Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a skin-core structure photochromic polyester fiber.
Background
Photochromic fibers are a new class of functional fibers that reversibly change color with different wavelengths of exposure to light. The fiber has the advantages of high application value, no toxicity, no harm, long service life and the like, and can be widely applied to various fields of national defense, military, national economy and the like, such as anti-counterfeiting trademarks, paper money, identity documents, color-changing windows, optical sensors, camouflage clothes (camouflage clothes), military tents and weapon camouflage covers. Such fibers may be converted to a particular color by exposure to sunlight (or a particular wavelength).
At present, most of photochromic fibers in the market are obtained by a coating method, the coating of the photochromic fibers obtained by the method is easy to fall off in the using process, the color changing effect cannot be durable, and certain environmental pollution can be brought in the manufacturing process. Therefore, a photochromic fiber solving the above problems is urgently needed.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a skin-core structure photochromic polyester fiber, which realizes the dope coloring of the polyester fiber by adding the color master batch into the core layer, and is beneficial to reducing the production cost and the environmental pollution; in addition, the color master batch contains photochromic powder, so that the polyester fiber has photochromic characteristic and long effect, and the use requirement is met.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that the skin-core structure photochromic polyester fiber comprises a skin layer and a core layer, wherein the mass ratio of the skin layer to the core layer is 2:8-4: 6;
the core layer comprises core layer fibers and color master batches for coloring the core layer fibers, the color master batches account for 3% -10% of the core layer by mass, and the color master batches comprise the following components in parts by weight:
0 to 90 parts of a carrier, and the like,
1 to 30 parts of photochromic powder,
0 to 20 parts of dye, namely,
0.3 to 1.5 portions of heat stabilizer,
0.2 to 1 portion of antioxidant,
0.5-1.5 parts of dispersing aid.
Preferably, the carrier of the color master batch and the core layer fiber are the same polymer material.
Preferably, the core layer fiber is one of polyamide fiber, polylactic acid fiber, polyethylene fiber, polypropylene fiber and polybutylene terephthalate fiber.
Preferably, the mass ratio of the skin layer to the core layer is 4: 6.
Preferably, the color master batch accounts for 6.7% of the core layer by mass.
Preferably, the color master batch comprises the following components in parts by weight:
70 parts of a carrier, namely,
25 parts of a photochromic powder, namely a photochromic powder,
3 parts of a dye, namely,
1 part of a heat stabilizer,
0.5 part of an antioxidant, and the like,
0.5 part of a dispersing aid.
The invention has the advantages and beneficial effects that: the skin-core structure photochromic polyester fiber is provided, and the color master batch is added into the core layer, so that the stock solution coloring of the polyester fiber is realized, and the production cost and the environmental pollution are favorably reduced; in addition, the color master batch contains photochromic powder, so that the polyester fiber has photochromic characteristic and long effect, and the use requirement is met.
