Detailed Description
Referring to the attached drawings, the commutator reinforcing ring assembling equipment in the embodiment comprises a turntable device, wherein the turntable device comprises a turntable 1 and a rotation transmission device, the turntable is connected with the rotation transmission device, the turntable rotates in an indexing manner to meet the requirement that the turntable is correspondingly stopped at different stations for processing, and the rotation transmission device 3 can be driven by a cam indexing box of a power distribution source (motor) or a servo motor directly. The rotation of the turntable is not described in detail in the prior art.
In this embodiment, the turntable 1 is provided with a plurality of assembling holes 2, the assembling holes can be arranged, the assembling holes are distributed on the turntable, the assembling holes 2 can be arranged in a manner of arranging hole sleeves on the turntable, the assembling holes are through holes, the turntable is provided with a first station a, a second station B, a third station C and a fourth station D which are circumferentially arranged, and when the turntable is driven by the rotating transmission device to rotate (namely, indexing rotation), the assembling holes are respectively stopped at the first station, the second station, the third station and the fourth station. The first station is connected with a commutator conveying device 20, and the commutator conveying device conveys the half-finished commutator arranged into an assembly hole on the turntable at the first station. And an upper reinforcing ring feeding device 42 is connected at the second station and is used for feeding the upper reinforcing ring into an assembling hole on the turntable at the second station so as to be subsequently assembled with the semi-finished commutator in the assembling hole. A lower reinforcing ring feeding device 50 and an inner hook punching device are connected at the third station; feeding the lower reinforcing ring to a third station so as to carry out subsequent assembly on the semi-finished commutator in the assembly hole; the assembly punching inner hook device slightly bends the upper end part and the lower end part of the copper sheet inner hook of the commutator outwards, so that the corresponding reinforcing rings can be fixed in the hook grooves of the upper dovetail groove and the lower dovetail groove, and the assembly is completed. The fourth station is connected with a discharging device 60 which separates the completely assembled commutator from the assembling hole.

A plurality of assembly holes (such as four or eight, eight in the figure) on the carousel respectively stop at different stations, and wherein four assembly holes stop outside first station, second station, third station and fourth station respectively, and other assembly holes can also dispose the lift locating lever (can join in marriage the cylinder and carry out lifting transmission) in the carousel bottom, and the cooperation is fixed a position, and the during operation is more stable.

The lower reinforcing ring feeding device comprises a second push plate and a second feeding channel, the second feeding channel can adopt a cylindrical pipe for placing the lower reinforcing ring, the second push plate is provided with a telescopic supporting plate with a resetting device (such as a resetting spring), the second push plate is connected with a second push plate transmission device (such as an air cylinder), the second push plate transmission device drives the second push plate to advance and retreat, the second push plate is arranged below a discharge port of the second feeding channel, the telescopic supporting plate is arranged at the front end of the second push plate, the second push plate is provided with a pushing part positioned on the upper layer of the telescopic supporting plate, and the pushing part can push one lower reinforcing ring to advance, when the telescopic supporting plate relatively stretches on the second push plate, the pushing part can relatively push the lower reinforcing ring on the telescopic supporting plate, the upper surface of the second push plate blocks the opening of the second discharging channel when the pushing part moves forward, and the pushing part retreats to give way to allow the second discharging channel to fall into the lower reinforcing ring to the telescopic supporting plate.
