In order to meet the requirements of factory flow line production, as shown in fig. 5 and 7, the second surface of the mounting plate 2 is further provided with a plurality of third threaded through holes 44 penetrating through the plate body; as shown in fig. 5 and 7, the suction cup device further includes a frame 1 and a plurality of adjusting bolts 48, a plurality of fourth threaded through holes 46 are provided at the mounting end of the frame 1, the fourth threaded through holes 46 correspond to the third threaded through holes 44 one by one, and the end portions of the adjusting bolts 48 penetrate through the third threads and are fixedly connected with the fourth threaded through holes 46. Like this, through setting up the lift mounting panel 2 that frame 1 can be better, simultaneously, can finely tune the spacing distance between mounting panel 2 and the frame 1 through adjusting bolt 48 to realize the local or overall adjustment of mounting panel 2 and frame 1 relative position, greatly increased the convenience in use and the flexibility of device, expanded the range of application of device.
It should be noted that the form of the frame 1 is various, and the frame 1 may be a combined frame 1 or an integrated frame 1, and the whole frame 1 is vertically mounted on the second surface of the mounting plate 2 through the adjusting bolt 48.

Claims (10)

1. A suction cup device, comprising: a mounting plate (2), a first sucker (4), a second sucker (6), a slide rail (8), a slide seat (10), a second sucker bracket (12) and a rotating piece (14),
the mounting plate (2) is provided with a first surface, a second surface and side faces located on the periphery, the first surface and the second surface are arranged oppositely, the first surface of the mounting plate (2) is provided with a plurality of first suckers (4), the edge of the second surface of the mounting plate (2) is provided with the sliding rail (8), and the sliding rail (8) is parallel to the extending direction of the first side face of the mounting plate (2);
the first end of the second sucker support (12) is in sliding connection with the sliding rail (8) through the sliding seat (10), and the second end of the second sucker support (12) extends towards the outer side direction perpendicular to the first side face of the mounting plate (2);
the first end of rotating member (14) and the second end swivelling joint of second sucking disc support (12), and rotation axis perpendicular to horizontal plane, the second end surface mounting of rotating member (14) has second sucking disc (6), second sucking disc (6) with first sucking disc (4) homonymy sets up.

A suction cup device according to claim 1, wherein the second end of the rotary member (14) is provided with a second threaded through hole (22) passing through the rotary member (14); the sucker device further comprises a second sucker rod (24), and the first end of the second sucker rod (24) penetrates through the second threaded through hole (22) to be fixedly connected with the second sucker (6).
3. A suction cup device according to claim 2, further comprising a second fixing nut (26), said second fixing nut (26) being fitted over said second suction cup rod (24) and being located between the second end of the second suction cup rod (24) and the second threaded through hole (22).

A suction cup device according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein both side surfaces of the slide rail (8) are respectively provided with a first sliding groove (9), and the first sliding grooves (9) are parallel to the slide rail (8); slide (10) are the door type form, slide (10) cover is established on slide rail (8), the inboard surface of slide (10) still be provided with first slider (11) that first spout (9) match, slide (10) pass through first slider (11) are followed slide rail (8) direction is made straight reciprocating motion.

A suction cup device according to any one of claims 1 to 3, further comprising a positioning pin (28) and a positioning fixing strip (30), wherein the positioning fixing strip (30) is disposed on the second surface of the mounting plate (2) and is parallel to the slide rail (8), the positioning fixing strip (30) has a plurality of positioning holes (32) on the upper surface thereof, and the plurality of positioning holes (32) are spaced apart from each other in a direction parallel to the slide rail (8); the lower surface of the first end of second sucking disc support (12) with slide (10) upper surface fixed connection, just first end stretches out the side of slide (10) forms connecting portion (13), be equipped with on connecting portion (13) and run through the confession of second sucking disc support (12) locking through-hole (60) that locating pin (28) passed, connecting portion (13) pass through locating pin (28) with locating hole (32) locking connection.

A suction cup device according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the second suction cup support (12) is further provided with a guide groove (34), a second slide block (36) and a connecting rod (38), the guide groove (34) penetrates through the second suction cup support (12), and the extension directions of the second suction cup support (12) are parallel; the second sliding block (36) is located above the guide groove (34), the first end of the connecting rod (38) is fixedly connected with the bottom end of the second sliding block (36), the second end of the connecting rod penetrates through the guide groove (34) to be rotatably connected with the first end of the rotating piece (14), and the rotating piece (14) is driven by the second sliding block (36) to do linear reciprocating motion along the direction of the guide groove (34).

A suction cup device according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the first surface of the mounting plate (2) is further provided with a plurality of first threaded through holes (16) extending through the plate body, the plurality of first threaded through holes (16) being arranged in an m x n matrix; the sucker device also comprises a plurality of second sucker rods (18) and first fixing nuts (20), wherein the first end of each second sucker rod (18) penetrates through the first threaded through hole (16) to be fixedly connected with the first sucker (4); the first fixing nut (20) is sleeved on the second sucker rod (18) and is located between the first end of the second sucker rod (18) and the first threaded through hole (16).
8. A suction cup device according to claim 7, wherein a number of said first threaded through holes (16) are arranged in a 10 x 6 matrix.

A suction cup device according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the second surface of the mounting plate (2) is further provided with a plurality of third threaded through holes (44) extending through the plate body; the sucking disc device still includes frame (1) and a plurality of adjusting bolt (48), the installation end of frame (1) is equipped with a plurality of fourth screw thread through-holes (46), fourth screw thread through-hole (46) with third screw thread through-hole (44) one-to-one, adjusting bolt (48) tip passes the third screw thread with fourth screw thread through-hole (46) fixed connection.
