Description
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of financial machine control, in particular to a method and a system for detecting the abnormal quantity of paper money in a money box, a server and self-service financial equipment.
Background
The cash box is a device for storing paper money in the automatic teller machine, and is responsible for receiving paper money during deposit and outputting paper money during withdrawal, and in addition, the cash box also serves as a carrier for storing a large amount of paper money during cash escort. However, in the process of cash escort, since the monitoring personnel cannot monitor the carrying state of the cash box, the monitoring personnel cannot find the cash in time if the cash in the cash box is stolen during the escort. Therefore, the security of the current cash box has certain risks, and economic losses can be caused to banks and individuals.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of this, the embodiment of the present application provides a method, a system, a server and a self-service financial device for detecting an abnormal quantity of paper money in a paper money box, which can detect whether the paper money stored in the paper money box is stolen in a cash escort process, thereby ensuring the safety of funds.
A first aspect of an embodiment of the present application provides a method for detecting an abnormality in the number of banknotes in a banknote cassette, including:
after receiving a money box, the self-service financial equipment at the current node of the money box escort process energizes the money box to enable a supporting plate used for bearing the money in the money box to vibrate in a reciprocating manner, and detects a first vibration frequency of the reciprocating vibration;
the self-service financial equipment of the current node sends the first vibration frequency to a master control center;
the main control center compares the first vibration frequency with a pre-received and stored second vibration frequency sent by the self-service financial equipment at a node on a cash box escort process, wherein the second vibration frequency is the reciprocating vibration frequency of the supporting plate detected when the cash box is electrified before the self-service financial equipment at the node transfers the cash box;
and if the first vibration frequency is different from the second vibration frequency, the main control center outputs alarm information that the number of the paper money in the paper money box is abnormal.
Through the arrangement, when the money box is transmitted to the self-service financial equipment in the escort flow, the self-service financial equipment can detect the vibration frequency of the reciprocating vibration of the money box supporting plate and send the detected vibration frequency to the master control center, the master control center can compare the vibration frequency with the theoretical vibration frequency which is received and stored in advance, the theoretical vibration frequency is sent by the self-service financial equipment of the last node in the escort flow of the money box, and the vibration frequency of the money box supporting plate is the vibration frequency of the money box when the money box is prepared to be transmitted to the current node by the last node. Because the vibration frequency of the paper money box supporting plate is directly related to the number of the loaded paper money, if the compared vibration frequencies are inconsistent, the change of the number of the paper money in the paper money box in the escorting process is indicated, and the alarm information of the abnormal number of the paper money in the paper money box can be output by the main control center at the moment, so that whether the paper money stored in the paper money box is stolen or not can be effectively detected, and the safety of funds is ensured.
Further, a sensor for detecting a full load state is arranged at a top position inside the banknote box, and before the self-service financial device of the current node powers on the banknote box, the method may further include:
the self-service financial equipment of the current node acquires a signal of the sensor and determines whether the money box is in a full-load state according to the acquired signal;
and if the money box is not in a full-load state, the self-service financial equipment of the current node executes the step of electrifying the money box and the subsequent steps.
If the money box is in a full-load state, the money supporting plate in the money box is fixed, and the supporting plate cannot perform reciprocating vibration at the moment, namely the vibration frequency cannot be detected. Therefore, before the money box is electrified, whether the money box is fully loaded or not can be judged through a signal of a full-load sensor, and the money box is electrified under the condition of non-full load so as to detect the vibration frequency of the supporting plate; and under the condition of full load, a full load signal can be sent to the main control center, and the main control center judges whether the number of paper money in the paper money box is abnormal or not according to the full load signal. Therefore, the full-load state detection sensor is arranged in the money box, so that the practicability of the abnormality detection method can be further improved, and the application implementation possibility can be expanded.
Further, after the self-service financial device of the current node determines whether the banknote box is in a full load state according to the acquired signal, the method may further include:
if the money box is in a full-load state, the self-service financial device of the current node sends full-load state information to the main control center, so that after the main control center receives the state information, whether the pre-received and stored state information of the money box sent by the self-service financial device of the previous node before the money box is transferred is full or not is judged, and if the state information of the money box sent by the self-service financial device of the previous node before the money box is transferred is not full, alarm information is output.
And under the condition of full load, a full load signal can be sent to the main control center, and the main control center judges whether the number of paper money in the paper money box is abnormal or not according to the full load signal. The specific abnormal judgment mode is to judge whether the pre-received and stored state information of the money box sent by the self-service financial equipment of the previous node before the money box is transferred is full, and if not, the full state indicates that the number of the money in the money box is changed in the escorting process, so that corresponding alarm information is output.
Further, if the first vibration frequency and the second vibration frequency are different, the abnormality detection method may further include:
the main control center determines the abnormal number of the paper money box according to the first vibration frequency and the second vibration frequency and outputs the abnormal number of the paper money;
wherein the determining of the abnormal number of banknotes in the banknote cassette according to the first vibration frequency and the second vibration frequency comprises:
searching a first paper money number corresponding to the first vibration frequency and a second paper money number corresponding to the second vibration frequency from a pre-constructed comparison table, wherein the comparison table records vibration frequencies respectively corresponding to the support plate of the paper money box when different numbers of paper money are loaded and reciprocating vibration is performed;
and calculating the difference value of the first paper money number and the second paper money number to be used as the paper money abnormal number of the paper money box.
When the number of paper money in the paper money box changes, the master control center can not only output alarm information, but also determine the number of abnormal paper money by comparing the vibration frequency, and then output the abnormal number of paper money, so that a supervisor can conveniently know the number of paper money missing in the paper money box, and the richness and the practicability of the abnormal detection method are further improved.
Further, after the main control center compares the first vibration frequency with a second vibration frequency which is received in advance and stored and is sent by the self-service financial device at a node on the cash box escort process, the method may further include:
if the first vibration frequency is the same as the second vibration frequency, the main control center sends indication information that the money box is normal to the self-service financial equipment of the current node, the indication information is used for indicating that the self-service financial equipment of the current node energizes the money box and detects a third vibration frequency of the support plate for reciprocating vibration before transferring the money box to the self-service financial equipment of the next node of the escort process, and then the third vibration frequency is sent to the main control center for storage.
If the first vibration frequency is the same as the second vibration frequency, the number of the paper money in the paper money box is correct, at the moment, the main control center can send indication information that the paper money box is normal to the self-service financial equipment of the current node, the self-service financial equipment of the current node can electrify the paper money box again and detect the vibration frequency of the reciprocating vibration of the supporting plate before transferring the paper money box to the self-service financial equipment of the next node in the escorting process after adding or taking the paper money into the paper money box, then the vibration frequency is sent to the main control center to be stored, and then the process is repeatedly executed after the self-service financial equipment of the next node receives the paper money box, so that the abnormality of the number of the paper money in the paper money box can be timely found in the whole escorting process of the paper money box.
A second aspect of the embodiments of the present application provides an abnormality detection system for the number of banknotes in a banknote cassette, including:
the self-service financial equipment is used for electrifying the money box after receiving the money box so as to enable a supporting plate used for bearing the money in the money box to vibrate in a reciprocating manner and detect a first vibration frequency of the reciprocating vibration; sending the first vibration frequency to a master control center;
the main control center is used for comparing the first vibration frequency with a pre-received and stored second vibration frequency sent by the self-service financial equipment at a node on a cash box escort process, and the second vibration frequency is the reciprocating vibration frequency of the supporting plate detected when the cash box is electrified before the self-service financial equipment at the node transfers the cash box; and if the first vibration frequency is different from the second vibration frequency, outputting alarm information of abnormal number of the paper money in the paper money box.
A third aspect of an embodiment of the present application provides a server, including a memory, a processor, and a computer program stored in the memory and executable on the processor, where the processor implements the steps of the abnormality detection method provided in the first aspect of the embodiment of the present application when executing the computer program. In a specific implementation, the server may serve as a master control platform in the anomaly detection method.
A fourth aspect of embodiments of the present application provides a self-service financial device, including a memory, a processor, and a computer program stored in the memory and executable on the processor, where the processor implements the steps of the abnormality detection method provided in the first aspect of embodiments of the present application when executing the computer program.
A fifth aspect of the embodiments of the present application provides a computer program product, which, when running on a terminal device, causes the terminal device to execute the anomaly detection method according to the first aspect of the embodiments of the present application.

Detailed Description
In the following description, for purposes of explanation and not limitation, specific details are set forth, such as particular system structures, techniques, etc. in order to provide a thorough understanding of the embodiments of the present application. It will be apparent, however, to one skilled in the art that the present application may be practiced in other embodiments that depart from these specific details. In other instances, detailed descriptions of well-known systems, devices, circuits, and methods are omitted so as not to obscure the description of the present application with unnecessary detail. Furthermore, in the description of the present application and the appended claims, the terms "first," "second," "third," and the like are used for distinguishing between descriptions and not necessarily for describing or implying relative importance.
The embodiment of the application provides a method, a system, a server and self-service financial equipment for detecting the abnormal quantity of paper money in a paper money box, which can detect whether the paper money stored in the paper money box is stolen or not in the cash escort process, thereby ensuring the safety of funds.
Referring to fig. 1, a method for detecting an abnormal quantity of banknotes in a banknote cassette in an embodiment of the present application is shown, including:
101. after receiving a money box, the self-service financial equipment at the current node of the money box escort process energizes the money box to enable a supporting plate used for bearing the money in the money box to vibrate in a reciprocating manner, and detects a first vibration frequency of the reciprocating vibration;
in this embodiment, the main execution body of the anomaly detection method is a self-service financial device, and the self-service financial device is located at a current node of a cash box escort flow, that is, the cash box is escorted to a website where the self-service financial device is located. The self-service financial equipment is internally provided with a vibration frequency testing device, the money box can be electrified through the device after the money box is received, so that a supporting plate used for bearing the money in the money box can vibrate in a reciprocating manner, and the vibration frequency testing device can detect the frequency of the reciprocating vibration to serve as a first vibration frequency. In addition, the vibration frequency testing device can be independently used as equipment independent of self-service financial equipment.
The reciprocating vibration frequency of the supporting plate in the money box is related to the movable space length of the supporting plate in the money box, and the movable space length of the supporting plate in the money box is directly related to the number of the paper money stored in the money box (if the number of the paper money stored in the money box is more, the movable space of the supporting plate in the money box is shorter), so that the first vibration frequency can reflect the number of the paper money stored in the money box to a certain extent.
Further, a sensor for detecting a full-load state may be disposed at a top position inside the banknote box, and before the self-service financial device of the current node powers on the banknote box, the abnormality detection method may further include:
the self-service financial equipment of the current node acquires a signal of the sensor and determines whether the money box is in a full-load state according to the acquired signal;
and if the money box is not in a full-load state, the self-service financial equipment of the current node executes the step of electrifying the money box and the subsequent steps.
102. The self-service financial equipment of the current node sends the first vibration frequency to a master control center, the first vibration frequency is used for indicating the master control center to compare the first vibration frequency with a second vibration frequency which is received in advance and stored and sent by the self-service financial equipment of the previous node of the cash box escort process, and if the first vibration frequency is different from the second vibration frequency, alarm information of abnormal cash box cash quantity is output.
After the self-service financial equipment of the current node detects the first vibration frequency, the first vibration frequency is sent to a main control center, and the main control center is a control center for cash box escort management and control and is used for monitoring escort flows and states of all cash boxes. After receiving the first vibration frequency, a server of the master control center compares the first vibration frequency with a second vibration frequency which is received in advance and stored and is sent by self-service financial equipment at a node on a cash box escort process, and if the first vibration frequency is different from the second vibration frequency, alarm information of abnormal cash box cash quantity is output.
The second vibration frequency is the reciprocating vibration frequency of the supporting plate detected when the self-service financial equipment of the previous node is electrified before the money box is transferred. Therefore, if the number of the banknotes stored inside the banknote box changes in the escort process of the self-service financial device of the previous node to the self-service financial device of the current node, the detected first vibration frequency is different from the second vibration frequency, and the main control center outputs alarm information indicating that the number of the banknotes in the banknote box is abnormal, so as to remind relevant monitoring personnel of paying attention.
In addition, if the money box is in a full-load state, the self-service financial device of the current node sends full-load state information to a main control center, the main control center judges whether the pre-received and stored state information of the money box sent by the self-service financial device of the previous node before the money box is transferred is full-load or not after receiving the state information, and if the state information of the money box sent by the self-service financial device of the previous node before the money box is transferred is not full-load, alarm information is output.
In the embodiment of the application, after receiving a money box, the self-service financial equipment at the current node of the money box escort process energizes the money box to enable a supporting plate used for bearing the money in the money box to vibrate in a reciprocating manner, detects a first vibration frequency of the reciprocating vibration, and then sends the first vibration frequency to a master control center; the main control center compares the first vibration frequency with a second vibration frequency which is received in advance and stored and is sent by self-service financial equipment at a node on a cash box escort flow, and if the first vibration frequency is different from the second vibration frequency, alarm information of abnormal cash box cash quantity is output.
Referring to fig. 2, another method for detecting an abnormal quantity of banknotes in a banknote cassette in an embodiment of the present application is shown, including:
201. the method comprises the steps that a main control center receives a first vibration frequency sent by self-service financial equipment at a current node of an escort process;
in this embodiment, the main executing body of the abnormality detecting method is a main control center, and the main control center may be a server in a cash box escort management and control center. The main control center can receive a first vibration frequency sent by the self-service financial equipment at the current node of the escort process, and the first vibration frequency is the frequency of the reciprocating vibration detected when the self-service financial equipment at the current node receives a money box and the money box is electrified to enable a supporting plate used for bearing the money in the money box to vibrate reciprocally. For a specific vibration frequency detection principle, reference may be made to the description of the first embodiment of the present application.
202. The main control center compares the first vibration frequency with a second vibration frequency which is received in advance and stored and is sent by self-service financial equipment at a node on a cash box escort flow;
after receiving the first vibration frequency, the main control center compares the first vibration frequency with a second vibration frequency which is received in advance and stored and is sent by self-service financial equipment at a node on a cash box escort process, wherein the second vibration frequency is the reciprocating vibration frequency of the supporting plate detected when the self-service financial equipment at the node is electrified before the cash box is transferred. Therefore, in the normal escort process of the cash box, if the number of the cash in the cash box is not changed, the detected first vibration frequency should be the same as the second vibration frequency.
203. The master control center judges whether the first vibration frequency and the second vibration frequency are the same;
during the comparison, it is determined whether the first vibration frequency and the second vibration frequency are the same, if so, step 204 is executed, and if not, step 205 is executed.
204. The master control center sends indication information that the money box is normal to the self-service financial equipment of the current node;
the first vibration frequency is the same as the second vibration frequency, at the moment, the main control center sends indication information that the money box is normal to the self-service financial equipment of the current node, the indication information is used for indicating that the self-service financial equipment of the current node energizes the money box and detects a third vibration frequency of the support plate for reciprocating vibration before transferring the money box to the self-service financial equipment of the next node of the escort process, and then the third vibration frequency is sent to the main control center for storage.
The first vibration frequency is the same as the second vibration frequency, the fact that the number of paper money in the paper money box is correct is shown, at the moment, the main control center can send normal indication information of the paper money box to the self-service financial equipment of the current node, after the self-service financial equipment of the current node adds paper money to the paper money box or takes paper money, the paper money box can be electrified again and the vibration frequency of the reciprocating vibration of the supporting plate is detected before the paper money box is transferred to the self-service financial equipment of the next node of the escorting flow, and then the vibration frequency is sent to the main control center to be stored. After the self-service financial equipment of the next node receives the money box, the process can be repeatedly executed, so that the abnormality of the number of the paper money in the money box can be timely found in the whole escorting process of the money box.
205. And the master control center outputs alarm information of abnormal paper money number of the paper money box.
Since the second vibration frequency is the reciprocating vibration frequency of the supporting plate detected when the self-service financial device of the previous node is powered on before the money box is transferred, if the first vibration frequency is different from the second vibration frequency, it indicates that the money box changes the number of the banknotes stored inside in the escort process of transferring the self-service financial device of the previous node to the self-service financial device of the current node. At the moment, the main control center can output alarm information of abnormal number of paper money in the paper money box so as to remind relevant supervision personnel of paying attention.
Further, if the first vibration frequency and the second vibration frequency are different, the abnormality detection method may further include:
the main control center determines the abnormal number of the paper money box according to the first vibration frequency and the second vibration frequency and outputs the abnormal number of the paper money;
wherein the determining of the abnormal number of banknotes in the banknote cassette according to the first vibration frequency and the second vibration frequency comprises:
(1) searching a first paper money number corresponding to the first vibration frequency and a second paper money number corresponding to the second vibration frequency from a pre-constructed comparison table, wherein the comparison table records vibration frequencies respectively corresponding to the support plate of the paper money box when different numbers of paper money are loaded and reciprocating vibration is performed;
(2) and calculating the difference value of the first paper money number and the second paper money number to be used as the paper money abnormal number of the paper money box.
When the abnormal number of the paper money in the money box is determined according to the first vibration frequency and the second vibration frequency, a table look-up mode can be adopted. The method comprises the steps of constructing a comparison table in advance, recording vibration frequencies respectively corresponding to a supporting plate of the cash box when the supporting plate bears different amounts of paper money and performs reciprocating vibration, determining the amount of first paper money corresponding to the first vibration frequency and the amount of second paper money corresponding to the second vibration frequency through table lookup, and finally calculating the difference value of the two paper money amounts to obtain the abnormal amount of the paper money of the cash box.
In the embodiment of the application, a main control center receives a first vibration frequency sent by self-service financial equipment at a current node of an escort process, wherein the first vibration frequency is the detected frequency of reciprocating vibration when the self-service financial equipment at the current node receives a money box and the money box is electrified to enable a supporting plate used for bearing paper money in the money box to vibrate reciprocally; the main control center compares the first vibration frequency with a pre-received and stored second vibration frequency sent by the self-service financial equipment at a node on a cash box escort process, wherein the second vibration frequency is the reciprocating vibration frequency of the supporting plate detected when the cash box is electrified before the self-service financial equipment at the node transfers the cash box; and if the first vibration frequency is different from the second vibration frequency, the main control center outputs alarm information that the number of the paper money in the paper money box is abnormal. If the compared vibration frequencies are not consistent, the change of the number of the paper money in the paper money box is indicated in the escorting process, and the alarm information of the abnormal number of the paper money in the paper money box can be output by the main control center at the moment, so that whether the paper money stored in the paper money box is stolen or not can be effectively detected, and the safety of funds is ensured.
Referring to fig. 3, another method for detecting an abnormal quantity of banknotes in a banknote cassette in an embodiment of the present application is shown, including:
301. after receiving a money box, the self-service financial equipment at the current node of the money box escort process energizes the money box to enable a supporting plate used for bearing the money in the money box to vibrate in a reciprocating manner, and detects a first vibration frequency of the reciprocating vibration;
the embodiment of the application is applied to the abnormality detection system for the number of paper money in the paper money box, which comprises self-service financial equipment and a main control center, the system can comprise a plurality of different self-service financial equipment at each network point of a paper money box escort flow node, and each self-service financial equipment is in communication connection with a server of the main control center. Firstly, after receiving a money box, the self-service financial equipment at the current node of the money box escort process energizes the money box to enable a supporting plate used for bearing the money in the money box to vibrate in a reciprocating manner, and detects a first vibration frequency of the reciprocating vibration. For a specific vibration frequency detection mode, reference may be made to the first embodiment of the present application.
In addition, in order to ensure that the vibration of the tray in the cash box is normal, before the cash box escort process is started, the initialization operation of the vibration frequency test can be executed on the cash box. The specific operation mode can be that the money box is in no-load, then the money box is electrified by adopting the vibration frequency testing device, the vibration frequency of the money box is repeatedly tested for multiple times, the vibration frequency obtained by testing is compared with the pre-recorded standard no-load vibration frequency, if the vibration frequency is consistent with the pre-recorded standard no-load vibration frequency, the vibration frequency of the money box is indicated to pass the test, and the escort process of the next step can be executed.
302. The self-service financial equipment of the current node sends the first vibration frequency to a master control center;
the self-service financial equipment of the current node sends the detected first vibration frequency to the main control center, and data can be transmitted in a network transmission mode.
303. The main control center compares the first vibration frequency with a second vibration frequency which is received in advance and stored and is sent by self-service financial equipment at a node on a cash box escort flow;
the main control center compares the first vibration frequency with a second vibration frequency which is received in advance and stored and is sent by the self-service financial equipment at a node on a cash box escort process, and the second vibration frequency is the reciprocating vibration frequency of the supporting plate detected when the cash box is electrified before the self-service financial equipment at the node transmits the cash box.
304. And if the first vibration frequency is different from the second vibration frequency, the main control center outputs alarm information that the number of the paper money in the paper money box is abnormal.
If the first vibration frequency is different from the second vibration frequency, the number of the paper money in the paper money box is changed in the escorting process, and at the moment, the main control center outputs alarm information that the number of the paper money in the paper money box is abnormal so as to remind related supervisors of paying attention.
