Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of laundry treatment technology, and more particularly, to a balancing ring for a laundry treatment apparatus and a laundry treatment apparatus.
Background
In the related art, when a laundry treatment apparatus such as a washing machine is operated, the laundry is unevenly distributed, which may cause the laundry to be eccentric, thereby causing the laundry to vibrate more severely. Some related art use balancing weights, and use suspension springs and bottom damping systems to reduce vibration during high-speed spin-drying of the washing machine, but vibration of the washing machine is still large. In other related technologies, a balance ring capable of water inflow is adopted to realize balance adjustment, but the structure of the balance ring, particularly the water inflow structure, is complex, and the structure of the balance ring still needs to be improved.
Disclosure of Invention

A laundry treating apparatus 1000 according to an embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 1 to 36.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, a laundry treating apparatus 1000 according to some embodiments of the present invention may include a treating drum device 100, an apparatus housing 200, a driving device 300, a control system, and the like. The process cartridge apparatus 100 may be disposed in a device housing 200, and a door assembly 400 may be disposed on the device housing 200 to open and close the process cartridge apparatus 100. Wherein the equipment enclosure 200 is an option, for example, in some alternative embodiments, the treatment canister device 100 may be directly exposed or embedded in a wall or cabinet.
As shown in fig. 2, the driving device 300 may be a driving motor, such as a direct driving motor, to drive the operation of the process cartridge device 100 under the control of the control system. The central axis of the balance ring 1 is parallel to or coincident with the rotation axis of the inner cylinder 20, that is, the balance ring 1 may be disposed coaxially with the inner cylinder 20 or may be disposed eccentrically with respect to the inner cylinder 20. To ensure that the balance ring 1 has a good balance effect on the inner cylinder 20, when the balance ring 1 is eccentrically disposed, the eccentric distance may be smaller, for example, in some embodiments of the present invention, the distance between the central axis of the balance ring 1 and the rotation axis of the inner cylinder 20 may be set to be 5mm or less, for example, 2mm, 3mm, or the like.
The water injection part 2 can inject water into the balance ring 1, so that the gravity center of the balance ring 1 is changed, the eccentric adjustment of the inner cylinder 20 is realized, and the balance adjustment function is realized. Alternatively, the control system may be connected to the water injection member 2 to control the water injection member 2 to actively inject water into the balancing ring 1, so that the laundry treating apparatus 1000 has an active balancing control function.
Alternatively, referring to fig. 2 to 6, the water injection member 2 may be mounted on the outer cylinder 30, and the water injection member 2 may be stationary when the inner cylinder 20 rotates the balance ring 1, thus not only facilitating the manufacture and installation, but also achieving more stable water injection. The relevant structure of the water injection member 2 will be described in detail later, and the relevant structure of the balance ring 1 will be described further.
Referring to fig. 7 to 12, in some embodiments of the present invention, the balance ring 1 includes an annular body 11 having a chamber 101 therein, and an inner circumferential surface of the body 11 has a water inlet 102, the water inlet 102 extending along a circumferential direction of the body 11, i.e., the water inlet 102 is an annular opening provided at the inner circumferential surface of the body 11. Therefore, when the balance ring 1 rotates, the water injection piece 2 can conveniently inject water into the cavity 101 through the annular water inlet 102, and the water entering the cavity 101 can gather to the outer wall surface of the cavity 101 under the action of centrifugal force and cannot flow out from the water inlet 102; when the balance ring 1 stops rotating, water can flow out through the water inlet 102 under the action of gravity, and the water drainage effect is good.
It will be appreciated that the chamber 101 in the balancing ring 1 may be provided in different configurations to achieve the effect of load eccentricity adjustment by water injection. The relevant structure of the gimbal 1 is further described below in connection with some embodiments.
Fig. 7 to 12 show a gimbal 1 according to a first embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 7 to 12, the chambers 101 may be three, and the three chambers 101 are distributed along the circumferential direction of the body 11. Therefore, balance control can be realized by controlling the water injection quantity in the three chambers 101, and the control effect is good.
With continued reference to fig. 7 to 12, the inner circumferential surface of the body 11 may be provided with three waterway grooves 103, the three waterway grooves 103 extending in the circumferential direction of the body 11, respectively, and being arranged in the axial direction of the body 11. Three waterway grooves 103 are in one-to-one correspondence with the three chambers 101, and the groove bottom wall 1031 of each waterway groove 103 has three openings 104 to communicate the waterway groove 103 with the corresponding chamber 101. Therefore, the control of the water injection quantity of the three chambers 101 can be realized by controlling the water injection quantity of the three water channel grooves 103, when the required water quantity needs to be injected into the corresponding chambers 101, the required water quantity can be injected into the corresponding water channel grooves 103 through the water injection piece 2, the water injection is more targeted, the balance response to the load eccentricity is faster, the adjusting efficiency is higher, and the time for processing clothes can be effectively shortened.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the number of the chambers 101 and the waterway grooves 103 is not limited to the three described above, and the number of the chambers 101 and the waterway grooves 103 may be set to other values, such as two, four, or more, according to balance control and manufacturing process, etc. The chambers 101 and the waterway grooves 103 may be in the same number and in one-to-one correspondence, or may be in different numbers and in a different correspondence.
For example, the number of waterway grooves 103 may be greater than the number of chambers 101, with some chambers 101 each communicating with one waterway groove 103 and other chambers 101 each communicating with at least two waterway grooves 103, i.e., waterway grooves 103 and chambers 101 in a many-to-one relationship.
As another example, in some alternative embodiments of the invention, the number of waterway slots 103 is greater than the number of chambers 101, and the plurality of waterway slots 103 includes a specialized waterway slot in communication with only one chamber 101 and a common waterway slot in communication with at least two chambers 101, each chamber 101 may have a specialized waterway slot in communication with that chamber 101. Thus, when water needs to be injected into one chamber 101, water injection into the corresponding special water channel groove can be controlled, water injection into other special water channel grooves and public water channel grooves can be controlled, and when water needs to be injected into at least two chambers 101, water injection into the corresponding special water channel grooves can be controlled, and water injection into the public water channel grooves communicated with at least two chambers 101 needing water injection can be controlled.
For another example, in alternative embodiments of the present invention, each waterway slot 103 communicates with all of the chambers 101, and the openings 104 through which each waterway slot 103 communicates with the plurality of chambers 101 are sized differently such that the waterway slots 103 can inject different amounts of water into the plurality of chambers 101, respectively, thereby effecting balance adjustment.
In this regard, for convenience of description, referring to fig. 9 to 12 as an example, there are three waterway grooves 103, namely, a first waterway groove 113, a second waterway groove 123 and a third waterway groove 133, and three chambers 101, namely, a first chamber 111, a second chamber 121 and a third chamber 131, respectively, it is possible to set a larger size of an opening 104 of the first waterway groove 113 for communication with the first chamber 111 and a smaller size of an opening 104 for communication with the second chamber 121 and the third chamber 131, set a larger size of an opening 104 of the second waterway groove 123 for communication with the second chamber 121 and a smaller size of an opening 104 for communication with the first chamber 111 and the third chamber 131, and set a smaller size of an opening 104 of the third waterway groove 133 for communication with the third chamber 131 and a larger size of an opening 104 for communication with the first chamber 111 and the second chamber 121.
Thus, when water injection into a certain chamber 101 is mainly required, water injection into the corresponding waterway groove 103 having a large water injection amount can be controlled, and for example, when water injection into the first chamber 111 is mainly performed, water injection into the first waterway groove 113 can be controlled.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that, in addition to the adjustment of the water injection amount into each chamber 101 by controlling the water inflow states of the plurality of water channels 103 by controlling the number of the water channels 103 communicating with the chambers 101, the size of the openings 104 through which the water channels 103 communicate with the plurality of chambers 101, and the like, the plurality of water channels 103 may be provided in other configurations as long as the requirement of the adjustment of the water injection amount into each chamber 101 by controlling the water inflow states of the plurality of water channels 103 can be satisfied, which will not be described herein.
In addition, in the embodiment shown in fig. 7 to 12, the plurality of chambers 101 may be disposed completely offset in the circumferential direction of the body 11, that is, there are no overlapping portions of any two chambers 101 in the circumferential direction of the body 11, in other words, there are no two chambers 101 at any position in the circumferential direction of the body 11, and if there is only one chamber 101. Thereby, the effect of leveling can be improved.
Of course, the present invention is not limited thereto, and the plurality of chambers 101 may be disposed at a staggered position along the circumferential direction of the body 11, that is, two adjacent chambers 101 may extend to the same position in the circumferential direction of the body 11, and at the same time, the two adjacent chambers 101 may also extend to different positions in the circumferential direction of the body 11, respectively.
According to the balance ring 1 of the embodiment of the invention, the plurality of chambers 101 distributed circumferentially are arranged in the body 11, the plurality of water channel grooves 103 extending circumferentially are arranged on the inner peripheral surface of the body 11, water can be injected into the corresponding chambers 101 through the water channel grooves 103, and the water injection quantity of each chamber 101 can be adjusted by controlling the water injection state of the plurality of water channel grooves 103, so that the distribution condition of the weight of the balance ring 1 along the circumferential direction can be realized, the load centering is realized, and finally the balance adjustment is achieved.
As shown in fig. 10 to 12, three openings 104 of the waterway groove 103 communicating with each chamber 101 may be provided at intervals along the circumferential direction of the body 11, so that water inflow is smoother and uniform. It will be appreciated that the number of openings 104 through which the flume 103 communicates with each chamber 101 is not limited to three, but may be other numbers, such as one, two, four, etc., and may be flexibly configured as desired.
With continued reference to fig. 10-12, the three chambers 101 may be identical in volume and shape, which not only facilitates manufacturing, but also facilitates balance adjustment. According to some embodiments of the invention, when the chambers 101 are of other numbers, the plurality of chambers 101 may still be arranged to be of the same volume and shape. Of course, the present invention is not limited thereto, and the plurality of chambers 101 may be provided to be different in volume and shape as needed.
Alternatively, according to some embodiments of the present invention, the depth direction of each waterway groove 103 and the orientation of the notch (i.e., the water inlet 102) of each waterway groove 103 are perpendicular to the axial direction of the body 11. That is, the groove bottom wall 1031 of the water channel 103 extends in the direction of the groove opening substantially in the direction of the radial cross section of the body 11, and the groove opening also extends in the direction of the radial cross section of the body 11, so that the groove bottom wall 1031 of the water channel 103 is substantially opposite to the center of the body 11, thereby not only facilitating water entering the groove opening, but also enabling water to enter the chamber 101 through the water channel 103 more quickly and smoothly, and further improving the adjustment efficiency.
Fig. 13 to 15 show a gimbal 1 according to a second embodiment of the present invention. The structure in this embodiment is substantially the same as that in the first embodiment, except mainly for the structure of the notch of the waterway groove 103. As shown in fig. 13 to 15, the edge of the notch (i.e., the water inlet 102) may be provided with a water blocking rib 105, which may cause a certain splashing when water is sprayed onto the inner wall surface of the body 11, and the arrangement of the water blocking rib 105 may effectively reduce splashing, so that water sprayed by the water injection member 2 is not easy to splash, and the water injection efficiency is improved.
The specific structure of the water deflector 105 is not particularly limited in the present invention, as long as it can fulfill the requirement of suppressing the splash formation of water to a certain extent. Alternatively, taking the embodiment shown in fig. 14 as an example, the water blocking ribs 105 may be disposed so that the notch is approximately formed as a reduced structure, and water entering the notch may be blocked by the water blocking ribs 105 and not easily splash outwards. Optionally, in this embodiment, the water blocking rib 105 is a flange extending from the edge of the notch to the notch along the axial direction of the body 11, so that the structure is convenient to manufacture, the appearance is more neat and beautiful, and the splashing preventing effect is better.
Of course, the water blocking rib 105 may be a flange extending obliquely to the axial direction of the body 11 and into the notch, and the flange may extend along a straight line or may extend along a curved line. Alternatively, as shown in fig. 19, the water blocking rib 105 may be provided as a protrusion provided at the edge of the slot, and this structure may also function as splash prevention.
In addition, in order to eliminate splashing while reducing the influence on the inflow water, the projected dimension of the water deflector rib 105 in the notch is not liable to be excessively large, and for example, the projected dimension may be set within 3mm, for example, 1mm or 2mm, or the like.
Alternatively, the water blocking rib 105 may be an integral part with the body 11, or may be a separate part assembled with the body 11, so that the water blocking rib 105 may be flexibly set according to practical situations.
According to the embodiment of the present invention, the depth h of the waterway groove 103 may be set to 5 mm or more, as shown in fig. 19. By the arrangement, the sufficient depth of the water channel groove is ensured, and the splash-proof effect is also achieved.
Fig. 16 to 20 show a gimbal 1 according to a third embodiment of the present invention. The structure in this embodiment is substantially the same as that in the second embodiment, except for the structure of the inner wall surface of the chamber 101. In short, the present embodiment optimizes the structure of the chamber 101, and the chamfer is provided at the corners of the chamber 101, so that the water in the balance ring 1 is more easily discharged, and the filth entering the balance ring 1 during the washing process can be easily discharged.
As shown in fig. 16, 17 and 19, alternatively, the chamber 101 is formed with an axial end inside angle 106 between the inner wall surfaces of both ends in the axial direction of the body 11 and the inner wall surface of the inner end of the chamber 101 in the radial direction of the body 11, that is, the angle formed at the connection of the chamber side wall surface 1011 of the chamber 101 and the chamber bottom wall surface 1012 of the chamber 101 is the axial end inside angle 106. Optionally, the axial end inside corners 106 of both ends of the chamber 101 are both chamfered. This structure can weaken the dead angle area in the chamber 101, avoid accumulation of filth, and make the inner wall surface of the chamber 101 smoother, thereby facilitating the discharge of water, filth and other substances.
It is understood that the two axial end inside corners 106 of the chamber 101 may be provided with chamfers at the same time, or only one of them may be provided with chamfers, that is, in the embodiment of the present invention, the chamber 101 may be provided with chamfers formed with the axial end inside corners 106 between the inner wall surface of at least one end in the axial direction of the body 11 and the inner wall surface of the inner end of the chamber 101 in the radial direction of the body 11.
Further, the axial end inside corner 106 may be further provided as a rounded corner. This can further eliminate dead space, and the interior of the chamber 101 is smoother, thereby facilitating the discharge of water, lint, and the like.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 17, 18 and 20, the inner wall surfaces of the chamber 101 at both ends in the circumferential direction of the body 11 and the inner wall surface of the chamber 101 at the inner end in the radial direction of the body 11 are formed with a circumferential end inner side angle 107, that is, the angle formed at the connection of the chamber end wall surface 1013 of the chamber 101 and the chamber bottom wall surface 1012 of the chamber 101 is the circumferential end inner side angle 107. Alternatively, the circumferential end inside corners 107 of the two ends of the chamber 101 may be chamfered. This also reduces dead space in the chamber 101, facilitating the removal of water and debris.
It is understood that the two circumferential end inside corners 107 of the chamber 101 may be provided with chamfers at the same time, or only one of them may be provided with chamfers, that is, in the embodiment of the present invention, the circumferential end inside corners 107 may be provided between the inner wall surface of at least one end of the chamber 101 in the circumferential direction of the body 11 and the inner wall surface of the inner end of the chamber 101 in the radial direction of the body 11.
Further alternatively, the circumferential end inside corner 107 may be rounded. This can further eliminate dead space, further smooth the interior of the chamber 101, and facilitate the discharge of water, lint, and the like.
As shown in fig. 20, the compartment wall 108 separating two adjacent compartments 101 is optionally provided with a closed cavity 1081 at the radially inner end of the body 11. In other words, adjacent compartments 101 may be separated by a compartment wall 108, the side of the compartment wall 108 facing into the compartment 101 constituting the cavity end wall 1013 of the compartment 101. Optionally, the inner end of the compartment wall 108 is provided with a closed cavity 1081 in the radial direction of the body 11, which may reduce the amount of material and costs while providing a chamfer. Alternatively, the width of the closed cavity 1081 may decrease from inside to outside along the radial direction of the body 11, so that the closed cavity 1081 may be formed into a substantially triangular shape, and more closely match with the chamfer structure, and the structural design is more reasonable, and the manufacturing is facilitated.
In embodiments having a closed cavity 1081, each compartment wall 108 may be provided with a closed cavity 1081, or a portion of the compartment walls 108 may be provided with a closed cavity 1081, e.g., in the embodiment shown in FIG. 18, three compartment walls 108 are provided, two compartment walls 108 having a closed cavity 1081 and the other compartment wall 108 being of solid construction.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the body 11 may be integrally formed, and in this case, the partition wall 108 is integrally formed on the body 11, so that the overall structure has high strength and good tightness, and the deviation of the position or the size of the chamber 101 caused by the later assembly error and the like can be reduced. Of course, the body 11 may also be a fitting, for example, in other embodiments of the invention, the body 11 may be formed of a main body portion and a compartment plate, which may fit within the body 11 to separate and form the plurality of compartments 101, and which may form the compartment wall 108, wherein the connection of the compartment plate to the main body portion may be curved to form the curved angle.
Fig. 21 to 24 show a gimbal 1 according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention. The structure in this embodiment is substantially the same as that in the third embodiment, except for the internal structure of the chamber 101. The structure in this embodiment can promote the smoothness of the operation of the laundry treating apparatus.
Specifically, referring to fig. 21 to 24, optionally, at least one partition wall 109 is provided within the chamber 101 to partition the chamber 101 into a plurality of subchambers 1010 distributed along the circumferential direction of the body 11. That is, the chamber 101 may be provided with the partition wall 109, the partition wall 109 may divide the chamber 101 into a plurality of sub-chambers 1010, and the partition wall 109 may be provided correspondingly according to the number of sub-chambers 1010 required, for example, in fig. 24, three sub-chambers 1010 and two partition walls 109 are provided for each chamber 101. When there are two subchambers 1010, one partition wall 109 may be provided in the chamber 101. The plurality of subchambers 1010 may be distributed along the circumferential direction of the body 11, and adjacent two subchambers 1010 may communicate with each other through the communication port 1091 of the partition wall 109, so that the adjacent two subchambers 1010 may realize the flow of water with each other through the communication port 1091.
Considering that the water in the chamber 101 is easily accumulated at one end of the chamber 101 due to gravity and centrifugal force when the balance ring 1 moves at a high speed, and is easily oscillated. The above-described structural design may partition the inside of the chamber 101, and the water in the chamber 101 may flow between the plurality of subchambers 1010, so that the water in the chamber 101 may be more uniformly distributed, resulting in a smoother operation of the laundry treating apparatus 1000, for example, a smoother dehydration process, and reduced vibration and noise.
The present invention does not particularly limit the number, shape, distribution position, etc. of the communication ports 1091, and taking the structure shown in fig. 22 as an example, two communication ports 1091 may be provided, and two communication ports 1091 are provided at the two radial ends of the partition wall 109, respectively, so that the adjustment effect is good. Alternatively, as shown in fig. 22, the communication port 1091 may be a substantially elongated hole, which is more advantageous for the passage of water, and the corners of the communication port 1091 may be curved. Therefore, the uniformity of water distribution can be further improved, and the balance effect is more obvious.
Alternatively, the partition wall 109 may be constituted by a partition plate provided in the chamber 101, or the partition wall 109 may be integral with the body 11, and may be flexibly provided according to practical circumstances. In order to improve the overall strength and stability of the gimbal 1, the body 11 may be provided with reinforcing ribs 12, as shown in fig. 21. The specific structure of the reinforcing ribs 12 is not particularly limited, and for example, as shown in fig. 21, the reinforcing ribs 12 may be arranged in such a manner as to extend in the radial direction of the body 11 and to be distributed in the circumferential direction.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the balancing ring 1 may be used singly or in pairs. For example, as shown in fig. 2 and 5, in some embodiments of the present invention, the treatment canister device 100 may include two balance rings 1, the two balance rings 1 being provided at both axial ends of the inner canister 20, respectively. Thus, the balance adjustment operation can be performed from both ends of the inner cylinder 20, and the adjustment effect is better.
Fig. 25 and 26 show two arrangements of the balancing ring 1, both of which allow balancing control. For convenience of description, it is assumed that the two balancers 1 are the first and second balancers 110 and 120, respectively. In the embodiment shown in fig. 25, the chambers 101 of the two balancing rings 1 corresponding to each other are aligned with each other in the circumferential direction of the inner tube 20, that is, the first chamber 111 of the first balancing ring 110 is aligned with the first chamber 111 of the second balancing ring 120, and at this time, the projections of the two chambers 101 in the axial direction of the balancing rings 1 coincide with each other, and the second chamber 121 and the third chamber 131 are also aligned with each other, respectively.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 26, the two balancing rings 1 have the same number of chambers 101 in one-to-one correspondence, alternatively, the chambers 101 of the two balancing rings 1 in correspondence with each other are offset in the circumferential direction of the inner cylinder 20, and the offset angle is 180 degrees, that is, one balancing ring 1 is mounted rotated 180 degrees with respect to the other balancing ring 1. At this time, alternatively, in the embodiment shown in fig. 27, when the chambers 101 are three, one chamber 101 of one balance ring 1 may correspond to the other two chambers 101 of the other balance ring 1 to each other, for example, the first chamber 111 of the first balance ring 110 may correspond to the second and third chambers 121 and 131 of the second balance ring 120.
It should be noted that the above two configurations are described only as examples, and the present invention is not limited to the arrangement of the two balancers 1. That is, in the embodiment of the present invention, the chambers 101 of the two balance rings 1 corresponding to each other may be aligned with each other in the circumferential direction of the inner tube 20, or may be offset, where offset includes both cases of partial offset and complete offset, and for example, the offset angle may be 30 degrees, 45 degrees, 60 degrees, 75 degrees, 90 degrees, 120 degrees, or the like.
In some embodiments of the present invention, only one chamber 101 may be disposed in the balance ring 1, in which case, there may be only one water channel 103 and the chamber 101 may be disposed on a portion of the circumference of the body 11, in which case, in order to achieve balance adjustment, a plurality of balance rings 1 may be disposed on the inner cylinder 20, for example, a plurality of balance rings 1 may be disposed at one axial end of the inner cylinder 20, so that the chambers 101 of the plurality of balance rings 1 may be disposed in a staggered manner in the circumferential direction, and thus balance adjustment of the treatment cylinder device 100 may be achieved by adjusting the water injection amount in each chamber 101.
In addition, when the number of the balance rings 1 is plural, for example, two, the water injection member 2 may be plural to inject water into the plurality of balance rings 1, respectively. Of course, in some embodiments, the water injection member 2 may be provided as one, and the water injection member 2 may be provided to be movable to achieve water injection for different balancing rings 1.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3 and 27, according to some embodiments of the present invention, a water receiving plate 40 may be provided in the outer tub cavity 310, the water receiving plate 40 having a water drain 401, the water receiving plate 40 being configured to receive water falling from an upper portion of the balance ring 1 and to allow the water to flow from the water drain 401 to a bottom portion of the outer tub cavity 310.
The structure of the water receiving plate 40 may be variously formed, and referring to fig. 2, 3 and 27, the water receiving plate 40 may be formed as an arc plate extending along the circumferential direction of the balance ring 1, the arc plate being provided at the lower half portion of the inner side of the balance ring 1, both circumferential ends of the arc plate not exceeding the central axis of the balance ring 1 upward, that is, both circumferential ends of the arc plate are not higher than the central axis of the balance ring 1. For example, they may be disposed flush. Thereby, the space between the balance ring 1 and the inner cylinder 20 and the outer cylinder 30 is more matched, the space utilization is more reasonable, and the water receiving plate 40 has moderate size and can receive most of water falling from the upper part of the balance ring 1, so that the water receiving effect is better.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 2, the axially outer end of the water receiving plate 40 may be connected to the side wall of the outer tub 30, and the water drain 401 may be provided at the connection, and the axially inner end of the water receiving plate 40 may be provided with a water blocking flange 41, as shown in fig. 2 and 27. The water blocking flange 41 can block water from dripping down from the axially inner end of the water receiving plate 40, and promote water to flow down from the water outlet 401, thereby improving water receiving effect.
Referring to fig. 2, when there are two balancing rings 1, there may be two water receiving plates 40 so that water flowing down each balancing ring 1 may be guided to the bottom of the outer tub cavity 310 through the water receiving plates 40 according to some embodiments of the present invention.
The structure of the water injection member 2 will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 32 to 36, in some embodiments of the present invention, the water filling member 2 has a water filling port 201, the water filling port 201 is located in an annular hole 1110 of the balance ring 1, and as shown in fig. 35, the water outlet flow of the water filling port 201 enters the chamber 101 of the balance ring 1 through the water inlet 102, and an angle α formed by a direction of a linear velocity V of the balance ring 1 at a drop point of the water outlet flow and a water outlet direction (or water filling direction) L1 of the water filling port 201 is smaller than 90 °. Here, the direction of the linear velocity V is a direction extending in a tangential direction of the outlet water flow falling into the point Z and being the same direction as the rotation direction W of the balance ring 1.
Thereby, the water outlet direction may be inclined to the tangent line of the body 11 at the water outlet flow falling point Z, and also to the straight line L2 extending in the radial direction of the body 11 passing through the water inlet point Z, and the water injection direction of the water injection member 2 approximately tends to the rotation direction W of the balance ring 1. When water flows into the balance ring 1, the reaction force on the inner wall surface of the balance ring 1 is much smaller, and the water is much less sputtered, so that the water is more beneficial to the water injection into the balance ring 1.
According to some embodiments of the invention, α may further satisfy: alpha is less than or equal to 30 degrees. Thereby, the water injection direction is closer to the tangential direction of the balance ring 1, the water injection effect can be further improved, and the water sputtering can be further reduced. For example, in some specific examples of the invention, α is 5 degrees, 10 degrees, 15 degrees, 20 degrees, 25 degrees, etc., respectively.
As previously described, in embodiments of the present invention, there may be at least one waterway groove 103, and when there is one waterway groove 103, the water injection port 201 may be one or more; when there are a plurality of water channel grooves 103, the water injection ports 201 can be provided in one or a plurality, and when the water injection ports 201 are provided in one water channel groove, the part of the water injection member 2 provided with the water injection ports 201 can be moved so as to realize water injection to different water channel grooves 103 through one water injection port 201.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 34 to 36, the water injection ports 201 may be plural, for example, two, three, four, or the like, and the plural water injection ports 201 and the plural waterway grooves 103 may be in one-to-one correspondence. Therefore, the water injection is more convenient to control.
The specific structure of the water injection member 2 is not particularly limited in the present invention, and fig. 28 to 31 and 32 to 36 show two structures of the water injection member 2, respectively. As shown in fig. 28 to 31, in some embodiments of the present invention, the water injection member 2 may include a main housing 21, and at least one water injection channel 203 may be provided in the main housing 21, and an outlet of the water injection channel 203 is a water injection port 201. The water injection channel 203 and the water injection port 201 may be provided in plurality as needed. At this time, the water injection member 2 may be formed as a whole, and the installation is convenient.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 31, when the water injection channels 203 are plural, the plural water injection channels 203 may be arranged side by side. Thus, the waterway is more regular, the water flow is smoother, and the thickness of the water injection piece 2 can be relatively smaller, so that the water injection piece is beneficial to being installed in the space between the inner barrel 20 and the balance ring 1. The shape of the water injection channel 203 is not particularly limited, and may be a straight line or a fold line, and may be flexibly set as needed.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown with reference to fig. 26 to 31 and 1 to 6, the water injection member 2 may be disposed adjacent to the inner side of the body 11, and the water injection member 2 may be integrally extended in an arc shape along the circumferential direction of the body 11. During the rotation of the inner cylinder 20, the water injection member 2 may be stationary, and a certain distance should be kept between the water injection member 2 and the balance ring 1, and a certain distance should be kept between the water injection member 2 and the inner cylinder 20. The above arrangement makes it possible to form the main casing 21 integrally into an arc shape, and to reduce the thickness of the water injection member 2 in the radial direction of the body 11, which saves more space, makes the space between the balancing ring 1 and the inner cylinder 20 be best utilized, and is beneficial to increasing the volume of the inner cylinder 20 and increasing the treatment capacity of the laundry treatment apparatus 1000.
Referring to fig. 32 to 35, in other embodiments of the present invention, the water injection member 2 may include at least one nozzle 22, each nozzle 22 having a water injection channel 203 therein, and an outlet of the water injection channel 203 is a water injection port 201. When a plurality of water injection channels 203 and water injection ports 201 are required, a corresponding number of nozzles 22 may be provided, and at this time, the water injection member 2 may be assembled from a plurality of nozzles 22. Alternatively, the plurality of nozzles 22 may be provided in a structure separable from each other to facilitate increasing or decreasing the number of the water filling ports 201.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 34, when there are a plurality of nozzles 22, the plurality of nozzles 22 may be disposed side by side, so that the manufacture and installation are convenient, and the thickness of the water injection member 2 may be relatively small, so that the installation into the space between the inner cylinder 20 and the balance ring 1 is facilitated. In addition, in the embodiment in which the water injection member 2 includes the nozzle 22, the water injection member 2 may also be extended in an arc shape along the circumferential direction of the body 11 to further achieve the effects of reducing the thickness and saving the space.
The present invention is not particularly limited in the position of the water injection member 2 in the circumferential direction of the balance ring 1, and for example, as shown in fig. 2, the water injection member 2 may be disposed inside the upper portion of the balance ring 1; for another example, the water injection member 2 may be provided inside the lower portion of the gimbal 1. When the water injection member 2 is provided at the inner side of the upper portion of the balance ring 1, not only can the water injection member 2 be prevented from being immersed by the water of the laundry treating apparatus 1000 in the washing stage, but also the entry of filth and the like into the water injection member 2 can be prevented, and the sealing can be facilitated.
The laundry treating apparatus 1000 according to an embodiment of the present invention may be a washing machine, a dryer, or a washing and drying integrated machine.
Taking a washing machine as an example, in some embodiments of the present invention, the control system may include a detection unit, and during the dehydration process of the washing machine, the rotation speed of the driving motor is from low to high, the detection unit may detect the vibration of the treatment drum device 100 in real time, and according to the detected vibration signal and the control algorithm, control the state of the water injection member 2 or the water supply pipe connected to the water injection member 2, so as to implement water injection into the corresponding chamber 101 of the balance ring 1, so as to balance the load eccentricity of the inner drum 20.
For example, when the eccentricity of the load approaches the first chamber 111, water may be injected into the second chamber 121 and the third chamber 131, and the injected water may accumulate at the outer wall surface of the balancing ring 1 due to the centrifugal force, and the load eccentricity may be greatly balanced at this time, which may effectively reduce the vibration of the treating drum device 100 of the washing machine during the dehydration.
When the dehydration is finished, the rotation speed of the driving motor is reduced, and the water in the chamber 101 flows out along the water inlet 102 under the action of gravity. The water flowing out of the balance ring 1 flows onto the water receiving plate 40, and the water can flow out of the water outlet 401 and flow to the bottom of the outer cylinder 30 under the diversion of the water receiving plate 40. At this time, the water in the outer tub 30 may be discharged through a drain pipe. Alternatively, the water inlet and the water outlet of the washing machine may be provided at the front side and the rear side of the washing machine, respectively, so that the interference of the water inlet and the water outlet is smaller and the washing machine operates more reliably.

Claims (25)
1. A balancing ring for a laundry treating apparatus, comprising:
The device comprises an annular body, wherein a plurality of cavities are distributed in the circumferential direction of the annular body, a plurality of water channel grooves which extend in the circumferential direction of the annular body and are distributed in the axial direction of the annular body are formed in the inner circumferential surface of the annular body, each cavity is communicated with at least one water channel groove, each water channel groove is communicated with the corresponding cavity through at least one opening formed in the bottom wall surface of the groove, and the plurality of water channel grooves are configured to be suitable for adjusting the water injection quantity of each cavity by controlling the water inlet state of the water channel grooves; the laundry treatment apparatus includes a water injection member for injecting water into the balance ring.
2. A balancing ring for a laundry treatment apparatus according to claim 1, wherein there is no overlapping portion of any two of the chambers in the circumferential direction of the body.
3. The balance ring for a laundry treatment apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the water channel communicates with the corresponding chamber through a plurality of the openings provided at intervals along the circumferential direction of the body.
4. The balance ring for a laundry treating apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the chambers are in equal number and one-to-one correspondence with the water channel grooves.
5. The balancing ring for laundry treatment apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the chambers are three of the same volume and the same shape.
6. The balance ring for laundry treatment apparatus according to claim 1, wherein a depth direction of each of the water channel grooves and a notch direction of each of the water channel grooves are perpendicular to an axial direction of the body.
7. The balance ring for a laundry treating apparatus according to claim 1, wherein at least one partition wall is provided in the chamber to partition the chamber into a plurality of subchambers distributed along a circumferential direction of the body, adjacent subchambers being communicated with each other through communication ports on the partition wall.
8. The balance ring for a laundry treatment apparatus according to claim 1, wherein an inner wall surface of at least one end of the chamber in the circumferential direction of the body and an inner wall surface of an inner end of the chamber in the radial direction of the body are formed with a circumferential end inner side angle, the circumferential end inner side angle being provided by chamfering.
9. The balancing ring for a laundry treatment apparatus according to claim 8, wherein the circumferential end inside angle is rounded.
10. The balancing ring for laundry treatment apparatus according to claim 8, wherein adjacent said chambers are separated by a compartment wall provided with a closed cavity at an inner end in a radial direction of the body, a width of the closed cavity decreasing from inside to outside in the radial direction of the body.
11. The balance ring for a laundry treating apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the chamber is formed with an axial end inside angle between an inner wall surface of at least one end in an axial direction of the body and an inner wall surface of an inner end of the chamber in a radial direction of the body, the axial end inside angle being provided with a chamfer.
12. The balance ring for a laundry treatment apparatus according to claim 11, wherein the axial end inside angle is a rounded corner.
13. The balance ring for laundry treatment apparatus according to claim 1, wherein a notch edge of the water channel groove is provided with a water blocking rib.
14. The balance ring for a laundry treatment apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the depth h of the water channel groove is 5mm or more.
15. A laundry treatment apparatus, comprising:
An outer cylinder;
the inner cylinder is rotatably arranged in the outer cylinder and is provided with a rotating shaft which is horizontally or obliquely arranged;
the driving device is used for driving the inner cylinder to rotate;
A balancing ring for a laundry treatment apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 14, the balancing ring being connected to the inner drum for rotation therewith, the balancing ring having a central axis parallel or coincident with the axis of rotation of the inner drum.
16. The laundry treating apparatus according to claim 15, wherein the number of the balancing rings is two, and the two balancing rings are provided at both axial ends of the inner tub, respectively.
17. The laundry treatment apparatus according to claim 16, characterized in that two of the balancing rings have the same number of chambers in one-to-one correspondence, and the corresponding chambers of the two balancing rings are aligned or staggered in a circumferential direction along the inner tub.
18. The laundry treatment apparatus according to claim 17, characterized in that the angle of staggering of the chambers of the two balancing rings corresponding to each other in the circumferential direction of the inner drum is 180 degrees.
19. The laundry treatment apparatus according to any one of claims 15-18, characterized in that a water receiving plate is provided in the outer tub cavity of the outer tub, the water receiving plate having a water drain, the water receiving plate being configured to receive water falling from an upper portion of the balancing ring and to cause water to flow from the water drain to a bottom of the outer tub cavity.
20. The laundry treatment apparatus according to claim 19, wherein the water receiving plate is formed as an arc plate extending in a circumferential direction of the balancing ring, the arc plate being provided at a lower half portion of an inner side of the balancing ring, and both circumferential ends of the arc plate are not higher than a central axis of the balancing ring in height.
21. The clothes treating apparatus of claim 19, wherein an axially outer end of the water receiving plate is connected to a side wall of the outer tub and the connection is provided with the drain port, and an axially inner end of the water receiving plate is provided with a water retaining flange.
22. The laundry treatment apparatus of claim 15, comprising a control system connected to the water injection member to control water injection from the water injection member to the balancing ring, the water injection member having a water injection port for water outflow, the water injection port being located within an annular ring aperture of the balancing ring.
23. The laundry treatment apparatus according to claim 22, wherein the outlet water flow of the water filling port enters the chamber through the notch of the water channel groove, and the direction of the linear velocity of the balancing ring at the water falling point of the outlet water flow forms an angle α smaller than 90 ° with the water outlet direction of the water filling port.
24. The laundry treatment apparatus of claim 23, characterized in that α further satisfies: alpha is less than or equal to 30 degrees.
25. The laundry treatment apparatus of any one of claims 22-24, wherein the water injection port comprises a plurality of water channel slots in one-to-one correspondence.
