Description

Function frame and seat
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of furniture, in particular to a functional frame and a seat.
Background
At present, the height of a functional rack arranged in a functional seat is generally higher, the height is basically more than 220mm, and correspondingly, the height of the seat is also higher; the huge functional rack cannot be applied to some low seats, even if the huge functional rack is only lowered in height, the running process of the shortened functional rack is often accompanied by the phenomena of clamping, unsmooth tilting, laborious returning, insufficient footrest length and the like, and the phenomenon is more prominent for the non-electric functional rack, so that the short seats can only be used as non-functional seats when the height of the functional rack is lowered and cannot be well matched with the short seats; however, there is an increasing demand in the market, and there is an urgent need for a low-profile functional rack that can be operated smoothly, that can save effort in tilting and returning, and that can provide advantages such as a change in the height of the backrest, and a low-profile seat using the same.
In order to overcome the defects in the prior art, the invention provides the functional frame and the chair which are low, smooth in operation and labor-saving in tilting recovery.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention overcomes the defects in the prior art and provides the functional frame and the chair which are low, smooth in operation and labor-saving in tilting recovery.
The invention is realized in the following way:
The functional rack comprises a fixed rack, wherein the left side and the right side of the fixed rack are provided with leg rest plate assemblies, cushion support assemblies and backrest assemblies which are arranged in pairs, the front end and the rear end of each cushion support assembly are respectively hinged with one end of each leg rest plate assembly and one end of each backrest assembly, the backrest assemblies at the rear part are removed, and the vertical distance between the reference surface of each cushion support assembly and the lowest point of the functional rack is 170-220 mm; the leg rest assembly consists of a plurality of groups of four-bar mechanisms, and the highest point of the leg rest assembly is lower than the highest point of the cushion support assembly or is approximately on the same horizontal plane with the highest point of the cushion support assembly in the folded state; the cushion support assembly comprises an upper cushion support piece, a lower cushion support piece, a front cushion support piece and a rear cushion support piece which form a four-bar mechanism; the left and right sides of the fixing frame are provided with backrest auxiliary components which are arranged in pairs left and right and are convenient for leaning and leaning back and recovering.
The functional rack in the market at present, except for the back rest component at the rear part, the vertical distance between the highest point and the lowest point of the functional rack is basically more than 220mm, and the functional rack is not suitable for the low seat, therefore, the height of the functional rack is adjusted so as to be suitable for the low seat; in particular to a functional frame which is shorter in height, smooth in operation, comprehensive in extension, labor-saving in tilting recovery and comfortable; firstly, as the height of the functional rack is reduced, the height of the original leg rest assembly after being folded is higher than the height of the functional rack, the phenomena of touching the ground and the like exist, and the expansion and the folding of the leg rest assembly cannot be well realized, so that the size of a connecting piece in the original leg rest assembly is required to be reduced, but the length of the reduced leg rest assembly after being expanded is also influenced, and the comfort is influenced; meanwhile, as the height of the functional frame is shortened, unsmooth and laborious backrest recovery and the like are often caused, the left side and the right side of the fixing frame are also provided with backrest auxiliary components, so that the functional frame can run smoothly and can tilt and recover with less effort, and the functional frame is suitable for a non-electric functional frame; specifically, the vertical distance between the reference surface of the cushion support assembly and the lowest point of the functional frame may be 170 to 190mm.
Preferably, the backrest auxiliary assembly is arranged between the lower cushion support and the inner side of the same-side fixed frame; the back support accessory assembly includes only the first back support accessory assembly, or only the second back support accessory assembly, or both the first and second back support accessory assemblies coupled to the rear and front portions of the lower cushion support, respectively.
In order to enable the backrest component to better realize the effects of smooth operation and labor saving of tilting and restoring, the first backrest auxiliary component or the second backrest auxiliary component can be independently arranged, and the first backrest auxiliary component and the second backrest auxiliary component which are convenient for tilting and restoring of the backrest can be respectively arranged at the front part and the rear part of the fixing frame.
Preferably, the first backrest auxiliary assembly comprises a sliding rail fixedly arranged at the rear part of the inner side of the fixed frame and a pulley rotatably connected at the rear part of the lower cushion support member, and the pulley is arranged in the sliding rail and can slide along the sliding rail.
The height of the seat surface is reduced in the process of tilting and falling of the backrest component, so that the gravity restoring force of the seat surface is insufficient; the pulley is made of plastic or micro-strip elastic materials, the sliding rail is made of metal materials, abnormal sounds are reduced, and the sliding rail is matched well.
Preferably, the track of the front part of the sliding rail is an arc, the track of the rest part of the sliding rail is a straight line or an arc tending to be straight, and the whole sliding rail is in an inclined shape with a front high bottom and a rear low bottom.
The invention designs the composite guide rail with the rear linear part or the arc part tending to be linear and the front arc part, and the height change of the pulley of the linear part or the arc part tending to be linear is more gentle in the initial stage when the backrest assembly is tilted down, so that the resistance of the backrest assembly to be tilted down is reduced, the tilting of the backrest assembly is facilitated, the lifting height of the pulley is quickened by the arc part, the gravity restoring force is increased, and the backrest assembly is ensured to be smoothly reset, thereby realizing the smoothness and labor saving of the tilting and restoring of the backrest assembly. For smaller size, after the height of the functional rack is reduced and the length of the functional rack is lengthened, the sizes of various connecting rods are limited, the height of the backrest component is reduced in the tilting and falling process, and the gravity restoring force of the seat surface is insufficient more easily, so that the composite guide rail with a rear linear part or an arc part tending to be linear and a front arc part is designed, the tilting and restoring of the backrest component is smooth and labor-saving, and the tilting and restoring of the backrest component is also smoothly and labor-saving through the smoothness of the pulley sliding rail for a non-electric functional rack.
Preferably, the included angle between the straight line part of the sliding rail or the arc line which tends to be straight line and the horizontal plane is 11-18 degrees.
The design of the angle directly relates to the inclination degree of the straight line part or the arc line part tending to be straight line, and for a functional frame with smaller size, the resistance of the backrest assembly to the tilting and falling down can be reduced, so that the tilting of the backrest assembly can be facilitated, and the tilting and restoring of the backrest assembly can bring smooth and labor-saving effects.
Preferably, the arc radius of the arc part at the front part of the sliding rail is 40 mm-150 mm.
The design that the radius of the circular arc is 40 mm-150 mm directly relates to the degree of accelerating the lifting height of the pulley, and for a functional frame with a smaller size, the gravity restoring force can be increased as well, the weight loss possibly caused by tilting can be overcome, the backrest component is ensured to be reset smoothly, and therefore the backrest component is tilted and restored smoothly and labor-saving.
Preferably, the ratio of the arc length of the arc line part of the front part of the sliding rail to the length of the straight line part of the rest part or the arc line part tending to be straight line is 1/6-1/2.
The setting of the proportion can realize smooth tilting and restoring and saves labor for the device.
