Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of polarity testing of current transformers, in particular to a portable wireless polarity testing device of a current transformer, which comprises a current generating unit and a polarity display unit, wherein the current generating unit comprises a wireless receiving module, a power supply control module, a first input wire clamp, a second input wire clamp and a first power supply; the polarity display unit comprises a first insulating shell, wherein a manual testing button and at least one polarity display module are arranged on the first insulating shell, and a control module, a relay, a second power supply and a wireless transmission module are arranged in the first insulating shell. According to the invention, the wireless transmitting module and the wireless receiving module are used for realizing communication between the current generating unit and the polarity display unit, on-site wiring is not needed, and the polarity measurement can be carried out by pressing a manual test button, so that the test can be completed by a single person, the cooperation of other people is not needed, and the test flow and personnel are simplified; the invention also measures a plurality of windings at the same time, reduces the testing workload and saves the testing time.

Background

As shown in fig. 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, the portable wireless current transformer polarity testing device comprises a current generating unit and a polarity display unit; the current generation unit comprises a wireless receiving module, a power supply control module, a first input wire clamp 1, a second input wire clamp 2 and a first power supply, wherein the first input wire clamp 1, the first power supply, the power supply control module and the second input wire clamp 2 are sequentially connected in series, the first power supply is connected with the wireless receiving module, and the wireless receiving module is connected with the power supply control module; the polarity display unit comprises a first insulating shell 3, a manual testing button 4 and at least one polarity display module are arranged on the first insulating shell 3, a control module, a relay, a second power supply and a wireless transmission module are arranged in the first insulating shell 3, the second power supply is respectively connected with the control module and a normally open contact of the relay, and the control module is respectively connected with the relay coil, the normally open contact of the relay, the wireless transmission module and the manual testing button 4.

The current generation unit is connected with the primary side of the current transformer to be tested and is used for generating current, so that a complete loop is formed between the current transformer to be tested and the current generation unit as well as between the current transformer to be tested and the polarity display unit; the wireless receiving module can be a PT2272 wireless receiving module and is used for communication between the current generating unit and the polarity display unit; the size of the second power supply is set by practical conditions and can be 5 volts; the power supply control module is a prior known technology and can be a relay for controlling whether a circuit of the current generation unit is conducted or not to generate current, if the circuit is the relay, the wireless receiving module converts received signals into digital and analogue, and then the relay coil is electrified, so that a normally open contact of the relay is closed, and the primary side of the current transformer to be tested is conducted to generate current; the first input wire clamp 1 and the second input wire clamp 2 are used for clamping two ends of the primary side of the current transformer to be tested.
As shown in fig. 1,2 and 5, the use process of the invention is as follows:
1. clamping one end, close to a bus, of the primary side of the current transformer to be tested by the first input wire clamp 1, and clamping the other end, close to the bus, of the primary side of the current transformer to be tested by the second input wire clamp 2;
2. the polarity display module is respectively connected with two ends of the secondary side of the current transformer to be tested;
3. The tester presses the manual testing button 4 to send a testing signal to the control module, the control module controls the normally open contact of the relay to complete one-time actuation, and the control module sends a working command to the current generating unit through the wireless sending module;
4. The wireless receiving module receives the working command and sends the working command to the power supply control module, and the power supply control module controls the primary sides of the current transformers to be tested to conduct to generate current, so that a complete loop is formed between the current transformers to be tested, the current generating unit and the polarity display unit;
5. and the staff observes the polarity display module to determine the polarity of the current transformer to be tested.
The invention has simple structure, convenient carrying and convenient and flexible use, realizes the communication between the current generating unit and the polarity display unit through the wireless transmitting module and the wireless receiving module, thereby completing the polarity test and avoiding the traditional measurement mode of dragging a longer test line; the invention has convenient installation, no field wiring is needed, and the polarity measurement can be carried out by pressing the manual test button 4, so that the test can be completed by a single person, the matching of other personnel is not needed, and the test flow and personnel are simplified; the invention also measures a plurality of windings at the same time, reduces the testing workload and saves the testing time.
The portable wireless current transformer polarity testing device can be further optimized or/and improved according to actual needs:
as shown in fig. 2 and 4, the polarity display module includes an ammeter 5, a first light emitting diode 6 and a second light emitting diode 7.
When the ammeter 5 is used for displaying the polarity test result, if the pointer of the ammeter 5 deflects leftwards, the polarity of the tested current transformer is positive, and if the pointer of the ammeter 5 deflects rightwards, the polarity of the tested current transformer is positive; when the first light emitting diode 6 and the second light emitting diode 7 are used to display the polarity test result, the first light emitting diode 6 and the second light emitting diode 7 respectively indicate positive and negative polarities.
As shown in fig. 2 and 4, the polarity display unit further includes output terminal groups corresponding to the polarity display modules in number and one-to-one, the output terminal groups are disposed on the first insulating housing 3, the output terminal groups include a first output terminal 8 and a second output terminal 9, two ends of the ammeter 5 are respectively connected with the first output terminal 8 and the second output terminal 9, an anode of the first light emitting diode 6 is connected with the first output terminal 8, a cathode of the first light emitting diode 6 is connected with the second output terminal 9, a cathode of the second light emitting diode 7 is connected with the first output terminal 8, and an anode of the second light emitting diode 7 is connected with the second output terminal 9.
The output terminal groups are arranged on the first insulating shell 3, the number of the output terminal groups is the same as that of the polarity display modules and corresponds to that of the polarity display modules one by one, and the output terminal groups are convenient to connect with the secondary side of the current transformer to be tested in use.
As shown in fig. 2 and 4, the polarity display unit further includes a second power control switch 16, an automatic test button 10, an automatic stop button 11 and a reset button 12, where the second power control switch 16, the automatic test button 10, the automatic stop button 11 and the reset button 12 are arranged on the first insulating housing 3, and the automatic test button 10, the automatic stop button 11 and the reset button 12 are all connected with the control module, and the second power control switch 16 is connected with the second power supply.
After the tester presses the automatic test button 10, an automatic test signal is sent to the control module, the control module controls the normally open contact interval of the relay to complete actuation according to a preset automatic test time interval, pulse current is sent to the control module at intervals, and the control module sends a working command to the current generation unit at intervals according to the pulse current through the wireless sending module, so that multiple measurements are realized. The reset button 12 is used to reset the control module. The first insulating housing 3 may further be provided with a second power indicator 17.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, the current generating unit further includes a second insulating housing 13, where the wireless receiving module, the power control module and the second power supply are all located inside the second insulating housing 13, and the first input wire clip 1 and the second input wire clip 2 are both located outside the second insulating housing 13.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, the current generating unit further includes a first power control switch 14 for controlling the first power and a power supply monitoring indicator lamp 15 capable of starting to supply power to the first power, where the first power and the power supply monitoring indicator lamp 15 are disposed on the second insulating housing 13, and the first input wire clip 1, the first power control switch 14, the first power, the power control module, the power supply monitoring indicator lamp 15, and the second input wire clip 2 are sequentially connected in series.
The technical characteristics form the optimal embodiment of the invention, have stronger adaptability and optimal implementation effect, and can increase or decrease unnecessary technical characteristics according to actual needs so as to meet the requirements of different situations.
