The test shows that: under the condition that the distance between the generating electrode 21 and the collector 22 is unchanged, the plasma concentration generated by the generating electrode 21 when the first voltage is 35kV is more than 2 times of the plasma concentration generated by the generating electrode 21 when the voltage of the high-voltage power supply is 18kV, the purifying and sterilizing capacities are doubled, and the sterilizing and sterilizing are faster and more efficient; when the second voltage is 18kV, the disposable filtering efficiency of the purifying component on 0.3 micrometer dust can reach more than 90%, the purifying capability is moderate, the energy consumption and ozone pollution are greatly reduced, and the killing rate of the purifying component on staphylococcus albus and other bacteria can reach more than 99% during disinfection.
In this embodiment, the casing 10 is provided with an air inlet and an air outlet which are communicated with the inner cavity, the sterilizing device further comprises a fan 30 which is close to the air outlet, and the electrostatic dust removing component 20 is arranged on one side of the fan 30 which is far away from the air outlet. Under the action of the fan 30, indoor air flows into the inner cavity through the air inlet, the electrostatic dust removal component 20 purifies and disinfects the air, and the purified and disinfected air flows out through the air outlet, so that the indoor air is purified and disinfected.
In this embodiment, the disinfection apparatus further comprises a filter screen 40 disposed close to the air inlet, and the electrostatic precipitator section 20 is disposed on a side of the filter screen 40 remote from the air inlet. The filter screen 40 performs preliminary filtration on large particulate matters in the air, and prevents the large particulate matters in the air from blocking other components to affect the purification efficiency.
In this embodiment, the air inlet is provided on the bottom of the housing 10, the air outlet is provided on the top of the housing 10, and the blower 30 is located above the electrostatic precipitator section 20. Of course, the positions of the air inlet and the air outlet need to be set according to specific situations, and are not limited to the specific situations.
In the present embodiment, the sterilizing device further includes an ozone removing part 50, and the ozone removing part 50 is disposed between the blower 30 and the electrostatic precipitator part 20. The ozone removal unit 50 can remove ozone after sterilization, and prevent the ozone from flowing out to cause harm to the user. Specifically, the ozone reduction unit 50 is an ozone reduction net that can decompose ozone after sterilization into oxygen. Of course, the ozone removing member 50 may have other structures, and is not limited thereto.
In the present embodiment, the sterilizing apparatus further includes a dust detecting part 60 and a controller, the dust detecting part 60 being disposed in the inner cavity and detecting the concentration of dust, the controller being electrically connected to the dust detecting part 60 and the electrostatic precipitator part 20. The dust detecting part 60 transmits the detected dust concentration signal to a controller, which controls whether the electrostatic precipitator part 20 operates according to the detected dust concentration. When the dust concentration detected by the dust detecting part 60 is equal to or higher than the preset dust concentration, the air purifying mode is turned on to achieve air purification. When the dust concentration detected by the dust detecting part 60 is lower than the preset dust concentration, the air cleaning mode is turned off. Wherein the preset dust concentration is 35 mug/m 3. The dust detection part 60 is a dust sensor, and has convenient use and low cost.
In this embodiment, the dust detection part 60 is arranged close to the air inlet, where the dust concentration corresponds to the dust concentration of the indoor air outside the disinfection device. Of course, the dust detecting part 60 may be provided on the outer wall of the housing.
In this embodiment, the sterilizing device further includes a rack 70 for placing articles to be sterilized, and the plasma kills harmful microorganisms on the articles to be sterilized and in the air, so that not only can the harmful microorganisms on the articles to be sterilized, but also the harmful microorganisms in the air be sterilized, and the function is better, and the integration level is higher.
In this embodiment, the sterilizing apparatus further includes a weight detecting part 80, the weight detecting part 80 is provided on the rack 70 and is used to detect the weight of the rack 70, and the controller is electrically connected to the weight detecting part 80 and the electrostatic precipitator part 20. The weight detecting part 80 transmits the detected weight signal to a controller, which controls whether the electrostatic precipitator part 20 operates according to the detected weight. When the weight detected by the weight detecting part 80 is greater than the first preset weight or the second preset weight or more is added, the sterilization mode is turned on; when the weight detected by the weight detecting part 80 is equal to or less than the preset weight or the second preset weight is increased or less, the sterilization mode is turned off. The weight detecting part 80 is a weight sensor, and is convenient to use and low in cost.
In this embodiment, the article to be sterilized is tableware, and the sterilizing device is a sterilizing cabinet. Of course, the article to be sterilized may also be an article to be sterilized.
In this embodiment, the disinfection cabinet has three modes, which are an air purifying mode, a disinfection mode and an automatic mode, and specifically includes the following steps:
when the user selects the air purification mode, the distance between the generating electrode 21 and the collector 22 is 30mm, and meanwhile, the generating electrode 21 is connected with 18kV voltage, so that the energy consumption and ozone pollution are greatly reduced while the purification effect is ensured, and the air purification capability is enhanced.
When a user selects a sterilization mode, the fan runs at the lowest gear, the generating electrode 21 and the collecting electrode 22 can be pulled down to be close to a distance from an original 30mm to 10mm by a driving mechanism between the generating electrode 21 and the collecting electrode, and meanwhile, the generating electrode 21 is connected with a voltage of 35kV to generate plasma and ozone with higher concentration, so that rapid sterilization and disinfection of a target object are realized.
When a user selects an automatic mode, the automatic modes are an air purification mode and a disinfection mode respectively, a dust sensor detects the dust concentration (namely the particle concentration) in the current running environment of the disinfection cabinet, when the dust concentration is detected to be more than or equal to 35 mug/m 3, the automatic mode is automatically started, a fan runs at the highest grade, the rapid dust purification is realized, and when the indoor dust concentration is lower than 35 mug/m 3, the automatic mode is closed; the weight sensor detects the weight of the porous commodity shelf, when the weight sensor detects that the weight is increased by 1Kg or more, the disinfection mode is automatically started, the fan runs at the lowest gear, and high-efficiency sterilization and disinfection are realized through high-concentration plasmas and ozone.
The lowest gear and the highest gear respectively mean that the rotating speed of the fan is at the lowest rotating speed and the highest rotating speed.
The sterilizing cabinet capable of purifying air with high efficiency adopts high-concentration plasma and ozone for sterilization and purification, on one hand, the sterilizing cabinet can meet the requirement of rapid sterilization of users, can intelligently switch sterilization modes, rapidly kill all microorganisms such as bacteria and viruses, realize rapid sterilization and disinfection, completely realize high-efficiency long-acting pollutant removal, has stronger sterilization and disinfection capacity than the sterilizing cabinet which only uses ozone in the prior art, and greatly enhances the user experience of household appliances; on the other hand, the dust-removing device can meet the requirement of a user on rapid dust removal, plays a role in rapidly purifying air, and can purify indoor air, so that the dust-removing device is really multipurpose.
From the above description, it can be seen that the above-described embodiments of the present invention achieve the following technical effects:
1. The two electrodes are used as the purifying part and the sterilizing part, plasma and ozone with different concentrations can be intelligently generated according to different modes, so that the air purifier can be used as an air purifier, the bacteria can be truly killed, the sterilizing effect is achieved, the efficient sterilization and disinfection can be achieved, the function is better, the air can be treated more efficiently, the processing capacity is stronger, the integration level is higher, the multiple functions are realized, and the problems of long idle time and low utilization rate of a single-function household appliance are effectively solved.
2. The generating electrode and/or the collector are/is driven to move through the driving mechanism, and compared with the cleaning mode, the higher the voltage is, the closer the distance between the generating electrode and the collector is, the higher the concentration of plasma and the concentration of ozone are, and the more rapid and efficient sterilization and disinfection are realized.
3. The disinfection cabinet has an automatic mode, reduces the operation steps of users, and has higher intelligent degree.

Claims (12)

1. A sterilizing device, comprising:
a housing (10) having an interior cavity;
The electrostatic dust removing component (20) is arranged in the inner cavity, dust in the inner cavity is removed by plasma generated by the electrostatic dust removing component (20) and harmful microorganisms are killed, and ozone generated by the electrostatic dust removing component (20) kills the harmful microorganisms;
The electrostatic dust collection component (20) comprises a generating electrode (21) and a collecting electrode (22) which are arranged oppositely, and the sterilizing device also comprises a high-voltage power supply connected with the generating electrode (21);
The disinfection device further comprises a drive mechanism which drives the generator pole (21) and/or the collector pole (22) to move so as to change the distance between the generator pole (21) and the collector pole (22).
2. A disinfection device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the distance between said generator pole (21) and said collector pole (22) is in the range of 10-30 mm.
3. A disinfection device as claimed in claim 1 or 2, and having a disinfection mode and an air cleaning mode, wherein the distance between said generator pole (21) and said collector pole (22) is H1 when said disinfection device is in said disinfection mode, and wherein the distance between said generator pole (21) and said collector pole (22) is H2 when said disinfection device is in said air cleaning mode, wherein H1 < H2.
4. A disinfection device as claimed in claim 3, wherein H1 is 10mm and/or H2 is 30mm.
5. A disinfection apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the voltage of said high voltage power supply is in the range 18kV to 35 kV.
6. A disinfection device as claimed in claim 1 or 5, wherein said disinfection device has a disinfection mode and an air cleaning mode, wherein said high voltage power supply has a first voltage output when said disinfection device is in said disinfection mode, and wherein said high voltage power supply has a second voltage output when said disinfection device is in said air cleaning mode, said first voltage being higher than said second voltage.
7. A disinfection device as claimed in claim 6, wherein said first voltage is 35kV and/or said second voltage is 18kV.
8. A disinfection apparatus as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein said housing (10) is provided with an air inlet and an air outlet communicating with said cavity, said disinfection apparatus further comprising a fan (30) arranged adjacent said air outlet, said electrostatic precipitator means (20) being arranged on a side of said fan (30) remote from said air outlet.
9. A disinfection apparatus as claimed in claim 8, and comprising a filter screen (40) arranged close to said air inlet, said electrostatic precipitator component (20) being arranged on a side of said filter screen (40) remote from said air inlet, and/or said air inlet being arranged on the bottom of said housing (10), said air outlet being arranged on top of said housing (10), said fan (30) being located above said electrostatic precipitator component (20), and/or said disinfection apparatus further comprising a ozone removal component (50), said ozone removal component (50) being arranged between said fan (30) and said electrostatic precipitator component (20).
10. A disinfection apparatus as claimed in claim 1 or 2, and comprising a dust detection member (60) and a controller, said dust detection member (60) being arranged in said cavity for detecting the concentration of said dust, said controller being electrically connected to said dust detection member (60) and said electrostatic precipitator member (20).
11. A sterilizing device according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the sterilizing device further comprises a shelf (70) for placing the articles to be sterilized, the plasma being used for killing harmful microorganisms on the articles to be sterilized and in the air.
12. A sterilizing device according to claim 11, characterized in that the sterilizing device further comprises a weight detecting means (80) and a controller, the weight detecting means (80) being arranged on the rack (70) for detecting the weight of the rack (70), the controller being electrically connected to the weight detecting means (80) and the electrostatic precipitator means (20), and/or the article to be sterilized being a cutlery.
