Abstract
The invention provides a pot cover assembly and a cooking appliance. The pot cover subassembly includes: the outer pot cover is rotatably arranged at the bottom of the inner liner to switch between the cover closing position and the cover opening position; the operating handle is arranged on the inner liner and is in driving connection with the outer pot cover; the detection assembly is arranged between the inner liner and the outer pot cover to detect whether the outer pot cover is in a cover closing position or a cover opening position. The detection element in the pot cover assembly can be used for absolutely detecting the cover closing position and the cover opening position of the outer pot cover without other intermediate structures, and the pot cover assembly is simple in structure, safe and reliable. Therefore, when the detection assembly does not detect a signal, unqualified products can be detected through production management and control, so that the cover closing is ensured to detect the signal inevitably, and the purpose of absolute safety of cover closing is achieved.

Technical Field

Background

The existing electric pressure cooker is provided with a magnetic structure on a rotating rod, the rotating rod is connected with a handle, the other end of the rotating rod is sleeved on an outer pot cover, and a screw is arranged at the joint to prevent the rotating rod from being separated from the outer pot cover.

The outer pot cover 20 in the embodiment has a cover closing position and a cover opening position, when in actual installation, the outer pot cover 20 is rotatably installed at the bottom of the inner liner 10, and the operating handle is installed on the inner liner 10 and is in driving connection with the outer pot cover 20; the outer pot cover 20 rotates at the bottom of the inner liner 10 to switch between a cover closing position and a cover opening position, the outer pot cover 20 can rotate at the bottom of the inner liner 10 by the driving action of the operating handle, and the detection assembly is installed between the inner liner 10 and the outer pot cover 20 and used for detecting whether the outer pot cover 20 is in the cover closing position or the cover opening position.
According to the above structure, it can be known that the detecting component in the present embodiment is installed between the inner liner 10 and the outer lid 20, and in the process of performing its detecting function, the detecting object is the position of the outer lid 20 and not other structures and elements, compared with the previous method that the detecting is performed in combination with the rotating rod structure, the detecting component in the present embodiment can perform absolute detection on the lid closing position and the lid opening position of the outer lid 20, and does not perform detection through other intermediate structures, and the structure is simple, and is safer and more reliable. Therefore, when the detection assembly does not detect a signal, unqualified products can be detected through production management and control, so that the cover closing is ensured to detect the signal inevitably, and the purpose of absolute safety of cover closing is achieved.
The detecting assembly in this embodiment includes a lid closing signal sending part and a lid closing signal receiving part, when the lid closing signal receiving part receives the signal sent by the lid closing signal sending part, the outer lid 20 is in the lid closing position, and when the lid closing signal receiving part does not receive the signal sent by the lid closing signal sending part, the outer lid 20 is in the lid opening position.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the cover closing signal sending part is set as a touch part, and the cover closing signal receiving part is set as a microswitch 11; in practice, one of the microswitch 11 and the trigger is mounted on the inner liner 10, and the other is mounted on the outer lid 20. When the outer lid 20 rotates, if the touch part touches the micro switch 11, the outer lid 20 is at the lid closing position, and if the touch part does not touch the micro switch 11, the outer lid 20 is at the lid opening position.
Referring to fig. 3 to 5, the microswitch 11 of the present embodiment is disposed on the inner liner 10, and the touch portion is disposed on the outer lid 20. The structure that the power cord is carried in the installation of micro-gap switch 11 itself, installs micro-gap switch 11 on inside lining 10, can prevent that micro-gap switch 11 from moving and the phenomenon that the power cord appears interfering or pulling, and touch portion itself is only a structure that can touch micro-gap switch 11, sets up touch portion on rotatable outer pot cover 20, is convenient for touch micro-gap switch 11 when rotating to closing the lid position along with outer pot cover 20, and the structure adds singly, is convenient for processing and design.
Preferably, the touching part in this embodiment is a convex hull 21 arranged on the edge of the outer lid 20. Of course, in other embodiments of the present invention, the touch portion may also be configured as a touch rod, and other modifications within the spirit of the present invention are within the scope of the present invention.
In order to mount the microswitch 11, the liner 10 in this embodiment is provided with a positioning hole 12, and when mounting, the microswitch 11 is directly mounted in the positioning hole 12, so that the microswitch 11 is conveniently positioned.
In this embodiment, the sidewall of the positioning hole 12 is provided with an avoiding hole 13 communicated with the positioning hole 12, and the contact of the micro switch 11 extends out of the avoiding hole 13, so that when the outer pot cover 20 rotates at the bottom of the inner liner 10, the convex hull 21 is conveniently driven to touch the micro switch 11, and the structure is simple and convenient to implement.
Preferably, in order to facilitate the activation of the micro switch 11, the bottom of the inner liner 10 in this embodiment is provided with a mounting hole, in design, the avoiding hole 13 is horizontally communicated with the mounting hole and the positioning hole 12, the convex hull 21 is arranged at the outer edge of the outer pot cover 20, and when the outer pot cover 20 rotates, the convex hull 21 facilitates the activation of the micro switch 11. Of course, in other embodiments of the present invention, the avoiding hole 13 may be disposed at the bottom of the positioning hole 12 instead of the mounting hole, and the convex hull 21 is correspondingly disposed at the top of the outer lid 20, and any other modification under the concept of the present invention is within the protection scope of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, and fig. 4 and 5, the lid assembly further includes a pressing plate 30, and when the lid assembly is installed, the microswitch 11 is pressed in the positioning hole 12 through the pressing plate 30, so as to be convenient for installation and positioning. Of course, in other embodiments of the present invention, the pressing plate 30 may not be provided, and the microswitch 11 may be fixed in the positioning hole 12 by a fastener, such as a screw, a pin or a rivet.
The convex hull 21 in this embodiment may be welded or fixed to the outer lid 20 by other fixing members after being separately processed, and may be integrally formed with the outer lid 20. Preferably, the surface of the convex hull 21 in this embodiment is a smooth convex arc surface, which not only can rotate together with the outer lid 20 to activate the micro switch 11, but also can prevent the convex hull 21 from interfering with the micro switch 11.
In another embodiment of the present invention, which is not shown, the cover closing signal sending part is provided as a magnetic element, and the corresponding cover closing signal receiving part is provided as a reed pipe, and when actually installing, the magnetic element is installed on the outer cover 20, and the reed pipe is installed on the inner liner 10. When the outer pot cover 20 drives the magnetic element to move to the cover closing position, the magnetic element sends a signal to the reed switch, the reed switch receives the signal of the magnetic element to detect that the outer pot cover 20 is in the cover closing position, when the outer pot cover 20 drives the magnetic element to move to the cover opening position, the reed switch cannot receive the signal of the magnetic element, and at the moment, the detection assembly detects that the outer pot cover 20 is in the cover opening position.
Preferably, the magnetic element in the embodiment is a magnet, so that the structure is simple and the implementation is convenient.
Referring again to fig. 1 to 5, the microswitch 11 of the present invention is mounted on the inner liner 10, the pressing plate 30 fixes the microswitch 11 on the inner liner 10, and the outer lid 20 is mounted on the bottom of the inner liner 10. When in use: the outer pot cover 20 rotates, and has two positions, namely a cover closing position and a cover opening position, and signals are given through different positions of the convex hull 21 on the outer pot cover 20 during rotation and the relative position of the micro switch 11, so that the purpose that the outer pot cover 20 is screwed to give the signals is achieved, the outer pot cover 20 can not receive the signals without screwing, and the safety of products is ensured.

5. The lid assembly of claim 4 wherein the trigger is a convex hull (21) provided at the edge of the outer lid (20).
6. Pot cover assembly according to claim 4, characterised in that the inner liner (10) is provided with positioning holes (12), the microswitch (11) being mounted in the positioning holes (12).
7. The lid assembly of claim 6, further comprising a pressure plate (30), wherein the microswitch (11) is pressed in the positioning hole (12) by the pressure plate (30).
8. The pot cover assembly according to claim 6, wherein the positioning hole (12) is provided at its periphery with an avoiding hole (13) communicating with the positioning hole (12), and the touching portion of the micro switch (11) protrudes from the avoiding hole (13).
9. The lid assembly of claim 2, wherein the lid closing signal emitting part is a magnetic element, the lid closing signal receiving part is a reed switch, the magnetic element is mounted on the outer lid (20), and the reed switch is mounted on the inner liner (10).
10. A cooking appliance comprising a lid assembly, wherein the lid assembly is as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9.
