit of the air conditioner continuously judges whether the mode setting signal is received.
In step S90, if the operation mode represented by the received mode setting signal is different from the first operation mode, for example, the current operation mode of the air conditioner is a heating mode, the operation mode corresponding to the first received mode setting signal is a cooling mode, and the operation mode corresponding to the received mode setting signal is a cooling mode. In this case, there is a high probability that the user needs to forcibly switch the current operation mode. Therefore, the control chip of the indoor unit of the air conditioner outputs a communication signal to the outdoor unit to execute mode switching. The control chip of the indoor unit of the air conditioner collects the switched operation mode of the air conditioner and updates the operation mode into a first operation mode.
By the air conditioner control method disclosed by the embodiment, whether the operation state of the air conditioner is switched and the air conditioner executes the corresponding action due to misoperation of a user can be automatically discriminated under the condition that the normal operation of the air conditioner is ensured, the user is not required to unlock, and the air conditioner control method has the advantage of high intelligent degree.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a control method of an air conditioner according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention. The embodiment comprises the following steps:
in step S11, the control chip of the indoor unit of the air conditioner receives the power-on command output by the remote controller or the mobile terminal matched with the control chip of the indoor unit of the air conditioner and operates according to the operation mode included in the corresponding data bit in the power-on command.
In step S21, during the operation of the air conditioner, the control chip of the indoor unit of the air conditioner determines whether a mode setting signal is received. The mode setting signal may be output through a remote controller, a mobile terminal, or other devices bound to the air conditioner, and taking the remote controller as an example, the cooling mode and the heating mode may be set through different keys of the remote controller, respectively.
Step S31, if the control chip of the indoor unit of the air conditioner determines that the mode setting signal is received, first of all, the first operation mode in the storage unit is called, and the operation mode represented by the received mode setting signal is compared with the first operation mode, and it is determined whether the operation mode corresponding to the received mode setting signal is different from the first operation mode.
In step S41, if the operation mode represented by the received mode setting signal is the same as the first operation mode, for example, the air conditioner is currently operating in the heating mode, and the operation mode represented by the received mode setting signal is also the heating mode, the control chip of the air conditioner indoor unit controls the air conditioner not to perform any operation. When the control process is finished, the control chip of the indoor unit of the air conditioner continuously judges whether the mode setting signal is received.
In step S51, if the operation mode represented by the received mode setting signal is different from the first operation mode, for example, the air conditioner is currently operating in a cooling mode, and the operation mode represented by the received mode setting signal is a heating mode, the control chip of the indoor unit of the air conditioner controls the air conditioner to maintain the first operation mode and simultaneously controls to start the first timer.
In step S61, the first timer starts to count time, and the control chip of the indoor unit of the air conditioner determines whether the mode setting signal is received again within the effective timing period of the first timer. The effective count period of the first timer is preferably set to 3 to 5 seconds.
In step S71, if the indoor unit control chip determines that the mode setting signal is received again within the valid timing period of the first timer, it is further determined whether the mode setting signal received again is different from the first operation mode.
In step S81, if the operation mode represented by the re-received mode setting signal is the same as the first operation mode, for example, the current operation mode of the air conditioner is a heating mode, the operation mode corresponding to the first received mode setting signal is a cooling mode, and the operation mode corresponding to the re-received mode setting signal is a heating mode.
In step S91, if the operation mode represented by the received mode setting signal is different from the first operation mode, for example, the current operation mode of the air conditioner is a heating mode, the operation mode corresponding to the first received mode setting signal is a cooling mode, and the operation mode corresponding to the received mode setting signal is a cooling mode. In this case, there is a high probability that the user needs to forcibly switch the current operation mode. Therefore, the control chip of the indoor unit of the air conditioner outputs a communication signal to the outdoor unit to execute mode switching.
As shown in fig. 2, in step S92, if the mode setting signal is not received again by the control chip of the indoor unit of the air conditioner when the valid timing period of the first timer is over, in this case, in order to ensure the user experience, it is preferable to determine whether to perform the mode switching according to the environmental parameters.
Referring to fig. 3, determining whether to perform the mode switching according to the environment parameter includes the steps of:
step S901, the control chip of the indoor unit of the air conditioner communicates with the control chip of the outdoor unit to collect real-time outdoor environment temperature.
Step S902, the control chip of the indoor unit of the air conditioner determines whether the real-time outdoor environment temperature meets the set outdoor environment temperature setting condition corresponding to the first operation mode. Preferably, if the first operation mode is a heating mode, the outdoor ambient temperature setting condition is set as follows: the real-time outdoor environment temperature belongs to a first temperature section (∞, 10 ℃.) if the first operation mode is the cooling mode, the outdoor environment temperature setting condition is set such that the real-time outdoor environment temperature belongs to a second temperature section [30 ℃, +∞ ].
In step S903, if the real-time outdoor environment temperature meets the set outdoor environment temperature setting condition corresponding to the first operation mode, it represents that the user has performed a misoperation on the remote controller with a high probability, and therefore, the control chip of the indoor unit of the air conditioner controls the air conditioner not to perform an action. When the control process is finished, the control chip of the indoor unit of the air conditioner continuously judges whether the mode setting signal is received. For example, if the first operation mode is the heating mode and the outdoor environment temperature is less than 10 degrees celsius, the control chip of the indoor unit of the air conditioner determines that the real-time outdoor environment temperature meets the set outdoor environment temperature setting condition corresponding to the first operation mode, and does not perform the switching operation. If the first operation mode is a refrigeration mode, and the outdoor environment temperature is higher than 30 ℃, similarly, the control chip of the indoor unit of the air conditioner judges that the real-time outdoor environment temperature meets the set outdoor environment temperature setting condition corresponding to the first operation mode, and does not execute the switching action.
Step S904, if it is determined that the real-time outdoor environment temperature does not satisfy the set outdoor environment temperature setting condition corresponding to the first operation mode, for example, if the first operation mode is a heating mode and the outdoor environment temperature is greater than 10 degrees celsius, or if the first operation mode is a heating mode and the outdoor environment temperature is less than 30 degrees celsius, the indoor unit controller of the air conditioner first collects the real-time indoor environment temperature in the current state in consideration of the comfort and the actual requirements of the user.
And step S905, the air conditioner indoor unit controller further collects the body surface temperature of the human body. The body surface temperature of the human body is the body surface temperature of the skin with the maximum exposed area of the user in the air-conditioning room. The body surface temperature of the human body is detected by an infrared sensor arranged on an indoor unit of the air conditioner.
Step S906, the controller of the indoor unit of the air conditioner further calculates the difference value between the body surface temperature of the human body and the real-time indoor environment temperature so as to embody the visual feeling of the human body in the air-conditioning room through the difference value; the difference = body surface temperature-real-time indoor ambient temperature, preferably, the difference is a vector parameter.
In step S907, the air conditioner indoor unit controller further determines whether the difference satisfies a body surface temperature difference setting condition corresponding to the first operation mode. Preferably, if the first operation mode is a heating mode, the body surface temperature difference setting conditions are set as follows: the difference between the human body surface temperature and the real-time indoor ambient temperature belongs to a first temperature difference interval, which is (— ∞, 0 ℃). If the first operation mode is a refrigeration mode, setting the body surface temperature difference setting conditions as follows: the difference between the body surface temperature of the human body and the real-time indoor environment temperature belongs to a second temperature difference interval, and the second temperature difference interval is [0 ℃ and + ∞ ].
In step S908, if the air conditioner indoor unit controller determines that the difference value satisfies the body surface temperature difference setting condition corresponding to the first operation mode. For example, if the first operation mode is a heating mode, and the difference between the body surface temperature of the human body and the real-time indoor environment temperature is less than 0, the user in the air-conditioned room feels cold with a high probability; if the first operation mode is a refrigeration mode, and the difference between the body surface temperature of the human body and the real-time indoor environment temperature is greater than 0, the user in the air-conditioning room feels heat with high probability, which further means that the user may be in misoperation, and therefore the control chip of the indoor unit of the air conditioner controls the air conditioner not to execute the action. When the control process is finished, the control chip of the indoor unit of the air conditioner continuously judges whether the mode setting signal is received.
In step S909, if the air conditioner indoor unit controller determines that the difference does not satisfy the body surface temperature difference setting condition corresponding to the first operation mode. For example, if the first operation mode is a heating mode, and the difference between the body surface temperature of the human body and the real-time indoor environment temperature is greater than 0, the user in the air-conditioned room feels heat with a high probability; and if the first operation mode is a refrigeration mode, and the difference value between the body surface temperature of the human body and the real-time indoor environment temperature is less than 0, the user of the air-conditioning room feels cold with high probability. In this case, the user has a high probability that the current operation mode needs to be forcibly switched, and therefore, the control chip of the indoor unit of the air conditioner outputs a communication signal to the outdoor unit to perform the mode switching, while taking the updated operation mode as the first operation mode.
By the control method provided by the invention, whether misoperation occurs or not is intelligently discriminated according to different states of the mode switching signal, the air conditioner is intelligently controlled according to the discrimination result, additional operation is not required to be performed by a user, and the control method has the advantage of high intelligent degree.
