Abstract
The invention relates to an anti-crystallization device for a liquid caustic soda head tank pipeline and application thereof. The anti-crystallization device comprises a steam purging unit and a metering unit; the steam purging unit comprises a steam purging branch pipe, a purging cut-off valve positioned on the steam purging branch pipe, and a liquid discharge cut-off valve positioned at a liquid outlet of the liquid caustic soda elevated tank. By adopting the anti-crystallization device, a small amount of steam can be used for quickly removing the residual liquid caustic soda in the pipeline, so that the pipeline blockage caused by the precipitation of the liquid caustic soda at a low temperature is avoided, and the pipeline blockage caused by the precipitation of the caustic soda due to the loss of water in the residual liquid caustic soda after the equipment is stopped for a long time is also avoided. Meanwhile, the anti-crystallization device can convey all the predicted liquid caustic soda into the next reaction system, thereby avoiding the residual liquid caustic soda in the pipeline, improving the utilization rate of raw materials and ensuring the accurate metering of alkali addition.

Technical Field
The invention relates to an anti-crystallization device for a liquid caustic soda elevated tank pipeline and application thereof, belonging to the technical field of pipeline equipment.
Background
The elevated tank is widely applied to the field of fine chemical reaction synthesis, and is particularly used for storing and providing liquid caustic soda with the mass concentration of more than 30% for the synthesis reaction. The liquid caustic soda is added into the reaction kettle in the elevated tank through an automatic cut-off valve, a flowmeter and a regulating valve.
Due to the characteristics of the liquid caustic soda, when the weather is low temperature, the liquid caustic soda can be gradually condensed and block the pipeline, so that the pipeline is gradually blocked, the caustic soda adding precision is influenced, and even the pipeline is blocked and the caustic soda can not be added under severe conditions. In addition, the head tank is usually used intermittently, and after a certain residence time, the liquid caustic soda in the caustic soda adding pipeline gradually precipitates, resulting in pipeline blockage. When a pipeline is blocked, the existing method usually adopts a manual disassembly mode to dredge the pipeline, but has the problems of long time, easy personal injury and the like.
CN205393121U discloses an automatic crystallization device that prevents of liquid caustic soda elevated tank tapping pipeline, the device adopts pure water to carry out self-cleaning. However, the pure water cleaning effect is poor, the cost is high, the amount of waste water generated after cleaning is large, and a large amount of high-alkalinity waste water brings a problem to waste water treatment.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a novel liquid discharge anti-crystallization device for an elevated tank, aiming at solving the technical problems of the existing elevated tank liquid discharge alkali pipeline. The crystallization prevention device has the advantages of low operation cost, high washing speed, less generated wastewater, no residue of alkali liquor and the like, thereby avoiding the condition of downstream concentration fluctuation caused by introducing impurities into a reaction system in the prior art and reducing equipment corrosion; meanwhile, by matching with the weighing equipment and the reasonable application of the instrument valve, the accurate metering of liquid adding is ensured, and multiple effects are achieved.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows.
An anti-crystallization device for a liquid caustic soda head tank pipeline comprises: a steam purging unit and a metering unit; wherein, the steam sweeps the unit and sweeps the trip valve including steam sweeps the branch pipe, is located steam and sweeps on the branch pipe to and be located the tapping trip valve of liquid caustic soda elevated tank liquid outlet department.

The steam purging branch pipe is a branch of a pipeline between the liquid discharge stop valve and the liquid discharge regulating valve.
The invention also provides application of the crystallization prevention device in crystallization prevention of liquid caustic soda elevated tank pipelines.
Wherein, the application specifically comprises: when the alkali is added, the crystallization-preventing device is used for cleaning the pipeline liquid alkali (namely, the liquid alkali crystallization is prevented); or, in the alkali adding process, when the liquid alkali cannot flow normally due to an abnormal state and the liquid alkali crystals block the pipeline, the crystallization prevention device is used for cleaning the pipeline liquid alkali (namely, the liquid alkali crystals are eliminated).
The invention also provides a method for preventing the liquid caustic soda elevated tank pipeline from crystallizing, and the anti-crystallizing device is used for carrying out steam purging on the liquid caustic soda elevated tank pipeline.
The method for preventing the liquid caustic soda elevated tank pipeline from crystallizing comprises the following steps:
(1) closing the liquid discharge stop valve, opening the liquid discharge regulating valve, opening the purging stop valve, allowing steam to enter the steam purging branch pipe, and performing steam purging on the liquid caustic soda elevated tank pipeline;
(2) and after the purging is finished, closing the purging cut-off valve and closing the liquid discharge regulating valve in a delayed manner.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
(1) by adopting the anti-crystallization device, residual liquid caustic soda in the pipeline can be removed in time through steam purging, so that pipeline blockage caused by precipitation of the liquid caustic soda at low temperature is avoided; meanwhile, the problem that the pipeline is blocked due to alkali precipitation caused by water loss in residual liquid alkali after the equipment is stopped for a long time can be avoided. The steam purge advantages are shown in table 1.

(2) By utilizing the anti-crystallization device, the predicted liquid caustic soda can be completely conveyed to the next reaction system, the liquid caustic soda residue in a pipeline is avoided, the utilization rate of raw materials is improved, and the accurate metering of alkali addition is also ensured.
(3) The anti-crystallization device provided by the invention is used for steam purging of the liquid caustic soda pipeline, and can replace a long-time high-temperature heat tracing mode used by the conventional liquid caustic soda pipeline, so that the pipeline corrosion caused by high-temperature liquid caustic soda is avoided. The effect ratio of the heat tracing mode and the steam purging mode on the corrosion of the pipeline is shown in table 2.

Embodiment 1 a crystallization preventing device for liquid caustic soda elevated tank pipeline
The embodiment provides a crystallization-preventing device for a liquid caustic soda head tank pipeline, which is shown in fig. 1 and comprises: a steam purging unit and a metering unit;
the steam purging unit comprises a steam purging branch pipe 3, a purging cut-off valve 4 positioned on the steam purging branch pipe 3 and a liquid discharging cut-off valve 5 positioned at a liquid outlet of the liquid caustic soda elevated tank 1.
The metering unit comprises a weighing module 2 and a liquid discharge regulating valve 6 connected with the weighing module; the weighing module 2 is connected with the liquid caustic soda overhead tank 1, and the liquid discharge regulating valve 6 is positioned on a liquid caustic soda conveying pipeline;
the steam purging branch pipe 3 is a branch of a pipeline between the liquid discharge stop valve 5 and the liquid discharge regulating valve 6.
Embodiment 2 a method for preventing liquid caustic soda elevated tank pipeline from crystallizing by using the crystallization preventing device
The present embodiment provides a method for preventing crystallization of a pipe of a liquid caustic soda head tank (cleaning of the pipe after adding caustic soda) by using the crystallization prevention device, including:
(1) after the alkali is added, closing the liquid discharge stop valve, opening the valve opening of the liquid discharge regulating valve to 100%, opening the purging stop valve, allowing steam to enter the steam purging branch pipe, and performing steam purging on the liquid alkali elevated tank pipeline;
(2) and after purging is finished, closing the purging stop valve, delaying for a certain time to set the opening of the liquid discharge regulating valve to be 0, and finishing the whole purging step.
Embodiment 3 a method for preventing liquid caustic soda elevated tank pipeline from crystallizing by using the crystallization preventing device
The present embodiment provides a method for preventing crystallization of a conduit of a liquid caustic soda head tank (conduit blockage caused by abnormal conditions during the process of adding caustic soda) by using the crystallization-preventing device, comprising:
(1) when the liquid is added abnormally, the liquid discharge cut-off valve is closed, the valve opening of the liquid discharge regulating valve is opened to 100%, the purging cut-off valve is opened, steam enters the steam purging branch pipe, and steam purging is carried out on the liquid caustic soda elevated tank pipeline;
(2) and after purging is finished, closing the purging stop valve, delaying for a certain time to set the opening of the liquid discharge regulating valve to be 0, and finishing the whole purging step.

(1) closing the liquid discharge stop valve, opening the liquid discharge regulating valve, opening the purging stop valve, allowing steam to enter the steam purging branch pipe, and performing steam purging on the liquid caustic soda elevated tank pipeline;
(2) and after the purging is finished, closing the purging cut-off valve and closing the liquid discharge regulating valve in a delayed manner.
