Description

Spraying device of dish washing machine
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of household appliances, and particularly relates to a spraying device of a dish washing machine.
Background
The dishwasher is a household appliance for automatically washing tableware, along with the continuous improvement of the living standard of people, the application of the dishwasher is more and more extensive, and in order to ensure the market competitiveness of the dishwasher, related technicians all research how to continuously improve the comprehensive performance of the dishwasher. The dish washer is a device for washing tableware by spraying high-pressure washing water through a nozzle, generally comprises a dish washer liner forming a washing chamber, a tableware throwing opening is arranged in front of the liner, a door body is arranged at the tableware throwing opening, and a tableware shelf, a sprayer and the like are arranged in the washing chamber. The dish washer is used for automatically cleaning tableware such as dish, chopsticks, dish, knife and fork, and can be divided into two types of box type and conveying type according to the structure. It reduces the labor intensity for the cooking personnel in dining room, hotel and dining room of office, improves the working efficiency and promotes the cleanness and sanitation. At present, various small dishwashers are on the market, and are gradually entering ordinary households.
The first machine dishwashing patent appeared in 1850 and was owned by Joel Houghton, his utility model being a manual dishwasher. In 1929, the european first electric household dishwasher was manufactured by miller (Miele), germany, but it was of a single shape and not closely related to the overall environment of the household. In 1954, the GE company in America produced the first electric table type dish washer, which not only improves the washing performance, but also improves the volume and the appearance of the whole machine. In asia, the country where dishwasher research was first undertaken is japan, and by the mid-late nineties, microcomputer full-automatic table dishwashers have been developed in japan. Meanwhile, european and american have developed home dishwashers into kitchen appliances with unified image.
The dish-washing machine is slow in development in China and has not been popularized and popular in life of people, the main reason is that the western-style dish-washing machine is not well suitable for Chinese families, the Chinese diet habits are greasy, and many additives exist, while the modern western-style dish-washing machine is only used for fully-closed washing and spraying, and heavy oil on dishes and other tableware of the Chinese families cannot be removed through single washing.
Chinese patent application No. CN201520247322.6 discloses a spray arm assembly of a dishwasher, the spray arm assembly comprising: a water inlet pipe; the spray arm is pivotally connected with the water inlet pipe and provided with a water inlet channel communicated with the water inlet pipe, a spray cavity communicated with the water inlet channel and a spray hole communicated with the spray cavity; the movable impeller is fixedly arranged in the spray arm, and the central axis of the movable impeller is superposed with the rotation axis of the spray arm; and the supercharging stationary impeller is arranged in the water inlet channel and guides water in the water inlet channel to the movable impeller so as to push the movable impeller to drive the spray arm to pivot.
Chinese patent application No. CN201720001646.0 discloses a water tank type dish washer, which comprises a water tank, a dish washing tank and a main control box; the upper end of the dishwashing pool is provided with a pressurized sprayer, and the pressurized sprayer comprises a first electromagnetic valve, a pressurized water pump and at least one pressurized sprayer nozzle; the lower end of the dish washing pool is also provided with a manual water outlet, and the lower end of the manual water outlet is connected to the first pipeline; the lower end of the sink is provided with a plurality of ultrasonic vibrators, and the periphery of the inner wall of the sink is provided with a pressurizing sprayer; install main control box on the sink, main control box includes control button and touch display screen, first solenoid valve, booster pump, second solenoid valve and ultrasonic vibrator all with main control box electric connection.
Although the prior art solves the problem of washing of the dish washer to a certain extent, the prior art still has the defects of incomplete washing, complex use method and difficult operation, and has long time for washing tableware and high power consumption; the direct cleaning area of the spray arm is small, so that the secondary cleaning generated after the water flow collides with the tableware is mainly used for cleaning the tableware with a large area, and the factors such as the water flow scouring force of the secondary cleaning are far smaller than those of the direct cleaning and the like.
Therefore, there is a need to improve the disadvantages and drawbacks of the prior art and to provide a spraying device of a dishwasher, which has the advantages of spraying a washing liquid at a high speed, having a large working area, generating a high washing force to stains remaining on dishes, ensuring a cleaning effect, shortening a cleaning time, saving energy, and the like.
The present invention has been made in view of this situation.

In addition, the direct cleaning area of the spray arm 1 of the existing dish-washing machine is smaller, so that the tableware cleaning of a larger area is mainly the secondary cleaning generated after water flow collides with the tableware, and factors such as the water flow scouring force of the secondary cleaning are far smaller than those of the direct cleaning, so that the washing time of the existing spray arm 1 is long and the waste of water resources and electric energy is caused in order to ensure a better tableware cleaning effect, and the supercharging unit 3 can realize the effective cleaning of the tableware under the condition that the washing liquid is in a high-pressure state, scour the stubborn stains remained on the tableware in one-time spraying, and realize the function of high-efficiency cleaning.

Example twelve
As shown in fig. 1 to 7, the present embodiment is further defined by any one of the first to eleventh embodiments, in which the spraying chamber 8 has a flow guiding structure for accelerating the flow of the washing liquid from the water inlet pipe 7 to the spraying holes 2, and the flow guiding structure ensures the flow speed of the washing liquid in the spraying chamber 8, so that the washing liquid can be kept at a higher flow speed when flowing to the water inlet end 9 of the pressurizing unit 3, so that the pressurizing effect of the pressurizing unit 3 on the washing liquid is more obvious, and the spraying arm 1 is beneficial to cleaning the dishes.
EXAMPLE thirteen
As shown in fig. 1 to 7, this embodiment is a further limitation of the twelfth embodiment, and the cross-sectional area of the flow field of the spraying chamber 8 at the water inlet pipe 7 is larger than that of the flow field of the spraying chamber 8 at any position.
EXAMPLE thirteen
As shown in fig. 8, the dishwasher according to the present embodiment includes the spraying device of the dishwasher according to any one of the first to twelfth embodiments, the spraying device of the present embodiment is rotatably disposed at the bottom of the water tank, the washing liquid flows through the spraying device to spray and wash the dishes disposed in the water tank, the spraying arm 1 is provided with the pressurizing unit 3 corresponding to the spraying hole 2, and the sprayed washing liquid is in a high-pressure cone shape.
